Everythink are perfect but they play with the piceses of the room. You cant to be sure if the price how you booking today are better than tomorrow price |

Room was spacious and comfortable. Restrooms had muslim shower. The staff at the reception was not friendly. The only friendly and polite staff member was one guy present at the breakfast buffet. Rest of the staff was quite unpleasant and unfriendly. There was a wierd smell in the hotel, not in the rooms luckily but in the corridors. |

Best are king bed, free wifi internet and free car park. Breakfast was good but you have to walk to other building. |

The big swimming pool, pool bar and the good food available there.The barman makes the best Long Island Iced Tea What was booked as a double room turned out to be a twin single. This was not at all comfortable. |

The hotel was very tidy and nice. The rom were also clean inside with good smell. The poolarea were also nice and tidy with a nice pool bar. The hotel is also placed close to Walking street so intertainment is quite conveniant. The personell at the hotel are also nice and helpful. Nothing particular |

Location to nightlife, not tooooo close, not toooooooo far away. Room furniture shabby, requires upgrading, if I had more time im positive I could either have gotten better furnished room for same or less price, or I could probably have negotiated a lower price with Nova if I could have been bothered to. |

The swimming pool area Maybe the most expensive breakfast buffet in pattaya and the extra charge for swiminng pool view rooms. The rooms were modern and stylish but not very functional |

This hotel is excellent value the staff are brilliant. We wanted for nothing in the 12 days we stayed there. For the price and the location there was nothing bad. |

water pool with bar! very good idea! Very good modern design from all hotel seems very friendly/ At the room 301 the table near the bad was very shabby... and when a came the first time to the rom i filled rotten smell/ |

great service closs to the heart of pattiya good value for money.staff very helpfull very clean and we enjoyes our second stay there. the resuarant was to expensive thats why no one was ever in.bar sevice round the pool needs improving. |

I had to checkout more early then planned and they didn't charge me for that. Nice swimming pool. It's close to the walkingstreet area, good price, nice rooms. When i needed to go to another hotel for a meeting, the taxi from the hotel didn't want to charge me for that transfer. I will stay for sure again in this hotel When i checked in they tryed to give us a standard room while we paid for a deluxe room. |

Excellent room. Wifi works well. Good swimming pool which looked really beautiful. Good food at cafe. Quiet at night time. Walking distance to walking street - 15 minutes. All in all, an excellent hotel. While leaving the hotel, the taxi took ages to come when I booked it at the hotel tours agency. Better to take one from outside... You might get better rates too. Also, all electronic sockets are 2-pin type, so ensure your laptop/mobile chargers are compatible with the same. Had to buy an adaptor from a shop as this hotel didn't provide me one. |

The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.also it was not noisy and very clean. The hotel was a little too far from the taxi loop that took you to the main areas of entertainment. |

Close to Walking Street, 5 - 10 minutes on foot. Excellent Pool with swim-up bar. Great Happy Hour deals. Easy to bring "guests" back to the hotel. Friendly staff. Great in-hotel massage service. Would definitely stay here again. Funky smell on Building 2 elevator. |
