Nova Platinum Hotel ist sehr gut.**** Das Hotel Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Sehr tolle Zimmer Einrichtung und Sauberkeit ist primordial in diesem Hotel. . Sehr freundliche Bedienung , und mit möglichkeit ihre Kleider zum Netto Service zu bringen. Retour zu ihrem Zimmer in 48 Stunden und preiswert , so ungefähr 400 THB für 5 Hemden. Toller Service . Breakfast und Room Service sehr toll und angeboten mit viel Freundlichkeit . Werde im Februar zurück nach Thailand fliegen für 2 Wochen und in diesem Hotel wieder übernachten . Tolles Personal , sehr sehr Freundlich und Dankbar. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen zum Strand ,ungefähr 1,5 km mit Taxi . Taxi kostet 20 THB das ist 20 Cent € also nichts .Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen . Im Hotel hat mir alles gefallen , die Freundlichkeit von den Thailander ist markierend . So bewegt es mich , mein Lebensende in Thailand zuverbringen.Das Hotel ist nicht weit von den schönen Tempels mit Buddha ,wo man sich für 20 THB bewegen kann . Nova Platinum ist ein sehr gutes Hotel , mit exceptioneller Freundlichkeit und Respekt. |

Everythink are perfect but they play with the piceses of the room. You cant to be sure if the price how you booking today are better than tomorrow price |

Room was spacious and comfortable. Restrooms had muslim shower. The staff at the reception was not friendly. The only friendly and polite staff member was one guy present at the breakfast buffet. Rest of the staff was quite unpleasant and unfriendly. There was a wierd smell in the hotel, not in the rooms luckily but in the corridors. |

The big swimming pool, pool bar and the good food available there.The barman makes the best Long Island Iced Tea What was booked as a double room turned out to be a twin single. This was not at all comfortable. |

The hotel was very tidy and nice. The rom were also clean inside with good smell. The poolarea were also nice and tidy with a nice pool bar. The hotel is also placed close to Walking street so intertainment is quite conveniant. The personell at the hotel are also nice and helpful. Nothing particular |

Location to nightlife, not tooooo close, not toooooooo far away. Room furniture shabby, requires upgrading, if I had more time im positive I could either have gotten better furnished room for same or less price, or I could probably have negotiated a lower price with Nova if I could have been bothered to. |

The swimming pool area Maybe the most expensive breakfast buffet in pattaya and the extra charge for swiminng pool view rooms. The rooms were modern and stylish but not very functional |

I had to checkout more early then planned and they didn't charge me for that. Nice swimming pool. It's close to the walkingstreet area, good price, nice rooms. When i needed to go to another hotel for a meeting, the taxi from the hotel didn't want to charge me for that transfer. I will stay for sure again in this hotel When i checked in they tryed to give us a standard room while we paid for a deluxe room. |
