Hotel tres bien situe a 5 minutes des rues pietonnes. Personnel discret dans le sens "pas toujours sur votre dos" et tres serviable si vous avez besoin. Equipements sportifs (salle musculation et piscine) simples mais suffisant. Petit dejeuner a la hauteur. Comme pour la majorite des clients, les serrures des portes sont recalcitrantes, on doit claquer la porte pour actionner la serrure et l'ouverture n'est pas plus facile ce qui engendre beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs, desagreable la nuit. Mieux vaut trouver son taxi retour Bangkok par soi-meme: j'ai paye 1000 thb a l'hotel alors que le taxi n'a recu que...500 Thb |

Room was spacious and comfortable. Restrooms had muslim shower. The staff at the reception was not friendly. The only friendly and polite staff member was one guy present at the breakfast buffet. Rest of the staff was quite unpleasant and unfriendly. There was a wierd smell in the hotel, not in the rooms luckily but in the corridors. |

The big swimming pool, pool bar and the good food available there.The barman makes the best Long Island Iced Tea What was booked as a double room turned out to be a twin single. This was not at all comfortable. |

The hotel was very tidy and nice. The rom were also clean inside with good smell. The poolarea were also nice and tidy with a nice pool bar. The hotel is also placed close to Walking street so intertainment is quite conveniant. The personell at the hotel are also nice and helpful. Nothing particular |

Location to nightlife, not tooooo close, not toooooooo far away. Room furniture shabby, requires upgrading, if I had more time im positive I could either have gotten better furnished room for same or less price, or I could probably have negotiated a lower price with Nova if I could have been bothered to. |

The swimming pool area Maybe the most expensive breakfast buffet in pattaya and the extra charge for swiminng pool view rooms. The rooms were modern and stylish but not very functional |

This hotel is excellent value the staff are brilliant. We wanted for nothing in the 12 days we stayed there. For the price and the location there was nothing bad. |

great service closs to the heart of pattiya good value for money.staff very helpfull very clean and we enjoyes our second stay there. the resuarant was to expensive thats why no one was ever in.bar sevice round the pool needs improving. |

I had to checkout more early then planned and they didn't charge me for that. Nice swimming pool. It's close to the walkingstreet area, good price, nice rooms. When i needed to go to another hotel for a meeting, the taxi from the hotel didn't want to charge me for that transfer. I will stay for sure again in this hotel When i checked in they tryed to give us a standard room while we paid for a deluxe room. |
