Good location far enough from Walking street to be fairly quiet but close enough to walk there in 5-10 minutes and to the sea front. The pool is excellent as is the poolside bar and service.

The Superior room we reserved was in need of repair and re-decoration. There was a leak from the ceiling and the sliding bathroom doors were a struggle to open and close. The room itself was clean and the service was good but the overall condition of the room was not good value for money. We stayed there 2 years ago and had a better room which was a Deluxe I think. I would only recommend those rooms rather than the Superior.

I've stayed here twice before, so there were no surprises. This time, I selected a room in the Executive Tower and dfound it excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well--appointed and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the large, free form pool. The service was attentive and friendly with the staff very responsive to the needs of the guests.

Very relexing and cozy rooms... equally romantic pool and pool side bar. Very good location .

The staff was rude and charged me extra for pilow cover.

Rooms need to be renovated

Rooms are really clean and the room service is great. The pool isn't the biggest but has a slide and bar.

I got checked in 2-3 hours after the check in time and wasn’t compensated for the wait or time I didn’t stay in my room but paid for.

I enjoy the staff the most of any part of the stay as well as the pool.

Sad to see your waste of energy! Air condition all the day, Ice cold in the reception (annex). Staff opening doors to survive. A lot of windows open in the upper corridors. Staff standing chatting instead of clearing tables at brekfast. Too loud music in the pool. Same music iver and iver again. Loss of towels every day, Borg in pool and in the room. Drunken bartender day syftet day, stinking alcohol. Not clearing up on the little hill after New Year (condoms, broken glasses, rest of food still after 4 days). Staff trying to bill me for a broken tile - nothing was broken. Charged for using minibar which I did not. I won't come back, nevertheless recommand Nova Platinum. Mixed up mine and my sons bill and vould not correct It which caused us severe problems. They need more english speaking staff

I like the room design with the giant mirror's and the wifi in every room.

Didn't like the price for the buffet and the added fees to every item.

Close to WalkStreet

Many of the Indians and Turks people in the hotel, which I would not advise the landing of families because of the hassle in the corridors and there is usually bad in the Indian single groups they stay like 10 persons in one room and the length of the night you hear the voices of the doors opening and closing bell and the voices of the other rooms.
