Service is goed ,vriendelijk personeel, kamer is perfect, schitterend zwembad. Pattaya vind ik persoonlijk de minst aantrekkelijke plaats van Thailand, maar als je van feesten houdt dan heb je hier genoeg mogelijkheden. |

Het Nova Platinum Hotel is in alle opzichten een uitstekend hotel; niet alleen de kamers zijn uitstekend, modern en trendy ingericht, maar het hele hotel incl. zwembad is schitterend. En zeker niet te vergeten: het personeel van dit hotel geef ik 10 op 10 ; een ongekende vriendelijkheid, nog nooit meegemaakt! Klasse in alle opzichten! Van harte aanbevolen! |

Modern en luxe inrichting, en heel proper Het onbijt zat niet veel variaties in, geen kaas, twee soorten vleeswaar, ekkedag zo het zelfde aan ontbijt, weinig variaties in fruit. |

The room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.also it was not noisy and very clean. The hotel was a little too far from the taxi loop that took you to the main areas of entertainment. |

Close to Walking Street, 5 - 10 minutes on foot. Excellent Pool with swim-up bar. Great Happy Hour deals. Easy to bring "guests" back to the hotel. Friendly staff. Great in-hotel massage service. Would definitely stay here again. Funky smell on Building 2 elevator. |

Great value for what we paid, very clean and is worth paying a little extra. Besides that no complaints, I would stay here again. Shower could do with a bit more power |

Nice staff, nice pool with bar, nice location - on the end of Walking Street (where the night life is), but still quiet during night. Definitely value for money. The room I stayed in could use a little paint job, and a second elevator would be nice. |

Classy, design, girl friendly, nice pool, free wifi, close to Walking Street. The toilet was stinking in my first room. However they quickly changed my room and upgraded it to a poolside view one! A lot of guys with their prostitutes there. If u plan to come with your family, maybe you should choose another hotel... |

Handy for walking to all the main bars and restaurants near Walking Street but away from all the madness. The shower was only luke warm at best. |

Staff were very friendly and in the main very helpful. Excellent maid service. The sun beds were uncomfortable, being fixed in one position. The poolside bar was ok, but not stocked to provide anywhere near the full range of cocktails advertised. The bar prices were excessive. |
