Centara Hotel Hat Yai  

I like their service so much. All the staff are so polite, helpful and friendly.

I don't like the breakfast because I stayed there for 4 days n they served the same menu everyday. Not much of choices.

Location is very strategic and shops are located within walking distance.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the town. Shopping and looking for food is only a few steps away from the hotel. Very friendly staff and rooms are clean.

Was an excellent hotel, staff also very good and informative

Staff by the name of anhua hope I got her name right, was very helpful, assisted me to ext my stay with the hotel by advising us to book online for a better price via wifi that was available in the hotel, got a much better rate compare to walk-in rate, hv a lovely stay with the hotel.

I like their location.

I didn't like their service especially to take advantage on the customer. They charged me credit card without asking me the currency. Actually they must charge the credit card in Thai baht but they charged us in Philippine pesos without asking me. Then they changed to USD but with their own rate, not the bank rate. They should charge us in Thai baht and when I asked them they charged me with new currency but they said it would takes round Le month to refund the first payment. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Room and location good , House Keeping , Porters and Restraunt Staff polite and friendly .

Reception Staff , impolite and ignorant . I have never been treated with such contempt in any hotel any where in the world , how Centara can employ such people is beyond me .

Good location which the hotel is right in the center of town. Walking distance to shopping plaza, food, etc.

Not aware of my booking did not include breakfast.

We love the room as it is splendidly superbly comfortable. The food quality was alright. The location is accessible to our needs. Staff need to improve on the English speaking as this is a hotel. Apart from all the service was hospitality. The welcome drink preferably if its something to drink that is drinkable not something out of the world cause end up we might be drinking water. Virgin piña colada would be great as Thailand is one tropical country.

Didn't like the selection for seafood night at the Sahehan Restaurant. Should work on the menu. And staff are friendly but not the management. Apart all that, breakfast was alright. Though its common.

Hotel staff is friendly, free -wifi provided in room, international charger adapter is provided too

Water is provided by hotel using a "re-used" glass bottle. Disposing the glass bottle will cause a charge on guest. The glass bottle is not so clean in fact. Furthermore, the mineral water provided in room is charged 700 thai baht.Hotel do not state clearly where the mineral water consumption will be charged.

Excellent location; close oto everything, great prices, the staff is very friendly.

Is very difficult to talk to the staff. Almost no one speaks english. Sometimes is dificult to get some services, only because the staff can not understand the questions.

Excellent hotel surrounded by shopping areas & malls... only needed to travel by taxi once to Big C mall; otherwise everything else is located around the hotel area itself.

The location is good and the hotel is connected to the biggest shopping mall in hat Yai.

Old furniture, noisy air cond, curtain too short so you can't cover the window properly and you have to take 1 lift to go to the reception at the 6th floor and another one on the other side of the huge reception to get to the room. I was expecting better than that as this is supposed to be the best hotel in hat Yai. So you pay for the name and the fact that the hotel is connected to the shopping mall but it is not the best deal in my opinion.

Good value for money.

The hotel could need some refurbishing.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and my key card was reset every night. Don't know what happened with me. Then I have to go down at reception and ask them reset my card to access my room again.

Very Central and accessable

Hotel is average , cheap renovation lacks character and sophistication .

Very good breakfast and ample of choices at the buffet. Also good buffets for dinner.
