Centara Hotel Hat Yai (formerly known as Novotel Centara Hat Yai)  

Room is clean & comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful especially those staff that take care of main entrance and bell service, their services are excellent. Location is very good, convenient for everythig.

Front desk staff's comunication skill in English need some improvement.

Location of hotel is good and the room is big and clean.

It is a disappointment that there is no free wireless internet access provided in the room as well as at the lobby for the amount of money you paid for the stay. Hotel also only provide limited toiletries.

Probably they can provide free airport shuttle bus to and fro from the Hat Yai International Airport.

Yes I will stay however my Room Rate at b2400 is a bit expensive only Shower no but Tub. Room Services for laundry was very good return to me after 2pm same day, Breakfast nornmal not complete like other 4 star hotel. Novotel has been quite old bath room door need to resurbish as door is peeling off from plywood.The Hotel is in town near Shopping area n below the hotel is shopping area goods are not cheap can get the same price in Singapre too.

The hotel location is very centralised. All the major shopping belt are within walking distance. On the ground level is the biggest departmental store in Hat Yai. Shops, hawker fares and foot massage centre is just at situated besides the hotel.

Slightly run down rooms, but good staff and impressive breakfast buffet. Rooms look muck better on the photos.

Excellent location and an ok breakfast.

On checkin I was first told that breakfast was not included. I had to show my booking.com voucher to prove otherwise. Then, we were sent to a room on the 13th floor when (again) on the voucher it said the rooms would be situated on the 14th-16th floor with club lounge access. When I went back to reception to point this out I received no word of apology and instead was given a gruff shrug of the shoulder and a set of new keycards. The man at the desk did not bother to ask me if we needed any help in moving all our bags, stroller and 2 young kids so we did that ourselves. It gave me a very bad impression of the Novotel staff. I also found the charge of 25 baht per page to be a tad excessive for printing.

Like the lounge, restaurants, rooms n the apartments.It was awesome,like the facilities much,like the gym n the spa xD

With good services provided by the staffs, it impress me and touched my heart to re-visit again. All facilities available satisfy my requirements at the best. Sure I will choose this hotel again for next visit.

If can provide more local style breakfast gourmet, that should make the perfection of morning satiety

I don,t like Novotel Centara Hat Yai because the room was no so comfort and the facilities was no so good but the location is good
