- Location is bit isolated from Hua Hin Main City, if you don't want to have city life, then it is perfect place, else you should think otherwise.

We liked the pool area and the breakfast the most. The room was nice and clean, and the staff friendly.

No wifi in rooms for tablets. Prices at the bars, coffee shops and restaurants high for thailand.

Lack of selection on the food menu and slow service in the restaurant. The staff are a too relaxed and I would like to see more visibility from the F&B manager.

Modern & welcoming atmosphere.

Problem paying the Bill ! Told full payment would be made at time of booking. It wasn't. On arrival, problem paying by Visa Debit Card (not a Credit Card). Required to pay Deposit in cash but after returning home found Deposit of 10,000 Baht (200 GBP) being taken from Debit Card Account. Frantic phone calls. Told nothing could be done as Bank's closed until next day. Account eventually amended ok but promised call from Novotel did not materialise. The front desk staff, although very pleasant, do require training !!

Very Good for families with young children.

Exceptional friendly staff--food excellent and reasonably priced.The chef must be one of the best in this area of Thailand. Swimming pool and deck loungers all to high standard,Rooms clean and wonderful views as every room has a sea view. Would certainly return.

no sign on the road before reach the hotel. It made me worried if I passed the hotel or not.

ระบบ Check in ช้ามาก ต้องรอกว่าจะได้ห้องนานมาก อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย สระว่ายน้ำมีตะไคร้เยอะมาก

พน้กงานดึแลเอาใจใส่ มีอัธยาศัยดี อาหารเช้าอร่อยมีให้เลือกเยอะมากๆ โรงแรมมีห้องพักที่สะอาก มีห้องสำฟรับเด็กๆได้เล่น มีสไลด์เดอร์ ที่นี่มีทุกสิ่งสำฟรับครอบครัวที่มีเก็กมากๆ มาทุกปี ปีนี้เป็นปีที่ 5 แล้ว
