I really liked the garden and the swimming pool area

Evening bbq and other dinner with candles was really great. The pool is amazing. Massage is the best which I ever try in my life. The people who caring about service are very kind and positive. Thank You!!!

On internet mention You have tennis court, but it is not workable. In restaurant please change the white vine, the one which You served is really not good. Take care about rats in Your hotel. Ask about accident in room 414. We found big rat in washroom in water. Train Your staff to make check out more quickly we took almost 1 and half hour. Anyway we would to tell You really thank You for the nice holiday. Take care. Svet

A very nice resort with a good location

The garden / beach aspect. Beautiful gardens opening out to the clean and very uncrowded beach.

We paid for free wi fi internet - not available and we were charged for using internet on hourly basis. They said (every day) the free wifi would be fixed the next day - it never was. Better if they had told the truth. Asked for draught beer that was advertised throughout the hotel - not available. Asked for certain dishes on the menu - not available. The control box at the bedside for lighting, alarm and tv - difficult to understand / difficult to use - and the clock alarm sounded at 3 am and we couldn't figure out how to stop it, nor how to prevent same thing happening the next 3 am! In short, the services were less than advertised in many areas.

I was dissapointed that the main pool was closed and that neither the Novotel website or booking.com mentioned this.

Tranquil, peaceful, relaxing. The hotel manages to balance the business of catering for 100's of people and yet still make you feel like your cared for as an individual. Definitely visit again.

There is no ATM, I dont like writing my expenses to room numbers, this is not the best way to control expenses and the hotel is somewhat isolated even if it makes his interest............

A typical 4 star hotel that lived up to its star rating. Very large hotel with 3 pools, and the beach was actually very pleasant albeit not a tropical paradise. Rooms were good value and facilities good. Koh samet has better beaches/vibe but you would never get this level of luxury for the same price there.

Food was pretty average and overpriced, you need to add 17% to every price for everything to avoid a shock with the bill. Lacked personality but then again it is a novotel! Overall I would recommend if looking for a short beach break from Bangkok and best hotel we saw in the area. Use as a base and eat, buy drinks and do laundry across the road from main entrance as better and cheaper. If you extend your stay, do on booking.com to get best price (they wanted more at reception - crazy).

The hotel is very beautiful, rooms very confortable, food was good

Food was a bit expensive, the hotel located in a very calm place (nothing around) and the staff was not very helping

Rauhallinen sijainti meren rannalla, meille riittävästi palveluita, hyvä ilmasto, kiva allasalue, muutamia mukavia rantaravintoloita lähistöllä, joissa edullinen ja hyvä ruoka.

Viihtyisa miljoo hienosti hoidettuine puutarhoineen, saimme rentouduttua hyvin. Kaiken kaikkiaan siistia ja henkilokunta ystavallista, varsinkin allaspojat. Pidimme niin paljon etta olimme yhden ylimaaraisenkin yon. Hierontapalvelu oli tasokas, joskin huomattavasti kalliimpi kuin vastaavat Bangkokissa. Huonelaskussa asiat olivat hyvin eriteltyina ja oikein.

Meneillaan olleesta allas- ja ravintolaremontista ei ollut tietoa nettisivuilla, tuli yllatyksena. Onneksi uima-altaita oli useampia ja meressa riitti vetta - joskin merivedessa oli jotain limaisia lontteja jotka eivat olleet meduusoja. Rannalla meita vainosivat manikyyri- ja pedikyyrikauppiaat vaikka monta kertaa ilmoitimme ettemme ole kiinnostuneita. Henkilokunnan huono englanninkielen taso ihmetytti. Mainostettu elefanttiretki ei toteutunut vahaisen osallistujamaaran vuoksi - lieko syyna se etta se olisi ollut Pattayalla asti ja vienyt koko paiva. Mitaan ei ole lahella, ei edes pienta supermarkettia, mutta ei se paljoa haitannut koska kaikkea sai kuitenkin hotellista.

Понравился пляж, море замечательное (ребенка 9-мес. купали), территория отеля вся в зелени, лужайки,на которых можно загарать, бассейнов много.

Номер маленький не развернуться, в туалете дверь не в ту сторону открывается,. головой ударяешься. Сырость в номере (первый этаж),шкаф в корридоре заплесневел, все вещи пропахли и сырые. Горничную не дождешься пока уборку сделает, постояно забывала полотенца чистые положить. Кроватку предоставили для ребенка железную всю облезлую (такие 50 лет назад выпускали). Ребенка маскиты искусали, кое как допросились антимаскитное средство(в разетку вставлять) в номер, купить негде было.
