Location and shuttle to airport was very convenient for us. We will book our daughters in when they first arrive in December. What a lovely welcome to Thailand -stunning lobby, outstanding service, much appreciated facilities (restaurants, spa, pool and health club) luxurious room. Great value for the money.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, a real treat at the end of my backpacking holiday! The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.

The only problem I had was getting from the airport to the hotel. No one at the airport seemed to know anything about the shuttle bus, whether or not I needed a ticket or what time it would be there. In the end I gave in and walked, not the end of the world as it's only across the car park.

This hotel has been one of the best I have ever stayed in, the staff were extremely friendly and the room was very large and clean, as for the buffet at dinner time, it was amazing

Everything OK and very good service for a airport hotel. Transfer from and to the Airport perfect organised.

All prices are given without taxes. I think it is not fair if you ask for prices you just get net prices and you have to add 10% and 7%.
