The Staff are very friendly and pro-active. Took very long to release the reserve on my Credit Card! (Almost 1 week. Should be 1 day. |

The hotel is situated close to Bangkok International airport. A free shuttle bus drives 24/7 from and to the International terminal. The hotel is really expensive compared to similar hotels Thailand and other hotels in SE Asia. |

great place to relax for a night at the end of a travelling holiday. Pool great, room great, bit pricey but luxury doesn't come cheap. Could have done with a map of the layout of the hotel. |

I liked the people for the way I was recieved at the hotel and polite way of answering the queries related to billing The way my credit card is swiped for deposit amount and the confusion it created.Staff has clarified later.But still, I donot know whether the bank will credit this amount back to me.I need a confirmation from your hotel that the amount debited on 22nd Night to be refunded to me (the amount is 1500 bhats (500 bhats+1000 bhats)) |

We arrived late at night with a next day flight, and this was a perfect location. Having such a nice place to stay and with gracious hosts after many hours of travel from the USA was wonderful. |

The hotel is so close to the airport and we had the flight early morning to come back home. The huge hall is one of best that I've ever seen. |

The staff were very friendly and the location was good. As a Platinum Starwoods guest I thought the Club Lounge facilities were very limited compared to many hotels. Also, we were told we were not able to have our room extended (even at a cost) to suit a late flight and were directed to use the gym facilities to shower - these were desperately poor and the staff weren't interested. Also, free wireless would be nice. |

Novotel bus transfer you to the hotel. The pool area was excellent. I prefer non-smoking room and first I got a smoking room, so I had to change it. |

Location and shuttle to airport was very convenient for us. We will book our daughters in when they first arrive in December. What a lovely welcome to Thailand -stunning lobby, outstanding service, much appreciated facilities (restaurants, spa, pool and health club) luxurious room. Great value for the money. |

The hotel was absolutely lovely, a real treat at the end of my backpacking holiday! The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it. The only problem I had was getting from the airport to the hotel. No one at the airport seemed to know anything about the shuttle bus, whether or not I needed a ticket or what time it would be there. In the end I gave in and walked, not the end of the world as it's only across the car park. |

This hotel has been one of the best I have ever stayed in, the staff were extremely friendly and the room was very large and clean, as for the buffet at dinner time, it was amazing |

Everything OK and very good service for a airport hotel. Transfer from and to the Airport perfect organised. All prices are given without taxes. I think it is not fair if you ask for prices you just get net prices and you have to add 10% and 7%. |
