Hotel blisko lotniska. Polecam w przypadku długiej podróży, kiedy przesiadka jest w Bangkoku I jest dużo czasu między samolotami. Wysoki standard hotelu. Czysto, ładnie.

Meldowanie trwało trochę zbyt długo. W hotelu proszą o numer karty kredytowej w celu zabezpieczenia, z czym spotkałam się pierwszy raz w Tajlandii. Nie każdy ma kartę kredytową. Poza tym opłata za pokój została pobrana z konta, mimo, że informacja jaką otrzymałam wcześniej mówiła, że opłata będzie pobrana w trakcie rezerwacji. Tak, że niepotrzebnie kupiliśmy Bhaty aby zapłacić za ten hotel. Ceny w restauracjach hotelowych, a także w hotelowym spa zdecydowanie przewyższające tajlandzkie. W pobliżu hotelu nie zauważyłam możliwości by coś zjeść lub kupić, tak, że gość skazany jest na korzystanie z tych restauracji. śNiadanie takie sobie, jeden automat z kawą I herbatą na dość dużą liczbę gości I przy nim spora kolejka. Daleko od Bangkoku, więc jeżeli ktoś chce zobaczyć Bangkok zdecydowanie nie ten hotel. Hotel polecam tylko jako dobre miejsce między kolejnymi przelotami.

24-Hr check-out; underground route from airport; absolutely magnificent hotel

Concierge staff did not have enough English. They also needed resources for guests to have a look at about touring in Bangkok. We had a simple request, that we wanted to go to an art & craft centre. The staff could not understand for quite some time what we were after, & appeared to have to shuffle through business cards to find such a place. They did sort it out well in the end, by providing a taxi & a guide to take us there & sightseeing. UNfortunately we would be unlikely to recommend people to transit in Bangkok at the moment, because of our experience of delays in the airport on 2 occasions. We will not transit through this port again for the moment, when Singapore, Hongkong & Middle Eastern ports are so efficient for transit on the way to Europe from Australia.

The spa is wonderful

1. You sell wifi access that does not work in the room 405 2. The WC was chocked and overflowed my request to change my room Was not honored 3. In response to my reporting overflowing WC you only sent someone who used the bath towel to clean up and left the soiled towels on the floor

Location location location!!! Very convenient if you need to stay close to the airport, but really too expensive for a Bangkok hotel. Dont stay here for more then one night, there are much better and cheaper hotels in Bangkok city

Price

A solid 4 Star Hotel which is only really good because of the location. If you are staying in Bangkok for 24hrs or less use it as the rail link into town means you can get in and out quickly. The shuttle is great not having to wait more than 5 minutes to get to the terminal building. However, if you are staying more than one night then I would recommend going into town and getting a far better hotel at the same prices.

Check in staff were a little disorganized and the team did not seem to be well trained. Only real complaint was that I found the breakfast buffet disappointing.

Significant delays in getting served at dinner

Very convenient position for a Bangkok stopover for an early flight. Excellent shuttle service. Five minutes. The ambience of the place. Great design. Buffee in the evening was as good as you could expect. The early breakfast, four in the morning was good also. Comfortable bed Good sized room.

The aircon noise even when turned off was annoying all night. The rubbish bin had the last guests rubbish still in it The blackout curtain was broken and given the height of the atrium this is a real necessity! Took two calls and some time to get the curtain closed. After a long flight and in shower/eat/bed mode, sitting aroung waiting for service was a pain

This was our second overnight transit stop at the Novotel: just right for the purpose. Very comfortable and convenient, with the excellent free shuttle bus. The huge lobby area is interesting and imposing, but could do with some signs pointing to shops, reception, etc.
