Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel  

The location to airport[only one] excellent rooms, short inexpensive traintrip to city suited us as only one nite stopover.Fantastic buffet, with unlimited wine, just 1200bht per head excellent seafood oysters,mussels,prawns,crab,etc to manyothers to name.Would definately stay again.Rooms are good size,beds,bathroom f,&other facilities excellent Only you have to pay for WiFi ,wont break the bank though.

The girl of spa\relax are very very beautiful and kindness. First class service!!

It's very convenient in case you have connected flight next day. The hotel is just 300 metres from the airport and has free shuttle every 5 minutes. The buffet dinner is good value for money. Excellent poll and gym.

Good choice for a stopover between flights. When taking the free Shuttle-Service it´s less then 5 minutes from the airport. Very friendly staff.

An ideal place to stay overnight while changing planes at Bangkok Airport. The food, the comfort of the room, the courtesy of the staff were all outstanding. When I asked to extend my check out by a few hours as my next flight was leaving late in the evening, they accepted without any hassle. This is the third time my wife and I are staying in this hotel and we intend to return whenever the next opportunity presents itself. It makes you want to pick Bangkok as your hub rather than another city when you travel in the Far East.

stayed here before service seems to be lacking nobody took my bags and i had to find the room myself for the price it should be better service

It is a nice clean hotel to stay at when you have an early morning flight.

The Novotel is so close to the airport is perfect for overnight stays. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has good variety.

I think the internet is expensive at about $25 for 24 hours.

Total incompetence of the staff both at check-in and check-out. Count 10 minutes per person and errors in your invoice.

Wi fi. Extremly poor qiality of connection in the rooms. Simply not acceptable!!!!

Good location, there is a tunnel between the airport and hotel. Nice room, reflects the costs. Room service foods are good and less expensive.

On my arrival at hotel, more than 20 people were already waiting, and I was very surprised to know the reason. Reception lady told us that room cleaning didn't catch up. It was 1:30, not in the afternoon, but in the morning, an hour and a half after mid night. It sounded like most of waiting people were from Europe or North America. I sympasize them because they spent much more hours in the airplane than I did. Some gentleman was screeming that I prepaid the whole costs four months ago.

Breakfast is available starting at 3am. Perfect when I have to leave for an early morning flight. Great reception staff that moved me along very quicklt
