Free wlan in the rate. The room needed renovation, furniture was quite old. Wlan was extremely slow. |

All round good hotel, all shopping very nearby, business like, nice pool, help with crossing flooded streets The 24-hour construction work next to the hotel is really loud and bad, breakfast not enough value for money, loud and noise breakfast area, a bit over- or too much service here and there. |

The hotel is in excellent location, walking distance from MBK, Siam Paragon, Central and sky train - shopping, restorants, massage, tours - all near by. Hotel breakfast has huge selection and we enjoyed it very much. Hotel staff speak very good English and went out of their way to help us. We also upgraded to a mini-suit which is a great room for family. |

The train station is within walking distance. Many interesting small shops around...food, massage, fashion. Hair dryer was missing from the one of the rooms, and had to call for housekeeping staff to send one up... |

The Location of the hotel is very excellent very close to everywhere, actually the hotel in the heart of Bangkok . There is a building under construction in front of the hotel cause some inconvenience . |

Very centrally located and at the price I paid, I shouldn't have any complaint at all. During my check-out, I was only provided with the receipt of the massage cost on the last morning. I had to ask for the receipt for the cost of the hotel stay that was already paid for through the credit card on the check-in day. The towels on the first day was old. |
