the service and the staff,location for shoping i booked for king size bed,but they gave me single beds.there is no washing pipe after using the toilet specially for muslims,coz muslims canot use toilet pappers. |

Very convenient to access to Paragon, Central World, The 4 Face Buddha nothing to complaint except they didn't supply the newspaper to my room...any way thats not an issue and hope my next stay they won't forget about it |

Was an excellent location,next to the Skytrain,plenty of places to eat and shop.The pool was excellent,breakfast there was plenty of choice for both weatern and aisan diets.Check in/out fast and simple. |

Staff was very accomodating. They Happlily cheked me-in at 7.a.m. Breakfast was very nice. Free internet in the room was great plus point. Location was very convenient. I do not think any thing against. There may be some small shortcoming which I don't count. I have stayed in Novotel Hotels in other cities. I found that quality is maintained at all the places |

Lovely pool Nice decor in lobby Good location near skytrain and shops Room quite attractive nd bathroom spacious. Complimentary water x 2 No hairdryer in room Kept waiting on cjeck out while room checked _presumably to see we hadn't nicked anything - and then we were told we had had a bottle of water from the minibar which we hadn't as we had the complimentary water. We were believed but had to sign a form to say they had made a mistake. Nowhere to change at pool except the toilet. Freezing cold ambient temp in room which we could not adjust. |

When we checked in we asked to extend our check out time for the next day. The hotel was very busy being the time of the new year (3rd January), the staff tried to help but they couldn't extend my check out time. Instead the floor manager upgraded our room. Well we were astonished to end up in the SIAM Suite. We had two terraces, a meeting room, a living room, 2 bathrooms! The place was amazing! I called for ICE and the man arrived in minutes. Everything about this hotel including breakfast was just great. Not really, when we arrived there was no bell captain to help with bags howver after that everything was fine. |

I really like its location, which i'll recommend to anyone especially for those who're visiting Bangkok for the first time. It's just a second away from the buzz of Bangkok. Local and international restaurants are just around the corner. And the nearby shopping malls are excellent. I think they should do a little renovation cause the hotel does look old. |

The staff were excellent and the lower lobby was a very enjoyable area to spend a time to relax prior to or returning from outside activities. I booked and paid for the "Superior Room" some months ahead. When I arrived the room was without a double bed and sofa as described in the booking. I feel that the advertised facilities and room set up should be provided upon arrival, not changing the next day as suggested by reception staff. |

The Hotel is very well located in Bangkok. Siam Square is the most animated location and walk distance to the most reputated Shopping Centers. The hotel has Night club, Free Wifi, and good Restaurants. The room smelt cigarette.PLEASE Do not go to seafood market adviced by staff and Taxi drivers!!!!!! It's very very very expensive and the Service is very very very bad. Lobster cost 660bahts/100g (13Euros/100g) everywhere else is 225baht/100g (4euros/100g) |

Really2 enjoy the room. The bed is very comfort. The room is very clean. Really2 like the services. They even bring the "quiet big" kitchen's scale to calculate the weight of our luggage. Excellent location. Only 3 min walk from siam bts. I think they need to renovated the lobby. Quiet boring. :) |
