Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square  

Las vistas y en general es un hotel muy correcto, esta bien ubicado y tienes muy cerca el sky train, metro taxi......un hotel muy muy correcto y las camas muy cómodas , los baños un poco cutrillos y la habitación muy correcta. El personal amable y correcto

Los baños muy descuidados y rotos etc... No ofrecen mucha carta de cena

The location.

Our flights were changed by 24hours and Novotel would not allow us to alter our reservation - and told us to contact Booking.com. Booking made an attempt to change the reservation straight away with hotel however at this point Novotel would not allow the change - even though it was highlighted at check in stage. It was disappointing from the hotel as the staff were not helpful at all and it did make the stay quite expensive as we only stayed three nights and had to pay for 4nights. I am aware that with all reservations there are conditions however due to the fact that it was highlighted at check in stage, I thought that they could have been more accommodating.

The floor tiles around the pool was dangerous and very slippy! Should be other tiles.

Location, highly accessible to shopping malls in the vicinity.

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly

Food and drink in the hotel was really expensive, we paid 3000 (€75) for a siamese evening on new years eve it was really bad we were falling asleep and left before 12 half the guests were also gone

Excellent location. Walking distance to Siam Paragon (high end shopping, eateries, cinema, marine aquarium & Mdm Tussauds) , mbk (reasonable priced shopping & eateries) and easy access to city rail service just behind the hotel with connectivity to Chatuchak weekend market and other places of interest. Tour desk at the lobby very convenient. Hotel staff were very polite, attentive and good source of information if you need help as to what to do during your stay. The vegetarian corner during breakfast at The Square is a nice touch.

Depending on what time you go down for breakfast at The Square, it can be very crowded at times but food selection good.

Location was great. Just a couple of minutes away from all the big shopping centers.

Staff wasn't very friendly. We stayed in cheaper hotels and the staff was friendlier. The whole atmosphere was very cold.

In close proxiity to Paragon - Siam. 4 face buddha - MBK. and easy to move aroud.
