The location is great. Very accessible to public transport. Interesting shops and spa facilities in the vicinity.

Check-in is a long process because of the queue. Breakfast is even worse as you need to wait about 15 mins to get seated. Air conditioning unit in the room is not cooling well. Even at lowest thermostat!

It is located in the city center and next to the major shopping centers , such as siam paragon , mbk .

I have been coming to novotel for the coming 7 years so it is hard for me to say I don't like .

The hotel was very near the best shopping areas in Bangkok. It was in the heart of the city with most attractions close by. The staff was good and helpful.

Location is fantastic and close to Skyline and all shoppings around. Staff is perfect. Breakfast is close to perfection but always crowded and somehow expensive. Fitness center is a real one, very well equipped and clean. Swimming pool is quite pleasant.

To get a decent room I have to complaint twice. The first time I got a smoking room against my previous note in Bookin. The second rooms just stinks from the toilet. The smell was unacceptable. However the staff upgraded me to a better room and the inconvenience was somehow compensated which is an asset.

Was close to train and shopping centers

I was there for 4 days, 3 nights. Indeed, it was awesome with that lil' luxury feeling & treatment! The food, the pool, the atmosphere, the modern look, the cleanliness, the location & of 'cos, the comfy bed! I had a birthday surprise prepared by the hotel staffs & my family in my hotel room & it's was an awesome one. Thank you so much! There's nothing that I would hate about this hotel except for the late check-in process & the few staffs that are not progressive enough on certain issues. Other than that, all was fantastic & i'm ready to head back there again...=)

The male staff at the reception ain't that friendly & progressive enough when we were trying to solve an issue even when I have the original documentations to support my claims. The male staff left me with no choice but to make a decision on the spot. We only manage to check-in for nearly an hour later. Nevertheless, I have emailed the Duty Manager to settle the problem.

It is in the heart of the city centre - endless shopping malls at your door step. Taxi, Tuk Tuk, Train, bus all outside the hotel. Buffet breakfast is terrific, wide variety of food, staff are friendly and welcoming. Beds are nice and big.

Bathroom is ok, but the shower is also a bath meaning you have a shower curtain - no big deal but think shower curtains in a nice hotel don't go hand in hand.

The check in took about 30 min.. It seems they did not know about our reservation as they did not refer to our requests [not easy with a baby after flight..]

Excellent location. Sky train just 2 min. Many malls within 10 min. Central location to go to places of interest. Decent surroundings. Good clean massage places. lots of taxIs. Novotel very clean. Good service though not much used. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety.
