The staff were excellent and the lower lobby was a very enjoyable area to spend a time to relax prior to or returning from outside activities.

I booked and paid for the "Superior Room" some months ahead. When I arrived the room was without a double bed and sofa as described in the booking. I feel that the advertised facilities and room set up should be provided upon arrival, not changing the next day as suggested by reception staff.

Really2 enjoy the room. The bed is very comfort. The room is very clean. Really2 like the services. They even bring the "quiet big" kitchen's scale to calculate the weight of our luggage. Excellent location. Only 3 min walk from siam bts.

I think they need to renovated the lobby. Quiet boring. :)

I enjoyed the the places around the hotel, nothing special in the hotel and i think the picture of the hotel are different to the status now

It was our shopping trip and this hotel is closest to BTS compared to other hotels. The location made commuting easy for us.
