Friendliness of staff 1. basic drinks like coffee and orange juice were very expensive. 2. Business center was poorly equipped and the internet was not fit for its purpose. |

It was located in a serene and quiet environment. Liked the calmness. 1.Wi-fi services should be provided throughout the hotel for free or a small fee. Free internet connectivity is very common in cheaper hotels. 2. |

The price was US$23 - at that price it is a good deal. If you are paying the proper price for a 4* hotel think again. This was a great hotel fivve years ago when it was the Novotel, but they seem to have given up on it. Our room was on the 3rd floor (there are 5). The view from any of the 3rd floor rooms is a lovely view of a corrugated roof from the entrance. This hotel was a 4* but it isnt now - its a 3* - no one goes around to check that things have been maintained etc. If you are paying $23 dollars its a great deal. But be aware you arent getting 4* glory. |

Friendly helpful staff that speaks English well, large room with kingsize bed, the hotel is not located in the city center but within walking distance (10 min.), next door is a coffeeplace and supermarket, the hotel has a shuttle service to the nightmarket. No hot water in the shower (but since the weather is beautiful you don't really need it anyway) |
