-Staff were so friendly and helpful (allowed us to check in early morning and upgraded us to a better room to allow us to have a double bed) -Free shuttle to night market although this fills quickly so book early. Tuk Tuk inexpensive to reach hotel/market -Rooms comfortable with baths -Nice pool area and good food and drink service in and out of room

-Not within walking distance to night market (10 min drive) -Rooms are a little tired and in need of decoration however for money very comfortable.

The staff .my partner met here and we will always come back thanks again you are the best people in the world.

Wi fi so frustrating to set up every day you should not have to keep asking for pass words we have been coming here for 5 years now and it's still the same times have changed.

The day of our check out, as we were forced to stay at this sub-standard and lousy serviced shabby lodge. The title of " HOTEL " is certainly misplaced. Unfortunately we had no other options, with most of the better hotels in Chiang Mai booked for the holiday season. Fortunately we had the freedom to run away from 3 cockroaches at the morning breakfast buffet. Pointing the blissfully ignorant staff at these horrible creatures was utterly in vain. To arrive at 04.00 pm, after a 10 hours drive from Bangkok, with 3 small children and having to wait for the rooms, that were not cleaned yet. After all, at this the hotel, being so shabby, it apparently made no difference after the " so called " cleaning. How the hell this hotel got to a 8.0 Rating is not only a riddle, but also another living example of Amazing Thailand !!! Has anyone of Booking.com ever stayed at this shabby place. Forget the price, as I'd prefer to be screwed for more money, than the lousy US 60, if only I had the chance to have booked a better place to stay.

Staff were quiet friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty choices particularly for south east Asian people. Room was specious and clean.

The hotel is old and some facilities I.E. lifts need renewal. Towels are mostly worn out with spots on, I was not comfortable to use them. Tv is small and Old. Bath room was not that clean and in general not for 4 star hotel.

房间比较大，床很大，浴室大，泳池大，可以晒阳光浴。员工服务态度挺好的，清洁也挺好的。

房间设施旧，电视机应该是90年代的那种。梳妆台与床摆设不好，一面很大的镜子正对着床，让人恐惧，影响睡- 眠质量。房间座机也没有时钟显示，设计不够人性化。

Mercure Chiang Mai是一家老牌的四星级酒店。因为是老，岁月的沉淀无法使其内在的设施与崛起的四星级酒店相提并论，但酒- 店的工作人员非常友好和热心（但不包括大堂门外的那个小柜台，在它那里想租辆合适的TIXI也无法做到）。- 此外，该酒店非常方便：既可以休闲地步行到老城（如果你的时间充实的话），也能方便地步行到附近的水果摊买- 水果，对于钟情于泰国水果的我们来说真是得天独厚。另外酒店还每天晚上安排三次车辆接送到夜市，非常便利。- 还有一个不大、但如镜子一样平静的游泳池，这对于一家酷游泳的我们来说真可谓是得来全不费功夫。 总之，一个几乎一周的清迈休闲假期过得非常愉快。下次到清迈还会再次光顾。

前台服务态度亲切、可以寄存行李、旁边有个大超市买东西方便、房间很大、床也很大，提前预订价格比较便宜。-

房间和洗手间设施陈旧、地毯太脏、房间有蚊子、酒店距离各景区都比较远无法步行到达，周边不繁华也没什么好- 逛的。

早餐丰富、服务良好、楼下就有件大超市。

位置不在古城内。

友好的服务人员和态度，通过booking预订的性价比不错。淋浴水量够大。不备牙膏、牙刷、梳子，倒也环- 保，可以接受。酒店右手边就有一个超市，不大但足以满足需求了。可帮外出客人保管房门钥匙，这点很方便。

设施稍陈旧。卫生间洗手台有类似小蚂蚁的东西，数量不多，但总有。另外，如两人入住，也只给一套钥匙。电视- 节目信号不佳，全是雪花点点。。被罩、床单很陈旧了，有应该是清不掉的污渍斑点。

Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour son prix interessant, mais etions agreablement surpris de l accueil tres pro et aux petits soinsm de la qualite des services en general et du confort. Une vraie chouette adresse! Le lit le plus grand que nous ayons jamais eu: 2 x 2m. Une piscine superbe. Un petit dej compris varie et delicieux.

L equipement un peu vieillot.

装潢设施很旧, 很脏。酒店花了一小时多才找到我的预订, 说我没付款,,但我是用信用卡担保的啊！！！换了三次房间才相对好点。(之前分配的房间床很破旧,中间凹进去一大坑)。

前台服务员服务态度非常好，早餐不错，用餐环境不错。

房间非常普通，跟照片差距非常远。我一度以为的士送错地址了。在国内用这个价格住的都不止这个档次。完全跟- 我上次定的家庭旅社没得比，还贵很多。

The room was literally said. Firstly, they'd put me up in a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking one. I did not say one thing, but the smoke from other rooms was infiltrating the air in my room and my next doors got drunk so I moved to another room. Inside the fridge, there was a dirt layer. The room hasn't been remodeled since probably the late 80s. The matress was flat and sleeping on it caued me a serious backache. I was expecting more of a Mercure tbh.

Nice and friendly staffs. Very convenient for a tour.

Hôtel très propre, confortable, grandes chambres bien isolées sur l'extérieur. Tout le confort, moderne, excellente climatisation, coffre fort, grande salle de bain, tv avec chaînes internationales. Beaucoup de services : taxis, shuttle privé, excursions, laundry, très bon service de chambre. Le personnel est très souriant, agréable, serviable. A proximité se trouvent ATM et supermarché de qualité.

Chambres mal isolées sur le couloir, on entend le bruit des clients qui parlent dans lecouloir et des chariots des femmes de ménage le matin. L'hôtel est éloigné du centre-villetouristique, ce qui nécessite à chaque fois de prendre un taxi, mais cette situation a aussi un intérêt : l'hôtel est au calme contrairement à de nombreux hôtels dans la vieille ville de chiang-mai. Le petit-déjeuner (grand buffet) n'est pas bon, étonnant pour un Mercure. La piscine n'est pas chauffée.

Friendly people and staff who were always more than happy to give local information. Excellent service. Good food. Clean room. Close to shopping areas.

The internet was terrible, complex, not reliable, just horrible. The breakfast buffet was not good food, and they began taking the food down 30 minutes before the closing time, and they were consistanly out of the few items I wanted - like coffee, cream, banana bread, etc. the hot water was not hot the water presure was very weak the tv did not work the manager was very hard to reach it was not a good value for the money
