we enjoyed our stay at your hotel very much.i would say that it is perfect but there is one thing that is not there in all hotels that applies to your hotel and that is your friendly and always smiling staff .they are the thing that makes you feel welcome the whole time during your stay and they are the best... very helpful and sweet and smiling.they truly do make you feel that you are in the land of smiles. no totally not your hotel is perfect and amazing. |

Relaxing.Hilly nature is good for the health conscious and the physically fit,but not for any one else.The staff are excellent,and the laundry clean and fresh.Internet in the room is a definite plus. The facilities need to be properly maintained such as rotting wooden stairs and railings.Regular hotel shuttles to Patong should be provided as it costs little.Conveying guests only to the hotel entrance leaves hotel guests vulnerable to being cheated by the unfair tuk tuk operators.Transport provided by the hotel should be comparable in prices to those fair operators outside.Eg I was quoted 900 Bht to the airport at the hotel,but only 370Bht outside in a comfortable minibus which came on time to take us to the airport. Food and beverage prices are unnecessarily expensive. |

the staff are very friendly and provide a relaxed atmosphere. the views are great being on a hill. older people can use the shuttle service to and from the main road but there are still some stairs to the top rooms. hotel is away from the nightlife but that is only a "tuktuk" ride away. |

The hotel provide a good location for you to relax and it is just a walking distance to patong beach. Good place to stay at patong area and nice swimming pool and view. The staff has difficulty to communicate in english. I called the room service three time to get the iron and iron board for my room and it was not send to my room at all. Things that irritate me most is when we checked out the hotel charged us on one botol of evan mineral water, which we did not touch or open at all. We argued with the staff and they insist for us to pay. |

The Hotel is very well located - close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. The views from the Hotel are awsome. There are no lifts to take you to the second floor. Furthermore, the steps on the staircase are extremely steep. This is may not favourable for many. |

Hyvä palvelu, henkilökunta avuliasta ja erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneet siistit, ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Televevisiokanavia paljon (71 + hotellin oma kanava). Huoneessa iso terassi ja erinomainen näköala merelle. Olemme olleet aikaisemminkin ko hotellissa ja myös silloin kokemukset hyvin positiivisia. Sijainti noin 1,5 km Patong Phuketin keskustasta. Paljon portaita rantakadulta ( noin 200). |
