Really good for one night

Very clean room. Staff very friendly and genuine. Hotel located right in the centre of town where there is a great night market at weekends selling street food, clothes, etc.

No shower holder which was a slight annoyance.

It's very basic, which is ok for the price.

A new big weekend market is infront of the hotel. 5Mins walk from the shuttle bus station to Ao Nang & other places.

Staff was friendly, Location right in the middle of the big nightmarket, 7-eleven right around the corner. Breakfast consists of toast, Butter, Jam, Coffee, Tea and Juice, just dont expect more and its fine.

Pictures of Room look better on Booking.com than it looks like in reality. Just dont look to close for dust. For one short night okay but for longer wouldnt recommend it.

We stayed at Orange Tree House for one night before we back to Malaysia. The front desk guy is very friendly to assist us on the interesting places around Krabi town. The breakfast could be improve apart from only orange juice and bread. It's a good location if u r planning to go to the night market. Very cheap and clean for this newly open hotel. Strongly recommended.

It's better if the hotel comes with lift and proper breakfast.

Good location in the centre of Krabi town. Close to good local restaurants and stores. 15 minute journey to ferry pier. 20 minute journey from bus station. Complementary breakfast of coffee, bread and jam, 7-11 close by to get additional breakfast items. Used hotel travel service to book ferry to Ko Lanta, worked out okay, with pickup at hotel.

The welcome of the staff was very friendly, including a glas of orange juice :-) The room was clean and very nice for this price. We also booked ferry and transfers in the hotel. This is a very good option to stay at Krabi at a reasonable rate.

We were quickly and efficiently checked in and the room was nicely appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. After a stay on an island we came back to this hotel but it was full. The manager led us to another hotel which was too expensive then led us to another which was perfect. I was amazed at this kindness.

It is very hard to reflect on your hotel stay after you have been ripped off and lied to by the hotel staff members, so I will not comment on the hotel location and facilities and would like to advise everybody not to stay at this establishment, which promotes dishonest behavior and deceptive business practices. Even before our arrival at Orange Tree House hotel manager Mr. Oil has heavily advertised taxi services available to all nearby destinations and talked us into booking a taxi transfer to Phang Nga Town in the end. The whole thing seemed legit and we have paid 500 thb for two persons for a transfer to Phang Nga Town after staying overnight in Orange Tree House. The minivan also came almost in due time and we thought were on our way to our destination, except we never got there. After driving around Krabi for more than an hour, making calls and waiting in front of other hotels for passengers our driver dropped us at Krabi bus station and sneaked away. We spend the next one and a half hours at the bus station trying to reach Mr. Oil at Orange Tree House and to figure out how to get out of Krabi. Mr. Oil who was very well aware of the situation ensured us several times that we will be picked by the taxi company shortly. After repeated calls from our side and obvious observation that in fact nobody was going to come for us he changed his version of the story lying to us that the taxi was “fully booked”. At the end we have lost money and more than 3 hours of our time before taking a regular bus to our destination. The whole thing has also ruined our scheduled trip to Phang Nga Bay and we had to make many arrangements for transport and hotel stays etc. I do hold Mr. Oil of Orange Tree House personally responsible for what happened, since he received direct cash payment from us, knew of the situation and left us stranded. For this reason I do not recommend staying at this hotel involved in tourist scams and dishonest business practices.

Good, clean rooms and service. Very good value for money.

Excellent value for money. Next to night market. It's noisy, but only till 22:00. Very convinient to stay night before early flight from Krabi. Hotel staff helps to reach the Airport early morning.

The staff was the best! The girl in the reception was kindest of all, so helpful and welcoming, also the guy was fun! We got good tips and all we needed..hot shower, soft bed etc. Rooms are very modern and cozy and fully equipped and wifi reaches them too. It's in the heart of the town, close to the river (good food places there) and right next to night market but still not noisy (except during the market but you are there too! And it ends early). But really the staff is the best part. We were in Thailand one month and this place was surely the best and great value for the money. We spend some nights in very poor conditions with the same money. Keep up the good work! :)
