I always stay in this hotel when I am in Bangkok for many years already . Very Good Hotel with very nice staff. The type of guests are changing a bit . Much families with small children now, who make a lot off noise sometimes and running around .( no playground for them). They better go to a hotel were there are more facilities for children. Than this hotel turns into the nice quiet place it was before. |

The best thing is the large, spacious apartments - ours was very clean and had everything we needed plus a fantastic view...perfect for a family that didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room for a week! The staff were really friendly too. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. The only negative for us was that the breakfast buffet was not very good for us as vegans, compared to other places that we have stayed. |

the size of the apartments was very good for a family the apartment's furniture was old and smelly. The carpet needs changing. General renovations would be good. |

huge 2 room apartments with excellent view over the city (up to 28th floor); very helpful staff - they still let us check out later and then take a shower and use a pool in the evening on a day that we checked out as we had a late evening flight from BKK; very good location near the metro and sky train stations with free shuttle for lazy ones; great value for money |

Really nice hotel, great pool for a city hotel, huge room.Very well equipped gym. Night time receptionist was lovely, very friendly & helpful. Check in staff were a bit off hand, second question they asked was 'What time are you leaving'? Not very friendly! One of the gym staff was lounging on the equipment, (I would have appreciated his advice, but he didn't seem very approachable), one was using a treadmill, which we thought rude as the other two treadmills were being used by guests at the time. |

Exec 2 bed suite had huge rooms, two bathrooms, 3 toliets, fantastic views from the 25th floor. Great selection from the buffet breakfast too. It's a little bit of a trek to the sky train, but the hotel operates a free shuttle bus which is only a 5 min ride away. Also, taxis are very, very cheap. Insist that drivers put the meter on though. Else you'll be ripped off for being a rich English tourist! |

The rooms are enormous and very well appointed. The two bedroom suites are fantastic and very family oriented throughout. The staff is excellent, very helpful and professional. The pool area and gardens were quite nice. We enjoyed our five day stay here immensely. The carpeting in the rooms should be replaced. The breakfasts contained the exact same items every day, some sort of variation should be offered daily. |
