Our suite was very large, well furnished and very comfortable and quiet. We loved the lush garden with water fountain and the workout room and pool. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. |

The rooms was spacious, all apartment has two bedrooms, big living room, nice kitchen, two bahtrooms and 3 restrooms. The hotel offers free shuttle to underground station. It is possible to walk to station, just 10 min. from the hotel. |

Very big room, with a fully equipped kitchen. Good location, just 50 baht for taxi to central world. Shuttle bus to BTS and MTR station is convenient. Good for family. Furniture and decoration a little bit old, anyway a good hotel. |

Stayed at delux suite which is really good for family ( we had 4 adults and a baby) and value for money. Rooms are huge and beds are also ver big. The staff are excellent and really friendly and helpful. When we leave they helped to call a taxi driver to airport. It was huge jam but we got taxi immediately and reached airport faster than expected. The scene on our balcony at 12 floor is wonderful. Breakfast is good. Room service and dinner food not so much variaty but the staff very nice. Especially they give small bun of breads to my baby without being asked... It's not close to bts. But it's perfect for family w kids for which bts has no use as we anyway take cabs. There's no swimming ring for baby. So my son didn't swim. We forgot to bring our own but at other hotel we were able to let him enjoy coz they have. Hope hotel can prepare this small thing which really improve the experiance of custmor |

Friendly Staff, good size apartment. Decor, carpet etc. are a bit tired. Location is difficult at times and getting to anywhere between 6pm & 8pm can take an hour. There is a shuttle bus but it is infrequent and takes the same time as a taxi would take. |

This residential suite hotel has reasonable sized room suitable for travel with small group or family, the front desk and door man are very helpful, close to lupini park and underground station. The facility is quite old, need renovation, the rooms in old style and do not prepare surficient kitchen items and washing machine, these items are availible at Asott and Somerest, if your budget not short for $50 per day, you'd better choose them and get a feeling of home. The worst thing was when we came back from sightseeing in the afternoon of 4:00, we found our room was not cleaned yet. |

The superb attitude of the staff and thier willingness to help with arrangements etc. was fantastic. Slightly out-of-the-way for access to the Bangkok Sky-Train, but otherwise everything was very good. |

Quiet rooms an place. Huge rooms. Nice panorma view. Big swimming pool. Nice little garden where there are a few tables for eating breakfast and work. Furniture is a bit old. Not that close to the next MRT / Lumphini Park (you wont do that 15 min walk at night). Breakfast is always the same. Water from the rooms minibar costed 100 Bath. |

The staff were very nice. Our room was huge, our bed was so big that it could sleep 5 people, not only two so it would defenitely suit a family as well. The hotel offered a good health spa and the lady working there gave great massages. There was a shuttle service to the train station which was good but even walking distance the train station was very close and the night markets just accross the road. Would defenitely stay here again. We were still sleeping when the cleaner came to fix up the room. When we asked for them to clean it while we went out, it wasn't done that day. |

Large suites. Great views. Nice staff. Walk to Lumphini MRT station. I got headaches after time in the room, which disappeared after a period of time away from the room. Looking more carefully, I could see black mold in and around the AC ducts, some visible in the bathroom too. Staff let me change room after first day but second room had same problem. So I checked out after 2 days and got a room eleswhere even though no refund because I had prepaid for 3 days. Headaches cleared up in the other hotel. If you are sensitve to mold allergies, I recommend to avoid Pantip Court. |

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Bangkok for many years already . Very Good Hotel with very nice staff. The type of guests are changing a bit . Much families with small children now, who make a lot off noise sometimes and running around .( no playground for them). They better go to a hotel were there are more facilities for children. Than this hotel turns into the nice quiet place it was before. |

Hotel is excellently located only a few minutes walking from the night market and Lumphini. Rooms are big spacious, as wll as living room. It is an excellent choise. Nice night view of Bangkok. Restaurant excellent and in line with prices in the streets so well value to dine at the hotel. |

The best thing is the large, spacious apartments - ours was very clean and had everything we needed plus a fantastic view...perfect for a family that didn't want to be cooped up in a hotel room for a week! The staff were really friendly too. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. The only negative for us was that the breakfast buffet was not very good for us as vegans, compared to other places that we have stayed. |

huge 2 room apartments with excellent view over the city (up to 28th floor); very helpful staff - they still let us check out later and then take a shower and use a pool in the evening on a day that we checked out as we had a late evening flight from BKK; very good location near the metro and sky train stations with free shuttle for lazy ones; great value for money |
