Exellent employees ! They really wanted us to be confortable even in the last day after checking out and having a long visit to shopping centres and temples they advised us to take a shower and relax in their spa and relax department before we went to Suvarnabhumi -airport. That was really the Service.. Thick fitted carpets in the luxury family rooms may be not the best way to pleasant in these days. I prefer parquet floors with some thick carpets to have a feeling of luxury rooms. |

Excellent value for money. The staff went out of their way to provide whatever we needed. This was our first visit to this hotel in Bangkok but we will certainly return whenever we are in town. |

- Big room, very clean, big bed and staff friendlyness Bad reception of the Televesion. I think they need to replace the old model television to a LCD type. There is no BTS close by so you need to use taxi |

Nice and clean room. And the Staf is very very friendly. aspecialy the doorman en the girls at the reception. We stayed one and a half day. We paiyed for two nights. We have to leave at 11.30 pm. And our room was not cleaned for the second day. Booking a half day room was not possible. But whe don't worry about that because whe had a nice stay. |

Huge, very nice rooms. Unfortunatelly I didin't use it too much - mostly we were out. In our kitchen we had very small ants - only in the kitchen. Just dont leave any food, drinks in the kitchen. |

Very spacious and clean appartments, friendly staff, good breakfast. The garden and swimmingpool are a real oasis. It is near (300 m) from the beautiful Lumpini park and only 45 baht taxi-meter fare to Silom road. Great view from the balcony. Balcony fence lower than should be. Scary for people with children. |

Very clean and well serviced apartment. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was of a high standard. The gym was reasonably well equipped. Not right in the city but only 10 to 15 min to a lot of cental places and taxis were readily availbale. 5 min walk to SuanLum Night bazaar.Highly recommended for couples with children. |

WE had a great time, everyone was really nice and helpful, I would stay again, we had children with us and the rooms were big and beds very confortable. Pool was great and spa great, I had a fantastic massage. |

We enjoed every minute during our stay.The room,the service,the facilities,all were perfect.We are visiting Bangkok several times a year staying in deluxe hotels,the Pantip Court is the best.We will come back! |

When I am in Bangkok, I allways go to this hotel, for the rooms are very big, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Its a very nice and quiet place to stay in the buzzy city of Bangkok. Breakfast is selveservice-buffet. Coffee and tea is done by waitresses. But they seem to be not so happy if you enjoy your breakfast in the lovely garden. Their service is very poor. ( the lady prepairing your eggs is very ok ) |

It was second time to stay for us. The staffs are friendly with great hospitality. The room is very comfortable and large. This condo seems our home in Bangkok. It's very convenient to buy anything from 7-11 store placed closely. You can take a taxi easily to ask to a staff. |

An excellent accommodation for those who want to have fun, convenience, value for money, great service, big rooms, and everything else in one basket. Best I have ever had in Bangkok. Location is excellent, service is better than many 5 star hotels The TVs, need to be upgraded to modern ones. Better TV reception. However, who really wants to stay in the room to watch TV? Airconditioning in the bedroom can be improved. Minor point. |
