The rooms are enormous and very well appointed. The two bedroom suites are fantastic and very family oriented throughout. The staff is excellent, very helpful and professional. The pool area and gardens were quite nice. We enjoyed our five day stay here immensely. The carpeting in the rooms should be replaced. The breakfasts contained the exact same items every day, some sort of variation should be offered daily. |

The staff were wonderful, our room was starting to show its age but was very clean and had a fantastic king size bed. The cable T.v did not have a great choice of channels and the picture was not great on some of the channels. |

There was nothing that I didn't like - I would like recommend that Hotels in UK, USA and Australia learn from the staff at Pantip Court - it's the best hotel I have staying around the world. I rate the service, the comfort and the home away from home feel - at least 5.5 star! |

Staff really go out of their way to extend a sincere welcome. Space. The smallest room is 94sqm. Exercise size pool. Something needs to be done about the flies round the pool. Where do they come from? A regular schedule, maybe hourly, for the MRT shuttle would mean it could be caught at the MRT also. |

The facility was a bit old, but neat. The room is large and spacious. The price-performance is good in Bangkok. A bit far from mrt station. Better to take a taxi or car. |

The staff were exceptional, helpful & polite. Huge family room apartment. Free shuttle bus transported us to nearest railway. Pantip had all the conveniences we needed. |

Exellent employees ! They really wanted us to be confortable even in the last day after checking out and having a long visit to shopping centres and temples they advised us to take a shower and relax in their spa and relax department before we went to Suvarnabhumi -airport. That was really the Service.. Thick fitted carpets in the luxury family rooms may be not the best way to pleasant in these days. I prefer parquet floors with some thick carpets to have a feeling of luxury rooms. |
