Panviman Chiang Mai Spa Resort    

I think we particularly liked the fact that we got it on a special deal - paid about half the normal price. As residents living and working here we would not have normally treated ourselves to an expensive resort!

Location good in the mountains, especially if you like seclusion. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Spa facilities excellent though a bit pricey.

Good restaurant, but vegetarian options limited. Having said that the Chef was very helpful in customising dishes to our requirement.

Nice room. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice clean air of the nature...

Price is a little bit high... I choose the villa as the other people suggest but my room still only can see30% of the view and the rest is the big trees... Anyway I notice that you have to pay to the more higher room than jaguzzi villa but with swimming pool villa or up before you get the great view. But if you don't mind about the view. I think this place will not bother you at all.

Beautiful location in the mountains of Chian Mai. Nice room with bathtub and balcony.

Sewer stench in the room, complained about it at checkout and got the question why I didn't tell them before. Was only there for two nights with one day away for an excursion so didn't really have time to complain. Told the manager that it really isn't my job to tell them about something they already should know. At least the cleaner should have noticed because the smell was really bad. Furthermore the rooms are really noisy, if your neighbour is watching tv you will know for sure.

Amazing place. Lovely view all around the hotel. Worth it for relaxation only. It's far from town u better get yourself a bike to move around chaing mai.

The pool was lovely.

We were intially very unhappy with our room as our view was looking onto a road and not with a mountain view as we had booked. We were moved to another room after complaining however our a/c was broken and we had to complain again about this too, it did get repaired however the hatch was left open with lots of dirt and dust exposed!! The reastraunt lacked atmosphere and they played the same music over and over. The spa was very expensive!!'

Panviman Chiang Mai Resort is the most wonderful and relaxing place that you could have break of city.

Just one thing I would like to mention, the breakfast buffet should vary and meet the requirement of muslims customers,since the resort is little bet far away from down town.

酒店非常非常美！空灵的山景，贴心的服务，我们一家都很喜欢。我们一下飞机就租了一部车前往，一路经过大象- 营，兰花园等景点，有车的话地点偏并不是问题，反而享受到人少清静的环境。非常遗憾只住了一天，后面2天安- 排住古城，结果到了古城家人说还是pranviman好，都说应该多住一天。酒店的客房到各处都需要电瓶车- 送，坡很陡走起来有点累，游泳池很好，女儿在里面玩的很开心！ 酒店房间设施不错，女儿结识了新加坡的华裔小伙伴，参观了她们定的独栋小别墅，环境很不错！ 强烈推荐酒店的spa，非常赞，环境奢华，手法非常专业，价格1800左右，刚开始觉得贵，后来尝试了古城- 的let's relax简直没得比，以至我们到了普吉的spa再对比价格和环境，更没法比了！ 怀念清晨山谷的暮霭，可以边吃早餐边享受美景，美呆了！ 有点啰嗦，很兴奋的想推荐给大家！

بعد الموقع عن المدينة وعدم وجود مطاعم وبقالات بالقرب منه.

环境非常好，很适合在那边休闲度假休息，而且住两个晚上，完全不离开那里都可以有很多节目。设施很完善。

但是地点比较偏远一点，如果去旅游的话，建议先在市区住两天，然后再到山上去休闲。

各方面都非常棒，尤其是山谷环境，适于休闲

远离城市的度假村，环境和设施都非常好。很多细节的装饰都别具匠心。尤其是商店里有卖的门把手，后悔当时没- 买，后来在其他市场上都没找到。

预定时犯了个错误，一下子预定了5晚，下单后想更改，也通过Booking.com与酒店方面联系，都不未果。对于第一次去清迈的，这家酒店还是太太远了。

浪漫幽静的山谷城堡，相当有设计感，餐厅、房间、大堂、泳池处处有惊喜。真正的大自然，晚上入睡时听到知了- 叫，清晨醒来听到阳台外山谷中鸟叫，久违了的亲切。餐厅价格适中，口味绝佳。发现有很多泰国当地人入住度假- ，说明真的不错。酒店内有短期美食课程供客人学习。我一定会再去的。

有点远，附近没有出租车，离城里和机场一个多小时车程。

Die hoteleigene Anlage wurde sehr aufwändig gestaltet. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war theoretisch korrekt, jedoch wird es 5 Sternen nicht gerecht. Die Gastronomie ist ordentlich und sauber, aber nicht wirklich spektakulär. Da dass vor Ort es keine echten Alternativen gibt, wird es kulinarisch schnell langweilig.

Das Hotel war zwar in den Bergen und weit abgelegen, jedoch alles andere als von schöner Natur umgeben. Pong Yaeng wird nachts von tausenden provisorisch installierten Energiesparlampen erhellt, um die Treibhäuser zu beleuchten. Wer gern im Industriegebiet Urlaub macht,... Achtung bei Sonderangeboten: Die günstigen Zimmer haben keinen Ausblick (no view!!!), auch wenn dort Talblick/Valley steht. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man deutlich mehr als in anderen schönen Hotels bezahlt. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, wenn man merkt, dass die Anlage und Ausstattung nicht gut in Schuss gehalten wird (allgemeine Sauberkeit, nicht verschließbare Fenster, defekter Zimmersafe, verwaschene Bademäntel, defekte Waage etc.) Die Servicequalität ist - wie in anderen Bewertungen schon beschrieben - tatsächlich miserabel. Auch wenn das Personal nett ist, muss man stark intervenieren, damit Probleme behoben werden. Abends und nachts wird es ziemlich kalt (Anfang Januar 8°c) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer zu heizen. Und tagsüber brennt die Sonne ziemlich stark. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, ist hier falsch, da es relativ steile Hänge und viele viele Treppen zu überwinden gilt.

1. ไม่ชอบป้ายนำทางมีน้อยมาก เนื่องจากไม่ชินทางในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2. โทรเข้าโรงแรมโดยใช้เบอร์จากหน้า Internet ไม่มีผู้รับสาย ทำให้เครียด 3. ที่สำคัญ ทางโรงแรม ไม่ค่อยให้ความสำคัญกับคนพิการมากนัก ไม่มีทางลาดสำหรับคนพิการ ทำให้ต้องคอยยกรถเข็น

ทางเดินไปจุดต่างๆชันต้องเรียกรถตลอด เพราะลักษณะรีสอร์ทเป็นเขาเดินลำบากหน่อย

ห้องพัก ไม่มีมุ้งลวด อยากเปิดประตู ตอนกลางคืนรับอากาศเย็นๆ แต่กลัวยุงกัดลูกอ่ะคะกะสัตว์มีพิษ
