That I took too much luggage. In the bungalows there is very little hanging space. This is not a fault of the bungalows. It was my first time travelling to thailand. And we could and should have taken far less than we did.

Everything was nice. Very simple bungalow, anyway you spend most of the time on the island somewhere on the beach or eslewhere. I would recommend to take the house with aircon, if you go there during the hot season.

Maybe it's personal, but the water pressure was weak for me.

It was truly a budget-friendly place. The comfort was not the best of 5 stars resort hotel but it was just enough for us and exactly what we expected after reading some reviews. We stayed at a very basic bungalow with a fan and a mosquito net and these two were essential to survive steamy-hot nights. I like the fact that the bungalows sit on the hill so if you are lucky you can have a nice view straight from your porch! The place is also very peaceful and quiet. Nice and helpful staff :)

As mentioned in other comments - the hard matress could be a problem for some people. The bungalows are semi-detached with paper-thin walls. Noisy neighbors may fray your nerves...

The views are lovely from the bungalows and very short distance from beach,bars and restaurants.

I had to pay an extra £10 for using a credit card to pay for the booking.I Did not get my £10 key deposit back as no-one was there when I left even though I was told that someone would be.

Location was great as we weren't in the busy area but was close enough to everywhere. Few minutes walk away from Kai-Bae view point. A must see if you visit Koh Chang. Especially at sunset around 5.45pm (December time). Our room was up on a slight hill but the actual hotel is next to the main road so it was very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Lots of shops, ATM and many nice restaurants nearby. Their massage service was very good and was very reasonable priced. Hotel staff were very friendly.

-Room too small, a little dated and needs freshening up. -Need proper duvet not just fleece blanket. -Could do with a shower curtain to separate it from the toilet.

5 minutes to the beach, next to a grocery store, a great bakery, fruit shop. Very green areas. Provided daily drinking water (two bottles per room). The room is small, but I believe that the price matches the quality. Room cleaning on request.

Uncomfortable shower (not isolated, because of water on the floor around the bathroom). Insects in the bathroom, but they do not bother us.

The staff was extremely helpful. I'd love all other hotels would have a similar approach to the customers.

Mosquitiere smelled badly, so we just didn't use it.

Close to all shops and restaurants, with good food at a cheap price. Also being in the middle of the island it was very easy to get to nice beaches or other areas, by scooter.

During our stay we moved from low season to high season and they charged us the high season rate even tho we were already staying, would have been nice if in house guest cous stay on the low season rate.

Lovely place, I loved the beach, very quite and not crowd. The bungalows are 100mt far from the beach but are rounded by marvelous gardens. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Nice, clean and spacious room (we took a cottage). Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. About 10 minutes to beach (not the best beach on Koh Chang but adequate).

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice decor and good upkeep of the property. If I go back, I will probably stay there again.

The bed and pillow was hard as a rock (although the staff said later they have softer beds in other rooms if I would have said something) so we didn't sleep at all for 3 nights. Small details, such as stains on the curtains and water on the bathroom floor, were amiss, but nothing else negative at all!

After upgrade to A/c the additional space was welcome as was the fridge. Eventually got a smile from all the staff.

Before upgrade orthopaedic mattress and pillow were encountered.in rather cramped bungalow The upgrade location was noisier than the budget. Wifi signal needs to be sorted so that one device in use does not block out another.

Pleasant and quiet surroundings...near to range of bars , restaurants and beach...simple yet good value

Удобное расположение у хорошего пляжа Кай Бей. До моря минут 7, домики стоят в очень живописном садике. Очень уютная обстановка. Домики скорее не бунгало, а маленькие "коттеджики". Персонал - милые девушки, очень приветливые, помогут-подскажут, если что-то нужно найти или куда-то доехать. Пляж Кай Бей оказался в сравнении с другими пляжами Чанга для нас золотой серединой между шумным "Пляжем с белым песком", и совершенно уединенными Лонели и Байлан. Все необходимое отдыхающему в шаговой доступности, в том числе обменники и магазинчики. В Лобби - открытой веранде у рецепции - можно выпить кофе-чай, набрать по дороге к пляжу холодной воды из куллера. С вентиляторами ночью было комфортно, так что отсутствие кондиционера не критично. Ну и как в любом бунгало, много соседей-мурашек, гекончиков на крыльце) Милые соседи, проблем не доставляют, занимаются своими делами.

1) Убираются только по отдельной просьбе. Вешали сначала просто табличку на дверь - кажется, не была замечена. 2) Слышимость уж слишком высокая, но так как мы снимали один домик на две пары, дискомфорта не было, вроде как свои за стеной. Но если бы были чужие соседи, напрягло бы... Хотя для такого домика это ожидаемо.

Situation géographique idéal pas très loin de la mer et joli bungalow dans un cadre verdoyant !!! très sympa ! et bon rapport qualité prix. J'y retournerais !

Ils n'ont pas tous la climatisation ?

недалеко от моря, территория отеля- супер- утопает в зелени, ухоженная, красивая. номер в общем соответствует цене.

много муравьев и пр. насекомых в номере, еду оставлять нельзя, просыпаешься тоже весь в муравьях. страшный санузел, за 5 дней горячей воды не было вообще, напор воды в душе почти никакой- помыться не реально. отличная слышимость.

虽然没靠近海边，不过离海边只走几分钟，还是不错

到处都有小壁虎，胆小的人要慎重噢，旁边有个大象饲养点，出来的时候有点臭

Prijs kwaliteit was goed. De ligging was uitstekend op slechts een paar minuten wandelen naar het strand.

Son excellent rapport qualité prix, sa situation géographique à 5mn à pied de la mer et en retrait de la route principale.

Un petit rafraîchissement de la peinture dans les salles de bain serait le bien-venue.

удачное расположение. наше бунгало было через дорогу от моря, но это не мешало. пляж хороший. номер не большой , но удобный. есть терасска. домики утопают в зелени.

ванная комната несколько потрепаная.
