Staff were very friendly, location was perfect and the resort was nicely setup.
Friendliness of the staff Quiet location Immaculately clean Excellent restaurant Great coffee!!! Terrific massages
Uncomfortable mattresses Bathrooms need upgrading
Very nice and quiet location with a wonderful garden and close to the beach. It's worth having breakfast or lunch on the beach. It is easy to reach Koh Pangan from the hotel
Shower:you can not have the right mix of hot and cold water
Staff was the best! The bar by the beach. Very nice bungalow. Breakfast was super.
The childrens pool was in the back of the area. Lots of mosquitos. Expensive restaurant. Location far away from other restaurants.
Very dated resort in urgent need for an upgrade and management shake-up. Attention to details lacking, poor F&B facilities and overpriced for what is on offer. Lack of ambiance and atmosphere are the result. WAKE UP the competition is NOT sleeping.
the hotel layout is great
the previous Thai spirit has left unfortunately with the change of management
Absolutely stunning views and very sweet and obliging staff. Very relaxing stay and would return.
The links into the more popular parts of the island need to be planned as it's tricky to get a taxi. There is a courtesy bus. The staff do try to accommodate any requests.
The beach was great, although the water was not crystal clear
We had a very dark room
the staff are what makes this resort, the rooms, gardens and pools of the resort were beautiful and the food was fantastic.
There was nothing not to like.
nice restaurant on the beach good breakfast good value for money few of the staff were helpful, nice and can do attitude all the time: Katjia, Tam- from the restaurant, Steff.
There is a lady down at concierge Jeiba, i belive her name was, she called us "crazy people" worst experience in 10 years of travelling, the management should really reconsider who they collaborate with. Due to her attitude we stayed in another hotel for our last 3 days on the island. poor poor service skills. should never work in tourism industry.
Very pleasant surroundings and a nice large room.
The outstanding professionalism of the customer relations manager.
Staff were brilliant, met our every need, nothing was a problem, very helpful. Spa on site was excellent.
- Location - Garden - Khun B. very friendly
Guest relationship lady, could only say I can't help you.. what kind of guest relationship manager is that? We where with 5 people and had to book 3 rooms, because according to booking.com it was not possible to have 3 persons in a room. But in reality there was a double bed and a single bed in each room. So got a bit screwed with that. People at the hotel kept saying it was a mistake in the system. I think they just want to pocket the extra money.
Very bad fitness facilities, small pools, low comfort, ugly beach - all in all not a very nice hotel and too expensive
Nice and well maintained resort. Friendly staff and good service (pool service etc.)
You have to be aware, that this resort get a lot of it's guests from a german package holiday provider, so expect 90% German families with small childen. Bungalows are not to be recommended as they are right next to the bar and pool, which is a shame as they have a nice porche. During high flood (until 4PM) no beach. Water is not for swimming.
Staff beautiful people. Very friendly, thoughtful and supportive. The setting is stunning. They took us immediately to hospital when my nephew cut himself badly and the driver waited the entire time with us even when we returned for a dressing.
The hotel needs seriously to be modernized more self catering type like add a small kitchinette with basic crockery, microwave, counter and a small counter. there is enough space. the bathroom can be joined and part of it can be converted to become part of the team. It has great potential but very dark and very musty and smelly. The decor is a throwback to the 70s and 80s. The tv channels can be upgraded. Shuttles should run later from chaweng. It should cater more for the twenties set too. There should at least be a microwave and they should get rid of that drinks cabinet.
Location, shuttle service to Chaweng and Bohput and friendly staff.
Overpriced restaurant and bar in comparison to other places in immediate area.
The staff was very welcome and helpful. The restaurant wasn't cheap, but neither was it expensive. The beach and especially the pool were very good. I also liked it that it was quiet, not overcrowded. It's definitely the place for a family holiday. Of course, it's a little away from Chaweng beach, but renting a motorbike solves the problem.
We had a problem of big cockroaches getting into our room at the end of our stay, but I'm not sure if it's a common problem in that hotel. No russian channels available on TV. But everything esle in the hotel was very good, especially the staff.
