Very close to the main "happening" point at night -Bangla Road and the shopping facilities First to clarify one thing : I am not fussy , I have slept in all sorts of places and travelled all over the world in all sorts of conditions . I assume complete responsability for what I write about this hotel . I will attach 2 photos so I can prove what a con this hotel is . It-s old , oudated , expensive , nothing works properly , the bathrooms are tiny , the so called beach view bungalows have views straight into some blue canvas that they put on the beach ( to protect the people on the beach from vews from hotel ???-this was a mistery for me , or straight into some trees in front of the hotel so you only get patches of views over the beach. The rooms are mouldy , the showers old and cracked , some don't work , some are leaking very badly . Don't book anything from the travel agent in the foyer of the hotel , because of them we nearly missed the ferry to phi phi island , the van to pick us up was 3/4 hours late . They advertise rooms with balconies overlooking the sea or the pool -lets get things straight not even half of them do , all the ones that don't do face crappy old walls , internal walkways and so on . we have lost a lot of money ( 4 of us ) because we booked 2 days to start with and 3 more for our end of the trip- for the last 3 days we preffered to abandon all hopes of getting a refund and we went somwhere else . The only good thing about this hotel is that the staff are friendly but hopless because they can't change the hotel overnight in what is falsely advertised and the fact that is 5 minutes from Bangla road. When we complained and showed them the photos they offered to upgrade only my room because I was the one that complained probably :-)) not my friends also . Honestly even in Jamaica I had better conditions for the money

Location, location, location!!!!. Between the Beach Road and Patong Beach, just 100 metres from Bangla Road. Best of all worlds. Surprisingly wasn't noisy either. Breakfast at the edge of the sand overlooking the beach every morning was to die for. Good range of food at breakfast buffet. Staff were really nice and genuinely interested in our wellbeing, not great English but they tried really hard and managed to communicate well. Most evenings a converted combi van cocktail bar set up in the small carpark at the front serving cocktails for 100 baht (about $3!!!). Pool fairly small but quite adequate as resort is not large and beach is 20 steps away! Rooms quite spacious. Towels are treated like gold! Took us 9 days to get through that 3 people were in one room so we needed 3 towels for that room (had to sign for it too!). Same problem with pool towels, but got that sorted a bit quicker. Be careful of charge for extra bed if a child shares the room. No charge if the child shares the bed but 1200 baht (about $40) per night if they supply an extra foldable bed in the room! This is nearly half the room price again! Some rooms, although classed as deluxe balcony, only had a view of the adjacent building wall from the balcony, although others had a lovely view across the pool and to the beach.

Just by the beach. Nice beach bar Nice restaurant in terms of location by the beach Reception was bad! Receptionists were rude Receptionist not well trained Need refurbishment tv to be replaced with lcd. Some modernity could do. The room I had did not really have a city view. The balcony was blocked by a wall! Would not recommend to friends unless changed.

Location. Right on the beach and close to Bangla Road without dealing with the noise. Everything you would need across the street, pharmacies, ATMs, resaurants and shops. Rooms kept very clean. The staff are literally scrubbing the place down all of the time. Pleasant staff members, especially at the beach bar and breakfast area. Breakfast was exceptional. You can order eggs done any way you want. The rest was buffet style and plenty of it. I had a deluxe room with a balcony, room 3304, for ten days. Great king size bed. A/c worked very well. Rooms are being renovated several at a time. I had stayed at the Kee four months ago and saw this place from the beach and decided to try it. Happy that I did and I will return again in four months.

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and obliging. After reading all the negative reports we were plesantly surprised to find none of them to be correct. The building is quite old but the staff kept it clean at all times. We were booked into a Junior Suite but when we got there late on the Saturday evening we were shown to a balcony room on the 2nd Floor which was not near the size of the Suite that we booked but we had a view of the ocean so decided not to complain as all the Junior Suites were on the Ground Floor with out views. The only negative during the stay was the Internet. On 3 occassions we purchased 1 hour internet vouchers and not one of them lasted more then 30 minutes. When I went to reception they replaced 1 of the vouchers for me so that was a plus.

The location is excellent, nice hotel on the beach, clean, nice food and bar with some entertainment. Communication with staff a bit hard but will definitely recommend this hotel for couples or family. Better than a lot in Patong beach.Cheap massages and lovely breakfast. The front of the hotel should be change, doesn't looked nice and warm as a first look. Cars stocked in the front

Rooms were cleaned well everyday and great location next to the beach near good restraunts and nightlife. Repeatedly asked staff to fix hot water but nothing was done at all, poorly equiped bar and room fridge. entrance to hotel packed with cars making difficult entry. And worse thing was lack of care for customers in the morning, cleaners were very noisy at 9am which makes it difficult to relax / sleep.

The proximity to the beach. The Junior Studio Suite was musty smelling and dark and in a very noisy location near reception with many people walking past to get to their rooms in the early hours of the morning. We did end up up-grading for 2 nights to an Andaman Suite, which was much better with an ocean view.

Close to all facilities, shopping, restaurants, and water activities If I have to make a comment would be they can eliminate some of the furniture in the rooms eg three beside tables. Maybe they could change or update the bedside lamps they were a little rusty. Other than that it was really value for money.

The deluxe rooms with balcony were nice. The staff were accommodating and English was spoken well. The poolside and restaurant area were pretty and relaxing. The standard rooms had too little daylight and were depressing. Go for the deluxe rooms.

The location and the actual hotel restaurant, bar and pool were great. For the price the room was average and the shower was not practical at all as it flooded the whole bathroom every time.

We had probably the best room they have (4201), but only because they upgraded us after charging "by mistake" the free cancellation rate (4300 thb) to my card on the day of the booking The good thing with this hotel is that it is on the beach, while the majority of the other hotels in Patong are on the road that borders the beach The majority of the rooms are dark and smell of humidity, as the hotel is developed on 2 floors around the swimming pool. I checked one of their suites before accepting room 4201 and that's definitely not worth the extra money

We did mixed reviews about this resort before we decided to try and book it for our holidays. The pluspoint everywhere was the excellent location right onthe beach. Our actual experience was near perfect. The staff did not understand english a lot but was very friendly. The food especially breakfast was above average. The pool is small but convenient. The massage was good.Overall facilities were above average. The city view deluxe rooms were spacious with big bathrooms and big bedroom S. Location is best in the area. Onthe beach and next to Bangla road. All shoping and indian and western food next door, massage next door. Overall great 3 star value for money Nothing.ok the swimming pool was small with high gradience in depth but good enough.
