close to shopping areas this hotel is mainly for shopping trip stay. If you are looking for somewhere to chill and relax, this hotel is not it. It is very noisy and loud and the facility is not resort like but more of a 3 star hotel with a small pool and not a kid friendly place.

Newly decorated Garden Wing had fabulous rooms with a cool design, glass partition between bedroom/bathroom, rain shower head, flat screen TV, decent minibar etc etc....... Wifi was not free in room.......

Hi, I guess it annoyed me that I had to run around when trying to book in and had to pay there and then as no money had been requested prior. So to dig up $4000 at around 8pm was a little on the hard side. Regards Michael

The view was exceptionally great because we were given the corner room in sunset wing where there was an L-shape balcony overlooking both the sea as well as Bangla Road (where the pubs are) & the hills. But the upcoming Banana Square (I think) may block seaview because it's right in front of the hotel. Toilet was separated from the shower, kinda weird....and shower size is so small I can barely stretch my arms at all! Overall, the room was clean with friendly staffs except the bellboy which I forgot to tip...

Good location.very good breakfast.nice rooms Internet expensive and 2/4 pc's did not work.i stayed in 2 other 4 star hotels in Thailand where free internet was included in the rate. The dining and general areas has no airconditioning !

location was perfect. big swimming pool It is old hotel. The internet is chargeable. There is constriction work in front the hotel and it looks big project. You can hear the music form nightclub next to the hotel.Over all the hotel is convenes with room price

Location of the hotel .I stayed in 10th floor.The view was amazing.Facilities inside the room also excellent and complete value for money.Travel desk provided good service.Breakfast was simply superb.A Good hotel for family.Pool and Spa were woderful. Reception was very poor as there was no coordination among staff members.Check- in and Chech-out took long time.The hotel seemed old as some of the furnitures looked old and awkward.No water supply in lavatory (ie) wc is placed seperately outside bathroom.No body lotion in the room.No door for wardrobe where we keep the dress and luggage.

Vor dem Hotel ist eine grosse Baustelle mit viel Lärm von morgens bis spät abends. Hotelmitarbeiter nicht sehr motiviert. Frühstückspreis überrissen teuer mit mittelmässigem Angebot. Nachts hört man Musik von der Walkingstreet bis mind. 2 Uhr! bumbumbumbum.

L'emplacement, entre la plage et la rue principale de Patong L'accueil et le service ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur. Globalement le personnel est peu aimable, non disponible, voire mal poli.
