The location is perfect! It's a 3-minute walk to the beach and very close to Bangla Road and other establishments. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Phuket. |

Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpfull, altho I arrived very late on my last trip (2.30 am) the staff were still very helpfull. Rooms are very clean and location is very close to many restraunts. |

Great location, just across from the beach. Right in the middle of everything, just a short walk from all the nightlife. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not available and so had to stay in another room without a jacuzzi which i had paid for and was not given any money off the room. Got the correct room the next day. Also the hotel had no iron when we asked for one. |

Room was nice with large veranda and large bathroom! Hotel is placed very convenient area. The staffs did not tell us any important information. Almost staffs didn't say to us friendly greetings in the morning, in the afternoon and in the night during our staying even there were no other customers, if we didn't contact with them. I hope it will be done enough educations about hospitality comparing with any other hotels in Patong beach, which we visited for lunch or dinner. |

Vi tyckte att allt var bra. Frukosten,Poolen,Rummen,Läget Personalen och allt annat var toppen! Ja, att Fitnesscentret stängde så tidigt som kl, 18. Borde varit öppet till minst 21 |

De ligging. het ontbijt was heel eenzijdig en verliep een beetje chaotische je werd slecht bediend bij het ontbijt.De kamers waren donker en deden vuil aan, De airco maak veel lawaai en ze proberen je de duurdere kamers aan te smeren. |
