Firstly; I have been charged twice for one night stay in this hotel. I am still waiting for my refund but nothing has been paid yet. Booking.com is expected to pursue this for me. I do not rate this hotel. very poor management. staff, management, over charging. |

Nice: Room, Staff, Breakfast, Pool, Location, Welcome drinks and fruits, there is a travel agent in a lobby with differenr offer for trips and adventures. When you leave your room all electricity is off as well as aircon, so when you are back it's quite hot in a room. |

I am grateful we were granted a 2 hours late check out Upon checking out we were requested to wait until the room was "checked" to make sure nothing was missing. That was quite offensive in a 4 star Hotel |

I had a pool access room that was nice. It was just out of the main part of town giving you a break from it all. I have been to Phuket many times however this was the first time I have stayed in this hotel. I have stayed in nicer hotels at a better price. |

the staff were very polite and helpful, the facilities were superb, large room with a very nice sitting area. the beds were really hard, i had to sleep in the seating area. the distance to the bangla rd. you have to take a taxi or a motorcycle. |

Good big rooms with nice bathrooms but this hotel has a lot of learn and improve. Small courtesies are totally missing. Very conservative staff and not trained well at all. Cannot communicate well. Internet was not free which is very unreasonable. The travel desk was not equipped well as they cannot talk in english and understand the tourists. |

I liked everything regarding my stay at the Patong Paragon Hotel. Room was good size, clean and well maintained. Pool access was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were good. The hotel location was excellent, just a short walk to beach and town centre, There was a good variety of food available for all cultures and nationalities. Hotel security was great. Would have liked free internet access. |

Genial, el Hotel esta muy bien, cerca de la playa de Patpong pero sin el ruido y el jaleo de la zona ya que esta a 5 minutos andando de donde empieza todo el lío. La habitación con acceso directo a la piscina excepcional. Las habitaciones enormes, el cuarto de baño enorme y con todos los servicios. El hotel está nuevo. El personal del Hotel encantador, el desayuno muy bueno. Solo tengo palabras buenas para este hotel que nos hizo pasar una estancia muy agradable. Seguro que repito. |

L'hôtel Paragon est situé à l'extrémité de Patong beach, à 10mn à pied du centre, ce qui permet de se reposer au calme sans être trop loin des commerces et des activités de la ville. La piscine intérieure, très calme, est d'une grande beauté architecturale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et aménagées avec goût. L'équipement sportif est appréciable, pour une remise en forme. Prévoir un supplément si vous ne partagez pas votre chambre avec la même personne tous les soirs (à négocier avec le manager). Les prix du restaurant sont un peu excessifs au regard des tarifs pratiqués autour de l'hôtel. |

L'hotel Patong Paragon fut un excellent choix. D'une part, il s'agit d'un hotel 5 étoiles qui coûtait le prix de certains trois étoiles, d'autre part les chambres sont superbes (bien mieux que sur les photos). En outre, l'emplacement est idéal, à 20 mètres de la plage tout en étant relativement isolé du centre bruyant. Enfin, la piscine est une vraie réussite (un lagon entouré par les chambres). La soirée du nouvel an ne fut pas une réussite faute d'animation. De manière plus générale, l'hotel ne parvient pas faire venir ses clients dans ses bars (ma compagne et moi étions seuls dans le bar du Lobby un soir alors qu'un excellent Groupe de musique s'y produisait). |
