Decor and ambience.

Aircon was certainly not up to the warm and humid weather. Staff were generally slow in service. Too few international English language TV channels.

Staff,resturant,the overall feel.

Pool should have been cleaner. Slippers provided were not clean.

The Pattara Resort and Spa is a fantastic oasis in the middle of Phitsanulok. It has got huge and beautiful bathrooms, specially designed bedrooms, and a fantastic swimming pool. The garden around the hotel is also very beautiful.

Unfortunately, this time there was something wrong with the water system in the swimmming pool, so the water was very dirty. Also, we found that the breakfast and the food in the restaurant was not so fantastic. There is nothing to see or do in the neighbourhood of this hotel, as it is a bit outside the center of Phitsanulok.

I was asked not to enjoy my hobby of collecting the shower jell,and shampoo.I do this for souvenir ,and when a hotel can't let go a used and empty bottle of shower jell or shampoo after its client explains the purpose,it's no use going ack there,they can't protect your interest when need arises.

Beautiful surroundings with pool and pond.

The design and architecture of the hotel are beautiful, we especially loved the water that surrounds all hotel buildings.

The services are a bit confusing at times, the wifi keeps going down all the time and the service in the restaurant did not meet our expectations (being quite high due to excellent design of the hotel).

really nice place to stay for a stop over from-to the north. Alot of trees, very lovely restuarant.

The toilet got the smell when we first arrived, it's better after letter the door open.

It is a really very good place to relax a view days. Beautiful hotel, nice people (not speaking english, but doing their best), very nice room, nice fitness and really nice little resort to swim !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hotel dans le courant du mois de février 2013. Nous y étions seul au monde. L'hotel est magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins et le petit déjeuneux copieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre avec lit à baldaquin avec vue sur le levé de soleil. Nous avons décidé d'annuler nos visites tellement cet hotel est un havre de paix. Le prix de cet hotel est très intéressant en comparaison avec la qualité du service.

บรรยากาศรอบโรงแรม มีการออกแบบด้านภูมิทัศน์ได้อย่างลงตัว ร่มรื่น ให้ความรู้สึกถึงธรรมชาติ แม่นอยู่กลางเมือง

1.ทางโรงแรมควรใช้ Slipper shoes แบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง เพราะ ในห้องนอน เป็นคู่ที่มีรอยเท้าเปื้อนสีดำ และไม่ได้ซัก 2.แม่บ้านไม่ได้นำขยะของคนพักคนก่อนออกไปทิ้ง

ห้องพักออกแบบมาอย่างดีทั้งวัสดุและการตกแต่งทำได้ลง- ตัว ที่ตั้งของรีสอร์ทอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองมากนัก จึงมีความสงบเหมาะแก่การมาผักผ่อน อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมรสชาติดีโดยเฉพาะอาหารไทยพวกข้าวต- ้ม โจ๊ก และติ่มซำ

ราคาห้องพักค่อนข้างสูงไปสักนิดนึง

kamers waren niet zo schoon

Udemærket resort med alt hvad dertil hører. Flotte rene værelser med gode senge. Poolen ser lidt grumset ud, men dette skyldes at de ikke bruger klor men istedet en saltvands løsning.

Værelserne ligger rundt om en sø og der er derfor mange myg om aftenen.

Sehr schöne Anlage und große Zimmer. Gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Pool und Fitnessraum. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp zum Relaxen auf unserer Rundreise in den Norden gewählt. Der Pool und auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön angelegt und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zum Relaxen am Pool sehr geeignet und auch die Restaurantpreise sind wirklich akzeptabel.

Leider bietet der Ort Phitsanulok nicht wirklich viel und das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, aber wer in der Anlage bleiben will, ist bestens aufgehoben.

Un hôtel très agréable que nous avons beaucoup aimé : grande chambre avec très grand lit très confortable, superbe salle de bain, très belle pisicine, design audacieux (béton poli, à la limite de l'austérité dans les parties communes), excellent petit-déjeuner. Très calme.

Mooie kamers, prachtig zwembad, mooie tuin, prima ontbijt en night bazaar is goed te bereiken met tuktuk. Thai massage in Spa was ook goed.

Het restaurant in het hotel heeft minder lekker eten als de twee eettentjes aan het water bij de night bazaar. Ik zou men niet aanbevelen om in het hotel te eten.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer und eine gut gepflegte Anlage. Innerhalb der räumlichen Grenzen ein Kleinod, in einer sonst eher schmutzigen Stadt. Schade, dass man ständig damit rechnen muss, von streunenden Straßenkötern angeknurrt zu werden, sobald man die Hotelanlage zufuß verlassen hat.

Distance from the city. In room equiptments not really up to FIVE stars standard.

Swimming pool is excellent, best design with view of the lily pond.

The hot water is not hot enough. The room rate is quite high.
