Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel

Location was great- across the road from the beach- the beach water is not nice though. Shopping was great, restaurants good, the bed was huge and comfy, our room overlooked the beach, breakfast was fantastic. Be aware of Tuk Tuks ripping you off- only need to pay 20 Baht each, we hired a motorbike for the day which was great.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us, food was very tasty and cheap the hotel was very clean and tidy. We asked if possible for us to move up a couple of floors for a better view we were moved the next day. Very accommodating in every way. Spent a lot of time lazing by the pool with the pool/bar staff anticipating our every need and the pool and surrounding were very clean with a really great spa/massage area and gym. great masseuse,

It was a good hotel and even staff and the Gen Manager ( Mr. Christopher Hlebayna) , were too co-operative and informative . All the staff was good and the abf was good as well ..

Good location, and the staff is helpful.

It is the first time I stayed in a hotel which leak when it rained heavily. Though I managed to have the room upgraded, but I hurt my sole in the new room as the wooden floor is not totally cleaned, may be it's too new.

Everything - it was a really lovely Hotel to stay at.

I think there should be more control on saving of the Sun Beds around the Pool. Some people would reserve their bed by putting towels on them and then either go shopping or go outside the hotel for lunch but keep their towels on the beds with a book or magazine so that it looks like someone is using the bed. Very frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!!

the comlete 'team' staff, waiters yes all were so friendly and willing to assist you. location direct on the beach and shopping is not far.

Swimming pool closes too early.

Very good location, just beside the beach.Mordern and clean room. Sea view from balcony is beautiful in sunny days. Pool is small but charming.

Bad smell in low floor rooms, not sure what's that from. Rooms in high floor are ok.

I go ther with my family 2 children and my wife they give us room on 4th flour without lift my wife and children have problem to stairs this hotal have 2 bilding on net u see big bilding but they give u room joint small bilding no sea corner side not seeveou this is only one thing i dont like otherwise if u go with family pls dont chose this hotal if u go alone this hotal is best on but 4 batchlour not 4 familes

The location

Staff not friendly (eg. There is staircase from main road to the hotel main lobby, but nobody help us for the luggage, so we carried ourselves to the front desk and even to the room!!). Pool not clean (Can see many "thing" in the water, even birds "use" the water (drinking)), breakfast not so many choices (The waiter/waitress never re-fill our tea/coffee, they just ignored us )
