Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel  

枕が高すぎる。

スイートに４泊したが角部屋で２面が大きな窓でビーチが望める。ホテルの各所でWi-Fiが無料で利用できる。ホテルロビーにツアーコンシェルジュが常駐しており親切に案内してくれた。I stayed for 4 nights. The room was a corner room, which had large windows on the 2 sides from where I could see nice view of the beach. I could use free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel. At the lobby, a tour concierge kindly guided me.

４泊とも朝食メニューが同じ。町の中心やウォーキングストリートからやや遠い。部屋に蟻が大量にいた。従業- 員の教育が不十分で私語が目立ちドアマンに一度もドアを開けてもらえなかった。I had almost the same meal for 4 days' breakfast. Far from the center and Walking Street. A lot of ants in the room. The employees were not educated enough, they were always talking with each other, and the doorman had never opened the door for me!

The room was spotless and very comfortable with excellent views of the sea front. The breakfast offered a wide choice of well-prepared European and Asian dishes. All staff were courteous, efficient and helpful. A nocturnal exploding water pipe in the bathroom was dealt with quickly! We appreciated the quiet location and yet only a short walk to the lights and entertainment of Walking Street. The pool was welcome as were the huge fluffy towels provided for free poolside. The food in the poolside restaurant was a notch above most restaurants in town.

Drinks and food at the cafe/restaurant were more expensive than we encountered elsewhere in Thailand, and there is 17% added to the menu prices, which could catch one out.

i didnt like a lot of things in D-beach hotel. first of all, they were not ready for us when we come, we waited for about three hours untill the room was ready for us. thet dont have place to take the trolley up or down ( we have to take the trolley up and down by our self). the smell of the water was bad. overall, room service is bad. this hotel is not worth the money we baid.

The room is over viewing pattaya beach almost the whole thing, near 711 and shops excellent location for those who don't want the loud night life sound.

Checkout time, with no extra hour to checkout, you have to checkout 12pm sharp and they told me it's fully booked, but I can tell it's not even half booked ! swiming pool staff not helpfull enogh most of the time you have to go and ask for your drink or food over the pool bar, pool staff will never go around and ask you would would you like. Hot water not constent.

Location, View

Booked a double room, given a double room + extra bed that left very little floor space. Hotel staff refused to have it removed or change the room.

I've also stayed in this hotel last year. There is a great improvement in the buffet breakfast: great variety of food and much better quality. Nice seaview and clean room. Value for money for its location and room quality. Everything is smooth and well maintained except that the air-conditioner is a bit noisy.. I'll also stay in this hotel if I go to Pattaya next time.

The food in your restauraunt was excellent and reasonably priced. The resident duo of singers were excellent and very friendly

The hand-shower in the bathroom needed to be more European Style

We stayed in this hotel on the 1st of jan 2012. we went with our 2 daughters , son in law and grandson (2 years) . hotel wz nice ,facing the beach . excellent view from the room. Staff many don't speak english. Room was clean , but no hot water. When we complained they said maximum is 40 degree c but it was not even lukewarm . pool is very nice , there is a small play room for small kids . If you are looking for any information regarding tours you won't get much from them . Breakfast ,, if you are a vegitarian you will hardly find anything to eat . on the whole we had a comfortable stay.

Very nice pool and good pool side restaurant. Nice room, big comfortable bed. Nice view from room. Nice kids room- need more games! Good breakfast- fruits not very fresh!

Very high price for late check out! The hotel not comfortable for baby stroller - many stairs

We liked the design of our room and the whole hotel, the splendid view at the bay, very pleasant smell everywhere, relaxing atmosphere at the pool, quick 24-hours room service, very tasty watermelon juice, various food at the breakfast and very helpful staff. The Alcazar Show is about five minutes from the hotel. We were there the second time and will certainly come back!

A bit far from the Walking street (convenient to take so-called tuk-tuk), the sea shore is full of annoying sellers, the pool area often with no place as beds are booked from the early morning, but you can relax just on towels. But these disadvantages are not very significant. The hotel is splendid!

The Hotel staff where friendly. Only the view from balcony was less,but still nice to have a coffee or smoke from here.
