Check-In and Check-Out took a long time. Never had to wait for such a long time. However, not that important but it took noticably longer than in all the other hotels I've ever been in my life.
The room was the darkest room I ever had in my life. Although the sun was shining to the fullest. I didn't expect that, and I wouldn't have booked this room or this hotel if I had known that.
The shower was quite small for a hotel in this price class.
I always turn air conditioning off in hotel rooms but the room was quite cold, although the air conditioning was off!
You always have to re-login to the WLAN, very annoying.
Frogs and other animals(!) made lots of noise at night. At first I thought it was the sirene of the police :-D. The noise wasn't throughout the whole night but nevertheless, it was a bit too loud. Luckily, I had my earplugs with me, otherwise I would have had problems to sleep. But there was also the very annoying noise from the main street, a continuous whistle throughout the night. Absolutely nothing for people who are searching a calm night (contrary to daytime where you feel like you're in a little oasis at the pool as it's soo loud outside).
The pool and the pool area. Fantastic. Better than expected. Very romantic in the evening. I met a russian girl there and we went to the pool at 3am. There were two frogs in the pool, and some bats flying above our heads, it was an exciting moment :-D.
The fitness room is perfect. Nobody will complain about. Really enough machines and free weights. It wasn't too cold inside, which was very important for me.
The location is perfect, in the center of Pattaya. Directly accessible from the beach road as well. If you meet a woman at the beach road for example, you have a very short way to your hotel.
