On arrival, have staff waiting at pier (not prearranged with the hotel) to transport the luggage. Very helpful staff & good service. We check out at 11 am, leave the luggage at the hotel lobby & staff sent it to pier just 15 min before ferry leave.
Breakfast need to improve
I was very apprehensive about staying here based on the reviews on more than one website. I only booked because a friend had recently stayed here and said it was good. He was right. We had no problems (except the wifi wasn't very good, but I think that's an island problem not a hotel problem). There were also many people staying here, so it can't be bad, right? They offer a very affordable buffet, so we ate breakfast and lunch every day and it was good. We were picked up at the pier without asking. We were also dropped off. All at no cost. We were treated very well. When my husband locked us out on accident someone immediately opened the door for us. I'd recommend this place.
Too many Chinese tourists
the staff were really nice and spoke very good English. We got collected from the boat and could pay by card. Breakfast was very good and did stop not to early :) I asked for a bungalow close to the pool and beach if possible and never heard anything back but when we arrived we were right next to the pool with view to the beach. very happy
No not really. Rooms are a bit tired as are the showers but its all clean and air conditioning works etc.
Good location on the beach, not too noisy
Breakfast was quite poor. Bungalows really need some upgrade work done
The decor of the bedroom.
The water in the shower did not get hot. The lightning in the bedroom and bathroom were dim and gloomy.
Very neat and modern, staff are very honest, our personal belonging was left as is.
I did not like the bathroom, very dark and the bench smells damp.
The location to the quiet part of the island
Really too expensive
Location is a plus. The hotel provided us help to carry the luggage in and out.
Breakfast is awful. Many items missing during several days. Restricted opening hours to the pool made it basically unusable. Staff is somewhat rude.
The location and the pool
Riddled with bed bugs! Three of us were bitten in three different beds.
Amazing location. Pool is right across the beach. Hotel is the last one in the island so it is in a quiter area. Pool are is nice. Breakfast view was breath taking.
Cleanines wasn't too good! Breakfast is simple/basic but good and fresh.
Based out of the manic Ton Sai village centre and all the mayhem and chaos therein - but close enough for a reasonable stroll in when you want to. Also close enough to walk to Long Beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool.
The rooms are a bit worn looking - some new furniture is definitely in order. The wifi was slow and intermittent at times - it also drops you out every time you leave the resort. Breakfast was the same every day and rather limited.
Close to other Andaman facilities like the excellent sea food restaurant
Wifi barely works in the room Pool already closes at 7
Many restaurants near the hotel. As at the same time you can swim in sea in two steps of your room door. Helpful stuff is all day ready.
Moderately expensive for Thailand. Big cockroach is interesting for me but not for other travelers. Ants have found and eaten sweets from my bag. But refrigerator is presented for protection in room.
Poor brackfast, the people on the front desk is very rude and disrespectful, they don't care about you staying on the hotel. No credit card payment. The room was too humid, open bathroom that fill the room with Mosquitos, I got flea bites on my bed. Definitely the worst experience ever on a hotel.
The staff where very rude, the pool hours were very restricted, breakfast was not good, with some dishes re- heated from the day before, rooms nice but completely overpriced. I expect a lot more for the price paid and easily the worst hotel I have stayed in, in over 8 mths of travel in Thailand.
after that we have found out that the facility is really poor we asked the reception to cancel our reservation for 4 night and stay for only the first night, they understood and cancel the reservation
The lobby smells like a stinky drainage. The A/C in the room didn't really work. most of the fixtures in the rooms were broken or very old. over priced by far! we have found a new resort 50 meter from there 10 times better and also cheaper...
Free pick up from pier. Pool is ok.
We left the keys at the reception at 8 pm. We came back at 2 and the reception was closed! And they didn't tell us. There was no one from security. We tried to break into our room without success. Eventually security came at 3 am. The staff is not really friendly. The breakfast is not good. The beach is loud because of boats.
Location, pool overlooks ocean, our bungalow overlooked pool. can walk around to long beach, half hour walk on goat track, but worth it, beautiful clear, clean water
Very basic breakfast, 1 staff member smoking at his desk in dining area! Most sun lounges around pool broken. Our bathroom had several broken tiles had to kneel in bath to shower, shower head too low!
Good beds , good breakfast and nice pool
Long wLk with luggage on arrival
The swimming pool is great and the staff was nice
Our bedroom was terrible, full of ants and all the furniture broken and with bad smell, the shower has only a little curtain and the all bathroom stays wet
Location is excellent and at the quiet end of the beach. Lovely pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast okay.
The standard bungalows are awful and in serious need of renovation. I had the worst 3 nights sleep in my life! If you stay at this resort DO NOT book a standard bungalow; upgrade to the deluxe as they are much nicer.
The location is good as it is away from the busy part of Phi Phi and quiet in the late afternoons. The staff at reception and the guys who transport your bags are very nice and helpful.
I stayed at the resort in 2010 and had no concerns with my room or my stay at the resort. During this visit our bathroom smelled really bad even after housekeeping had been in and cleaned it. The tourist boats docking at the front of the resort in the morning and early afternoon make it very noisy and not a nice place to be for guests of the resort.
Poor Toilets fittings and poor hygiene also we are all attacked by mosquito insects inside the room
I spent only a night in this resort. Location is very good and you can get all attractions around you in less than 15 min. A member of staff carried our bagagges from hotel to the Pier in end of ours stay.
I asked for a double bed but i got two singles bed also the room was so bad and the broken Air Conditionair didn't permit us to have a nice sleep because was very hot also the bathroom was very small and dirty. The variety and quality of breakfast was so pour.
Good location..just a ten minute stroll from pubs and restaurants etc... (which allows you to party & then sleep). Great view across the bay as you are a little away from the main harbour therefore boats etc... not blocking your view.
Shower wasn't a great one
