Speedboat ride to the island layout rooms beach food
restaurants close very early night is dull
Location Pool Food Snorkelling trips
Slightly costly for food and drink, but to be expected on any island hotel.
Amazing view Very clean Good food Swimming pool was great Happy hour was very good
just felt that compared with our stay at other 5/6 star resorts in our 3 week trip the staff weren't as friendly / happy at the out rigger
A very nice place, prestigious, great pool, tennis court, very nice for couples and family with kids :) recommended
not cheap. not close to the center. need a tail boat from phi phi peer. weird noises at night woke us a few times. made the mistake of eating fish at the restarant and got a stomach ache, we choudn't eat any thing, and the staff didnt refund the money for breakfast...
Cracking place, great beach and pool. Great accomadation. Nice little restaurants behind the hotel in a small village! Makes a change to hotel food!
Stunning location and resort!
Miss KANNIKA , reception manager , she is helpful , she helped me when I was sick there , she is amazing person , thank you
The hotel is far to the city and the hospitals in tusani island , but I recommended for relaxation and honey moon
Check in process Friendly staff Resort pool and bar Food Rooms
Wi-fi only available in selected areas
the resort was good, just notice for a family with baby and children more than 4yrs, they will count as adult and extra charge 1person, anything else was nice :)
Everything was adorable! I am looking forward to go back there again.
The accom was fantastic the staff was amazing. The good was great, cocktails were wonderful. You could also go to the village behind and eat great food for a lot cheaper.
We had to leave!!
beach and location nice room great view
no wifi at room
The pool area and beach are really clean and very relaxing
Internet coverage could be better
Pool :) big like!
Old rooms, Staff is nice, but (some) doesn't speak English, Distance from everything, stupid wifi disconnecting every few minutes! 3 stars hotel (ok, 3 stars is cool) that claims to be 5 and charge itself as 5. And that is a big no no.
the place.the village.the hotel villa's.the breakfast evry thing!!!
Great pool Couple of nice restaurants in small village behind resort - blue lagoon is recommended.
Not 5 star facilities for the price. Beach is full of boats and not an area to lie out or swim in. Rooms were very dated and not up to standard for price. Restaurant was hit and miss - we were served pizza and steak sandwich cold on one night but fine the rest. Bar closes early. No nitelife and boats do not run to Tonsai bay at night. Did a trek to tonsai bay during day but very hilly and not safe. Better off staying in Tonsai bay - much better beach area, and option of nitelife if wanted.
We loved that the resort was in an isolated location. The staff were friendly. Try get a bungalow closer to the beach, ours was the garden view and was quite a walk to where everything was happening.
Phi Phi town itself is disgusting and wouldn't recommend choosing to stay there over the outrigger.
Pool bar happy hour the bugalow we were in the staff
Didnt like that there wasnt much around to do and had to take a long tail boat to get to the main pier which cost 200bht one way and took like 20 min but otherwise it was good
Location, view, facilities, staff, room, pool
Can not really swim in the sea here, food costs high (but there is a little village behind where you can eat for much cheaper!)
I went Koh Phi Phi island with my friends. The hotel's private beach is quite nice, however need to take the longtail boat to get there. The facilities at the hotel are good and staff are nice. I like the welcom drink with some coconut flavor. I would like to stay in the hotel during my next trip to Koh Phi Phi.
We stayed at this hotel 3 nights in our honeymoon trip to Thailand. We stayed at the DELUXE GARDEN VIEW Bungalow. Although we had previously booked a Standard room, at our arrival we were surprised by the front desk staff with a cocktail and an upgrade because of our honeymoon status. This was amazing and I believe that it improved significantly our stay. The room: Huge room, beautiful decor, with little important details, like umbrellas, mosquito killers, sleepers, bathrobes, beach towels, honeymoon décor, delicious fruit available at our arrival, etc. The bathroom was very big as well, with space to leave our luggage, and they have a separate toilet, and good amenities (toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo, bath gel…). The room has a big comfy chaise long and a big and very comfortable bed and pillows. Good minibar options as well with free water, kettle, tea and coffee, everyday. The surrounding of the room is very beautiful with trees and birds… So peaceful… Hotel: Very beautiful gardens, fantastic beach with ideal swimming pool, to dive nonstop. Everything is carefully taken care. It’s paradise! Breakfast: Very good breakfast, with several options – bread, fruit, thai food, fresh omelets…. There isn’t natural juice at breakfast which was strange in a 5* resort, since in Thailand you have smoothies and fruit juices for sale everywhere… But it was the same on the other 4 hotels we have stayed in Thailand… they should really improve that. Staff: Very very nice and always available. They carry on your luggage, give you a ride in a golf car to your room if you want, respond promptly to phone calls and all requests. Location: I believe this is the best beach on the island. A little further from other resorts, but is worth it because you are in paradise. Cristal clear water, nice smooth sand, several options to lie around… Depending on the tide you can have jellyfish on the beach.
No Wi-Fi in the rooms and several common areas.
- beautiful setting - quiet and unspoiled - clear blue waters - private beach that isn't over run - tranquil atmosphere - we loved it there, highly recommend! - Mr Chets island tour, would recommend highly... He is situated right outside the back of the resort.
- only downside to outrigger is that you have to pay a decent amount to get from phuket airport when you factor in taxis and boats to and from resort. Hotel was reasonably priced though so when you add them both up it's ok.
- Very nice resort especially for people who wants to relax and enjoy the resort. We didn't leave the resort since we need boat. But it worths to stay and there are excursions organized by resort. - Excellent view, swimming pool, drinks especially their fruit shakes ! - friendly staff Definitely, one of the best place we have stayed in Thailand.
Everything. The location, the pool and beach - The facilities and staff. All absolutely perfect.
That I couldn't stay forever.
