El hotel es muy bonito, fuimos en pareja y disfrutamos todos los servicios, los cuartos amplios y confortables, la limpieza buena y la cama muy comoda, es bello el hotel ya que solo tiene 19 habitaciones y esto lo hace mas exclusivo, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno.

Que no tienen room service despues de las 10 de la noche, no me ofrecieron recogerme en el aeropuerto, no estoy seguro si tengan ese servicios lo cual sería muy bueno.

La habitación era muy amplia , con terraza , luminosa e impecable, con cama de dos metros comodísima. Hay que destacar la amabilidad del personal, están pendientes de todos los detalles para que tu estancia sea perfecta.El desayuno variado y de buena calidad.La piscina era estupenda para relajarse después de las excursiones del día. No está ubicado en la calle principal , andando cuesta unos 7 minutos llegar a la playa, pero tienen un excelente servicio de transfer que está a tu disposición todo el día hasta las 10 de la noche para llevarte y traerte de la playa, no hay que esperar nada. Para nosotros ha sido fantástico y sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos a él.

El hotel es bonito y la cama grande y comoda el baño tambien es increible tiene ducha y bañera.

Lo primero que esta muy lejos del centro,El servicio que te ofrecen de transporte no es tan practico como te lo pintan. Sobretodo no soliciteis taxi en el hotel para el aeropuerto por 15min 800bats son 20euros cuando vale 5euros. El presonal se comporto mal con nosotros ya que solicitamos dejar la habitación mas tarde para aprovexar el dia nos dijo que estaba lleno el hotel y tubimos que esperar en la recepcion casi todo el dia y estaba totalmente vacio. Le pedi un paraguas y me dijo que solo es para la gente que tiene habitación. Asi que no podiamos bajar al centro por que llovia muchisimo. El personal fatal.

La situación del hotel, las piscinas, el paisaje, la amabilidad del personal en general y el de la chica de recepción ( me dio un beso y un abrazo cuando nos íbamos) si quieres alguna excursión ellos se encargan de buscártelo todo, tu únicamente te dedicas a disfrutar. Te acercan en tuc-tuc a la playa y te recogen si quieres, aunque sólo esta a 15 minutos andando (literal).todo a sido perfecto

Todo me ha gustado. Si vuelvo a Ao Nang iré al mismo hotel

Sitio bastante tranquilo, hemos estado genial en la piscina y en la villa, el desayuno bastante completo y con una simpatia y profesionalidad tremenda-

Lo único que estaba un pelín lejos de la playa, pero te llevaban y traian cuando querias, pero incluso mejor porque estuvimos muy tranquilos lejos de lo turistico de ao nang.

Very good and friendly staff. Extreme good service and rooms. Although the hotel does not provide alcohol it was no problem to bring our own wine for dinner and NO charge. Boutique style hotel much better than well known resort names we visited as well in Thailand

Friendly staff. Nice villas, rooms and pool. Good size for big families and children. Very nice view (mountains and greenery). Only 5 minutes far from the beach, through a small van provided by the hotel. Very convenient location (beach, commercial street, restaurants).

- The staff has a poor English skills. It caused me some troubles. - Mattress and pillow very unconfortable - Limited western menu in the hotel restaurant. - So many cats in the restaurant - In my eyes not so hygienic.

We liked the staff who were always smiling and friendly and helpful. Also the fact that we were able to avail of the free tuk tuk trip from the hotel to Ao Nang and back anytime we needed. The breakfast which is included in the price is adequate. We will stay at this resort during our next visit and also recommend to others.

In the 2 bedroom villa, bathrooms had to be shared and there was a certain smell in the bathroom

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderfully quiet, enjoyed the Muslim call to prayer floating in the distance regularly. Wife said the massage at the spa was amazing. Staff gave free rides anywhere in town any time. Breakfast was fine, restaurant and pool very nice. Wifi in room good. Rooms very large and spacious, comfortable (was in 304, corner).

Balcony not comfy for lounging. Need a couch out there instead of the built-into-the-rail seat. Balcony also needs plants--felt bare--green would enhance the mood.

Our first shock when we arrive, we were told that the suite booked by us is not available but they have upgraded us to a bungalow - lo and behold. The bungalow could not hold three of us and one of us has to sleep on the extra bed! Location, the hotel is not near town centre but they provide tuk tuk to town which is quite convenient. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillow was old and flat. Our aircond wasnt working well. We hardly slept on the first night. They gave us another room on the second day - bed still hard but at least aircond is working. We tried to book spa sessions as we read reviews that the spa was good but the staff told us that they didnt have enough messeurs and it is better to go somewhere else. When we ask the hotel to help us book, they said they dont have the phone number. Really bad and lazy bunch of ppl. Breakfast spread was very limited. Taste really bad and really not the kind of quality you would expect from a hotel that markets itself as a resort. Our bathroom stank, as if water has been stuck in the sewage for days.

The staff are excellent, they go out of their way for you. You have a free shuttle service to and from hotel. Everything was well worth it, can definitely recommend this to everyone! Anne & Clint Jackson (South Africa)

There is no elevator so you climb stairs, but its not a train smash. It's good exercise.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but not all staff understands English, especially when answering phone calls. Great pool setting, nice tradition Thai architecture settings. A pick-up to the Ao Nang Beach was a plus given is away from the main street

Breakfast was a disappointment. Food are not warm and are typically infested with ants because the tray are either not heated at all or barely warm. (And becos of its forested settings) We stayed on the third floor and there was no lift in the resort.

Staff speaking English. Free tuk tuk to the seaside at any time. Nice swimming pool

Tomato sauce pasta for breakfast?? It seemed like leftovers from dinner the previous night. In general breakfasts not the hotel's strongest side. Also it was a bit ackward when at check in we were instructed not to take out anything from the rooms otherwise we would be charged for it... Not the hotel's fault, but ao nang beach is not nice at all: very narrow and extremelly crowded. We wouldn't recommend ao nang itself to anyone however a relax stopover in this hotel might be an option.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The receptionist and the boys were very very nice and tried their best to make us feel home. Pool was good and their facilities like beach shuttle was very comfortable.

The room was stinking for both days and everytime the staff made temporary arrangments to remove smell. But both days we woke up to smell. Also rooms and restaurants had lot of ants. Especially table in restaurants had ants so many times we had to remove ants from the food. Overall comparing it to other hotels in the area, I would say its a bit expensive

Peaceful, quiet, friendly staff, beautiful view... It is definitly the place to choose if your are looking for resting in a beautiful surrounding... I would go back there

I would not call it a resort but more a small hotel with facilities such as the spa... It is quite far from the beach but the free shuttle is a plus... I would not recommend it for families with small children or for those who are rather up and active!

It was off the Main Street and was secluded from Ao Nang.

There was no bar, not even for soft drinks. So we had to go out a lot to stock up. We got charged for breaking a lotion pot, they said they don't screw the lids on, so it was an accident waiting to happen. This left us on a bad note with the hotel when leaving. It felt like a money making scheme, which was a shame. They said the water was complimentary, but this was only for the two bottles on the top of the fridge, so we got charged for all the others!

Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was pleasantly clean though not of 4 star quality. View of rooms were facing mountain. Close to nature (quiet & fresh air) and close to mosque (gd for muslims). Beautiful design, architecture of hotel. Great pool. Good food at restaurant. Good wifi. Nice spa. Good body scrub. Had a good stay overall.

No elevator. Highest floor was 3 floors up. There were some Mosquitoes in room. Some damages in room and toilet walls. Toilet showerhead was dirty. Hot water was slow to come out. Balcony seat was dirty. Not much choice of tv channels (Mostly Thai). Housekeeping and room services were a bit slow due to being understaffed. Room 305 balcony view of mountain was blocked due to growth of tall trees. Breakfast fruit sometimes had flies on them. Staff did not check on their food spread. Utensils were left on the table on standby throughout the day- not a good idea as the place is open air. Massage was a bit too soft for my body still could feel body aches after massage. Everything was abit pricey for this hotel. It claims 4 star but I would rate 4 star only for its service not for the hotel itself. It has plenty of room for improvement as a resort if they pay attention to the small details which we guests would mind.

Wonderful view from the pool area. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and service minded staff. Perfect with free shuttle service. No problem with baby cot. Breakfast variety was small but enough and it was tasty. We liked the loacation a lot, its quiet and peaceful - a nice break from the noisy downtown of Ao Nang.

Wifi was not working satisfying in the hotel room.

The room is spacious and clean. The shuttle service to the town is also very good. Just need to inform the hotel when you want to go and return and they will arrange immediately.

The suite we stayed in has sewage smell from time to time. The bed was also a bit hard for my liking.

Very Sweet Rooms and Villas we would go back just for the relaxation. We like their hospitality including their welcome drink

Location. Your directions on booking.com had us going to location right by the water. You need to update this because it is one and a half kilometers from the Oceanside. Not at all close to anything but gorgeous views
