Phuket Airport Hotel    

Very friendly staff, good location (5 minut's walk from airport) and 1km to the beach (pay 100 bath to enter in the natural park)

Very slow wifi, it doesn't work hot water in bathroom, a lot of noise of dogs until 23:00 (I had to wale up at 05:00) :(

Proximity to airport. 24 hr airport transfers. Quiet and comfortable.

Basic facilities.

Staff friendly and informed us of what was happening. Provided a bus shuttle service to the airport.

Was ok for a night stay to catch my flight the next day, was really five minutes from the airport, good airport shuttle, but also was quiet

No restaurant in the hotel, but there was one within 2 minutes walking distance

This hotel was perfect for a stay before our flight. The room was comfortable and pool v good to entertain the kids. Exactly what we needed.

It was clean and comfortable enough for an over night stay, before transferring the next morning

Really convenient location. The hotel is small but really nicely done up as a little spot of luxury in a purely functional location. Pool is small but really nice and clean, staff extremely helpful with excellent taxi services. convenience stores only two mins walk away.

Local restaurants are not great, mostly Streetfood, and the hotel does not have a bar or food on sale, only breakfast

TV had a noisy picture

Exceptional exceptional service. Right next to airport and free quick reliable transfer. Kids loved the pool straight forward accommodation and great value but most of all pre getting there whilst there and leaving it was the best service in 10 weeks in Asia.

When we were booking we looked a lovely pictures of rooms with patio doors around pool area. The room we were given, room 12, felt like a converted storeroom & adjoined the reception area beside the noisy road. Not like any of the other rooms. I would advise people to refuse room 12.

Airport pick up very easy to organise, very prompt. We were staying for less than 9 hours so served its purpose as a transit hotel.

Very expensive for what it is. Very basic rooms and facilities. And breakfast not included.

We arrived late in the evening (close to midnight) and they picked us up from the Phuket Airport without any problems. Great service. Stayed there one night. Was well rested the next day to start our tour of Phuket.

Great to have airport transfers, for free at crazy times, most grateful! The room is very well serving even though it's basic, but has a large flat screen tv with about 80 satelitte channels including english, french and german speaking. The pool is clean and very inviting. The beach on the national park is beautiful and the local cafes and resturants are very welcoming, which is located only a one kilometre, 10 minute walk away. You'll find the staff friendly and helpful. Local shops, car/bike rental, food, 7-11 24 hour shop is all only a matter of minutes walk.... All at great value and quiet, considering the hotel is located 600 metres away. Youll enjoy your stay.

Everything is very spartan but clear and have all that you need for low price to stay one-two nights not far from the airport and see Phuket all around.

No car and motorbike rentals in hotel. They advised me to rent motorbike near 7/11 that is 300 meters from hotel, but motorbikes there were finished and I walked half an hour to the beach to rent it. Transfer to the airport is free, But be attentive, they will send you e-mail letter with instructions how to catch it after you book a room. I didn't check my mailbox before arrival and had to pay for taxi 150 Batt to drive 2 minutes and it's one of the cheapest price, I think, because the drivers in the airport are very arrogant (firstly they wanted me to pay 400).

They gave us a ride to the airport early in the morning.

Very pretentious; over charge; when we paid the bill they wouldn't accept credit card we had to produce cash; very little information; it's obvious they are only after your money.
