I liked the location of the hotel, across the road from the beach, with markets, restuarants and stalls both side of the hotel. Tuk tuk service out the front and there is 3 pools and a nice hotel restuarant. I have stayed at this hotel before and the room and service i got was unbelievable, so i decided to come back, however the second time around i found the bell boys not helpful and rude and then the room i got was less appealing than the room i had previously had even though i reserved the same room/bungalow. The water pressure was weak to say the least, and the toilet flush only sort of worked. The daily house keeping was done very late in the afternoon. |

Staff is nice and helpful, beach is across the road, beds are good and linen are clean. So called "bungalows" are not what you expect from this name - these are just concrete blocks sharing couple of rooms. No view at all from there, and it is rather dark so you'd need to switch lamps on even day time. A lot of noise comes from behind the wall between the hotel and adjacent "fun" streets (if not also from hotel's restaurant "live songs"). The furniture and room facilities are quite "tired". Numerous mosquitos inside the room. |

I loved the fact that the beach was across the street, markets up the road either side and only 10 minutes from Patong. |

Great for kids, best for families. Nice layout and lovely pools. Terrible bathroom, virtually no hot water. Hotel getting run down and needs more maintentance. Staff sometimes good, sometimes very offhand. The restaurant had terrible western music at night and the food looked pretty average. Breakfast OK though and good choices for children. |

The staff were great, the food was good, it was an overall good experience. My husband is going to Phuket in November for his annual scuba diving trip and I recommended this hotel to him....he will book with you!!!! I really enjoyed the band, however, when I was ready to go to bed and they kept playing it became bothersome. |

It was peaceful and of reasonable distance to the beach. Exactly what I was looking for. Tuk tuks are also easily available. |

The hotel was well located and had excellent on-site activities (great restaurant, fun nightlife, perfect pools). The room was musty and smelly. The air conditioning did not work well and I found it to be quite stuffy. |

The location of the hotel was excellently placed for the beach and short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, the gardens were well maintained and the pools were very good. All things considered it was superb value for money at the price I paid. The breakfast was very "predictable" and the shower in our bungalow was poor. These are the only negative points from our stay. |

Close to the seafood restaurants and beach. Full of mosquitoes, we had to buy repellent. |

i like the location as it is facing the beach i do not like the way the staff has booked for my excursions, which turned out to be much higher than those offered directly by the tour operators. Front office staff have difficulty communicating in English. The buffet breakfast spread is despicable as the menu is the same all though out my 8-day stay and the preparation is worse. It did not also specify in the booking.com website on the difference between the bungalow and the superior room, which surprisingly have the same price. I thought that the bungalow will be a better option as it is a stand-alone accommodation. As it turned out, the superior room is much better as it is newly renovated. Moreover, the public areas are poorly maintained. |

We liked that it was few meters from the beach and it was also quite near to kata. Breakfast was very good, we also liked our room and pools. We liked our stay in Phuket Island View. |

The hotel room and pool area was well presented and clean. The hotel is at the quiet end of the beach so close to Kata. The cleaning staff were excellent. The front desk appear to be going through the motions during the low season. Example, we wanted to use the internet the charge for this being 200 bht 20 bht in a cafe, fair enough but could they bothered to turn it on, yes but with sullen relunctance. No effort to open bars on the front or swim up bar. The front staff let a good hotel down. |

The service at the bar was great even for meals. No free wifi connection. Ask for fresh beach towels, never got them. No hotel's information in rooms. |

I had specified during my booking online that i wanted a sea side view and i actually got one , at least the nearest one. That was very thoughtful and nice. Then i just have to mention the wide breakfast spread-it was one of the best i have had .Also, the close vicinity to so many restaurants added to our lovely experience . the spa was closed and that was a big disappointment |

Friendly staff, fair breakfast. Great location in terms distance to the sea. Just across the road. We stayed at a bungalow. This area has a small, but very nice garden (lush tropical).around a small plunsh pool (children section even smaller, but existent). Delicious food next door (called "44" or something). It's the small things: furniture worn out, nowhere to put your clothes or hang wet towels etc. No in-room safe, internet only at lobby area. Hotel restaurant lacks of fans, atmosphere. Mattresses and pillows hard, which was biggest reason for us to leave. 3 nights without much sleep is not what you call a holiday. This hotel could be really great with little effort, investment and healthy... |

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pools were quite nice. The breakfasts had a good variety but if you wanted scrambled eggs or an omelette, you did have to ask at the kitchen window; the chefs were willing to make your eggs to order. There was a smell outside our rooms (however it is the same type of smell one comes across in west africa and mexico.) While the massage was wonderful at the hotel, the ladies chatted loudly making the experience less than stellar. |
