Pleasant stuff. Silent location. Environment (lots of trees and plants).

Hot tube did not work. A little poor and similar breakfast.

Great place to stay! Excellent comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Everywhere pools and tropical trees. The staff are polite and attentive. I am pleased to once again take advantage of this hotel.

Beautifully designed hotel in main area but hidden from the hustel and bustle. 5 mins walk to the beach and access to all shops and resturants around Kata Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful when questions asked. The rooms themselves were spacious and bed was comfortable. The best thing about our room was the directuns access to the pool from the balkony. This was a heaven send for our first nights in Phuket. The pool in this hotel is just stunning and runs through the entire hotel. Breakfast was a full buffet with a mixture of western and asian style foods, fruits and chefs to make you a fresh omlette. Overall this hotel was the best because of the value for money. We felt we had a lot of privacy and everything was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Pool is narrow and not great for privacy Staff are fairly unhelpful with luggage Many staff understand neither English nor Thai. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Kata, however, I would not recommend staying in Phuket, unless you want a noisy, overpriced, overcrowded and generally unfriendly experience. Go the Khao Lak instead! Phuket has lost much of its appeal in the last 2 years.

We liked the fact that the pool was large and we had access from our room. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was quite good. It is about 100 m from kata beach, which is a plus. The facility is overall relaxing and comfortable.

The air condition was noisy. The reception staff was not helpful - maybe it was because they didn't speak English. Wi-fi is not free, plus it is really very slow. Mosquitos are a problem like everywhere in Phuket.

Hotel is a little bit of over-charged. Reception want to charge me 500B from Kata to Patong, by myself TukTuk only cost 400B or even less. Swimming pool open time is so short. if you want to go outside during daytime, you can't swim at night because it closed at 7pm.

Quiet and really well furnished, the swimming pool is stunning!!!

Paying 15 euros for 6 hours of Internet in the 21st century is crazy!

Location

The counter staff were rude. You have no internet. When we checked out I was on a dive. My wife asked for a taxi and was told to walk 200m to the main road and find one herself. With 3 large bags! By far the worst experience in along time.

Uncomfartable and hard bed.Poor Wifi.Very shallow pool

I liked the service. The staff and the rate was so cheap for the quality of rooms. We came back a second time and although the air con was not working properly in one room we were given the option to move to another if we wanted. I will definitely be telling trip advisor and friends about the service and quality of the hotel there.

Almost everything. Excellent room (we chose the deluxe one) with direct access to t the swimming pool, privacy, excellent position, v good breakfast, v kind staff.

The cockroach we had in our shower was very lazy. It was lying on its back all the time and did nothing useful at all so we had to throw it out. The breakfast was horrible, other than that a nice place to stay.

It's a pretty good hotel,the only point is the mosquito,I think they don't use anything to avoid them a little bit so you have to spry yourself several times with some stuff against mosquito.the location is very good and the breakfast ok.

It took only around 5 mins walking to the beach and it was the location where I wanted.

The reception were not nice. It was so strange that I order it from booking and paid it by visa on line. The reception charged 3% as process fee at the first time. When I found the tranvel agency close to their hotel with much lower price of renting the car to instead of using their hotel's cooperated car, the face from reception changed really bad. The rooms are always with damp smelling.

Beautifull resort 5 minutes from the beach and from the main street of the restorants and shopping. Wonderfull clean big pulls, serrounded by the tropical gardern. The rooms are big and clean. Very professional stuff. We had problems with the safe box in the late evening and the manager was called from home to help us. Good breakfast and nice people in the restorant. We'll be back again and suggest it to everybody.

First thing, you have to find it. The name of this hotel is Phuket Kata Resort, not Kata Pool Lagoon, although there is one sign on the street “Kata Pool Lagoon”. The entrance of the hotel is not visible from the street. You have either to pass the stores in the front or enter from the gate on the left. Second thing, when you find it, enjoy! Really nice place with spacious rooms, swimming pools all over, very quiet & peaceful, full of trees, plants, flowers… The beach is pretty close, don’t swim if there’s a red flag, there’s a Seven Eleven right on the street for a snack, look for Thai food priced around 100 Bahts, or eat from street vendors. And don’t forget to say: Please, not spicy!

Stayed at direct pool access deluxe room is the best. Whenever u feel like swimming, u can direct jump from the room balcony. Just 5mins to go through to the Kata beach. Quiet & cosy hotel with Jacuzzi area in hotel simming pool.

Privacy will be the issue for this type of room as the room balcony is link and can be easily cross over. You can know what exactly your opposite neighbour is doing as is facing each other in this type of room. Located close to beach but far to shopping & dining areas.

工作人员很友好，离KATA海滩步行2分钟，旁边有很多餐厅。酒店环境很好，很幽静。

冰箱温度不够低，电视有点小。

位置很好，也是5分钟路程直通海滩。门口很多海鲜大排档spa和换汇点租车店。酒店典型泰式，两个游泳池，- 池边都是鸡蛋花。房间很大洗手间有干湿分区。房间服务员摆放honeymoon设计相当用心。早餐很丰富值- 得推荐。

前台小伙儿很势力，一看是白种人就帮忙拎行李各种，看是中国人就只是黑着脸带路，天知道我们也给小费的好嘛- ！房间生态太好都是蚊子。被套有明显污迹。还有心心念念的直通的泳池那水发绿。。。根本不敢下。

Понравилось месторасположение, реально 5 минут до пляжа Ката. Были в начале мая, отель полупустой и очень тихо.

离海滩只有5分钟距离哦，非常近。放下包包就可以去KATA海滩游泳冲浪，就这一点来说很不错的了。酒店环- 境绝对的原生态，呵呵。

Понравилось практически все, единственный минус - плохая звукоизоляция в номерах, слышно практически каждый звук с улицы. При всем при этом - отличный персонал, хорошая и ежедневная уборка в номере, чистый бассейн, приемлемый завтрак с 7 до 10 утра, близость к пляжу Ката (5 - 10 минут) пешком. Все кафешки, массажные салоны, ресторанчики и торговые лавки рядом. Очень тихий, уютный и уединенный пляж Ката Ной находится в 10 - 15 минутах ходьбы, правда в гору. В номерах есть полотенца, кондиционер, душ, раковина, каждый день дают по 2 бутылки воды. Отель рекомендуется всем тем, кто хочет получить бюджетный вариант отдыха в непосредственной близости от пляжа и кафе. Что касается еды, то мы нашли для себя хорошую кафешку в самом начале пляжа Карон, непосредственно на берегу, рядом с дайвинг-центром PADI. Цены, качество еды и порции были отличными, обслуживание быстрое и очень приветливое. Рекомендую попробовать покататься на доске на волнах, которые в сезон дождей имеют место быть (аренда составляет 100 - 150 бат за день), попробовать местные фрукты и еду, посетить водопады, зоопарки и острова Тайланда. Многие тайцы неплохо понимают русский, особенно самые распространненые фразы, поэтому языковых проблем не будет. Многие тайцы хорошо знают английский.

Плохая звукоизоляция, которая давала о себе знать по утрам и вечерам. Отель многонациональный, поэтому когда кто-то хочет спать, то другой хочет веселиться. Платный wi-fi, хотя может, это и плюс - возможность отдохнуть от цивилизации.
