Fantastic location surrounded by nature and wonderful panorama. Bungalows are really nice and comfortable.

A bit far from the beach (30 minutes walking and 15 minutes from the restaurants). I would suggest to rent a scooter at the reception for 200 bht per day and they will deliver you in 5 minutes...unbelieveble!

It is very relaxing place. We spend there 4days from our Thai honeymoon and we enjoy such calm place.

Beach is quite far, but there is hotel's shuttle. Or better to rent motorbike for 200bath a day. Then you can enjoy whole Aonang area more. Four days was enough for us then was time to move towards better beaches on Phi Phi.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling and ready to help. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere--you feel like you're in the middle of a stunning, lush jungle. Incredible landscaping. Paradise. The pool is beautiful and the surrounding cliffs are breathtaking. Beautiful, unique rooms and very comfortable beds. I love the wooden walls, ceilings and floors--very warm and cozy. I could not recommend this place more for those looking to relax and recover away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Great value.

The shuttle could have been more convenient/frequent. We ended up renting a motorbike which made things much easier.

There was ants in the bed but the housekeeping refused to change the bedsheet. She simply picked the ants and concluded that all was good. Poor service. In the end, I was being treated with insects bites upon return.

Loved the look and feel of this hotel. Nestled right along the cliffs, it was truly incomparable in terms of setting to any hotel I've seen! The wooden bungalows were lovely and spacious. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was delicious and offered a large variety of Asian and Western foods. The grounds were well cared for.

I didn't like that the shuttle to town was only offered every 2-3 hours. The hotel is set back quite far from the main road and at the edge of town, and the side road leading to hotel has no shoulder to walk on. We often took the shuttle to town for dinner at 7 pm but had to then wait until 10 pm for the next shuttle or walk about 30 minutes back. Seems easy enough for the hotel to offer a more frequent shuttle. Also, the doors to our balcony did not close all the way. When they were "shut", there was a large gap to the outside, which allowed free passage for bugs and lizards! The lizards we didn't mind, but trying to sleep with mosquitoes and wasps in the room was unpleasant.

Safe in room Air conditioning & comfortable bed

    - Bathroom wasn't cleaned very well - 20+ minute walk from main road; not so bad, except it's fairly far down a remote road - wouldn't recommend to other female solo travellers, didn't feel safe walking (got a taxi) & wished I'd stayed closer to town - Shuttle only goes to and from "downtown" (not anywhere else) and only every 1-2 hours. Hardly a service provided. - Ordered a taxi to take me to Krabi airport so that I wouldn't risk being late by using a shuttle. Paid the standard 600 baht (you can book a taxi any place in town). Booked it the day before, had it confirmed... wait 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes...asking where the taxi is because I'm risking missing my flight and I paid extra to make sure I was on time. Taxi ended up being 30 minutes late and I only made my check-in after begging the airline. Do *not* book a taxi through them. Extremely disappointed in service

The hotel room was very nice and cozy in a truly beautiful setting wth trees and flowers all around us. One is directly adjacent to the pool and the pool is really refreshing. It is a truly calm oasis. The breakfast was standard, tending towards the better offers whe have seen (buffet). The price is, while not exactly cheap, very reasonable for the place which is, while not exactly near the beach, still in walking distance (20 minutes).

The reception was not 100% helpful and booked us on a mini taxi towards the Surin islands that arrived more than two hours behind schedule because the driver did some private detour. Not the hotel's fault but we had booked it through them... The price could/should have included the breakfast - this is where I believe that the hotel can still improve.

The location was a bit out of town, but that gave us the quiet of the cliffside while still allowing us to have a 80 baht tuk tuk ride to the beach! The staff was very nice, friendly, and spoke English well enough. The room was absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were quite nice as well.

There were a lot of insects in the resort, but that can be expected with ANY place in the jungle.

The location and the surroundings. Very serene and quiet place to have an enjoyable holiday. Location of resort also a walking distance from the main tourist street of Ao Nang.

Some of the power points in the room doesn't work.

Just lovely place! Stayed there for two different occasions during 2 week visit to Krabi area. Very friendly and nice staff, simply beautiful and peaceful resort. Location is perfect and they have free tuk-tuk service. Would recommend it easily. This resort is like a hidden paradise!

There were few ants in the toilet, but hey: just live with that!

    - location was good - even though it takes time to walk to the beach, the quite and calm place worth it. - shuttle services to the beach and back - good breakfast - the territory was a green lush - stuff was very helpful - they relocated us to free cottage upon our request very quickly

    - there is a road nearby - if you take first cottage near the road, the noise of motorbikes is sometimes very loud

The staff is great. The shutle to go to the beach and bring me back! The breakfast is good (for Caucasians and Asians). Spa nice and good massage with affordable price.

Bathroom was not really clean... Pillows in poor quality.

Loved everything about this hotel!! Beautiful Thai style rooms with great shower, bed, lovely balcony with beautiful view of the cliffs and from pool! Great shuttle service to ao nang beach but we loved the walk back at nights as we ventured into bars and restaurants on the road back

The only disappointing thing was the choice, quality and most importantly the price of drinks! Very overpriced and ordered a fresh pineapple juice which I normally love but couldn't finish that one. Disappointing because we loved the place!

Quiet location, jungle feel. Spacious room, cheap scooter rental (250bath/day)

When we experienced a blackout, not much help was provided, some candle would have been sufficient

We loved the accommodation and the setting was beautiful. Staff were fabulous (particularly when the taxi we paid for from the airport dropped us off at the wrong resort at 11pm at night so the hotel manager drove straight over to come and fetch us). This was a peaceful place to stay, it would not have suited us to be in the more hectic hub of Ao Nang on the beach and made a lovely retreat although we did hire a scooter which meant we could come and go as we pleased and didn't have to rely on or pay for taxis or tuk tuks

This resort has a lovely garden setting and a decent swimming pool which is kept clean. The interior of the bungalow was very nice and comfortable.

The bungalows are too crowded together and also too close to either the swimming pool or restaurant (behind on one side). This means it can get very noisy at times, both day and evening. I found 3 of the 7 days I stayed there very noisy with several people and their small children all running about and screaming from one end of the swimming pool to the other, and one evening until well after 11 p.m., visiting friends and relatives of the owner (I was told by a staff member) were having a loud dinner party in the restaurant just behind the bungalows. For a night or two, it can be fine, but you're really at the mercy of your close neighbours since the noise can fill the whole complex. It felt stressful and claustrophobic at times. When I politely asked the staff if they could ask the noisy crowd in the restaurant to be quieter, she was polite but could not really do anything about it since they'd been invited by the owner! This is very inappropriate when you have guests paying a lot of money to stay in a bungalow for a peaceful holiday. So only stay here if you don't mind the possibility of a lot of noise in a fairly crowded place.

Ao Nang in general, but that's not the resort's fault ;-)
