The owner is very good and take care us as member of her family. Staffs are very good too.

Very nice design in the room. Quiet place! Perfect for staying som nights. You can rent a scooter for 250 thb and drive around the island and to Saladan city.

This is by far the worst hotel in this price range I've ever been! Call it a five-star hotel is a joke! We took the most expensive room with a private swimming pool but no one cleaned, and after two days it became useless , room also was not very well cleaned up + dirty walls! Very poor breakfast! They gave us a list of some products like eggs, nasty ham, jam, toast and fruit pieces - always the same! After many complaints from all the guests were given a second list with a few other products - also poorly We had to wait forever for anything, even though the hotel was only a few other guests! One day jammed drainage in the sink, I wanted to check what happened, and I put a finger under the cap. There I found a broken glass by one of the maids. Why they cleaned glasses in our room? I was lucky to not cut my finger! I called the manager, unfortunately hotel manager only managed to say hi! Only one girl at reception spoke English relatively! Desk also directed us to the beaches which way it was a private road and we were turned back from it. Ordinary road is some four times further. The hotel also does not provide any entertainment for visitors. Recommend it to anyone! Never!

All of the staff were lovely- especially Jack who is in charge of the tourism in the resort. Jack took us to a temple to pray with a monk and went far and beyond his duties at the resort. Breakfast was lovely in the resort, and the restaurant across the road- Maladee had a great atmosphere and great food too. Our pool villa was fantastic.

The room was out standing, and location to the city center was brilliant.

For a 5 star, that was the worst breakfast and quality of food, we ended up buying our own breakfast and bringing it to the hotel. The staff, where pleasant how ever only one or 2 could speak English. If you like your coffee, don't ask for one is my advice. We had a private pool villa and couldn't use the pool as no sun come in. My advice save your money and go for a normal room.

Only one staff member,whom apparently was the manager but never introduced himself to us,had sufficient english to our express needs to.however,he was extremely rude and ignorant and our needs weren't accommodated, without apology.small things like ordering food was an ordeal in terms of communication.they had no information on the local ferry which was appalling as it is the only means of accessing the island. Customer service is extremely poor -on two occasions when I approached the desk I wasn't acknowledged and almost ignored until the staff had stopped talking amongst themselves and even typing on their mobile.on one occasion the day manager walked away from me in mid conversation and walked to the other side of the desk and avoided me until I approached her again.i had made a specific request,which I saw a copy of the email on the desk,which was visibly highlighted,but when I asked the day manager about this request she said she knew nothing about it and wasn't in a position to help with it,the email was dated 5 days previously. There is no security here, one night the entrance door of our room was left visibly open in error and remained so until we arrived back late that night.this specific room was in view of anyone in the reception area and easily accessed by the public.however, the door remained visibly open all night 4-5 hours until we returned. When we returned that night we passed through reception and 2 of the staff were sleeping on sun loungers with pillows and blankets at the reception desk and only acknowledged us when we ask them a question in which one of the staff had to physically had to get up off the sun loungers and turn on the lights.in all the time we stayed there we saw only 6 other guests,which would allow plenty of time for appropriate customer service,but which never happened.the plunge pool was flithy with dead insects and debris,as was the interior of the room,with dust and dead flies.

This hotel is good for rest

Lovely pool area, staff so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Very clean and modern. Good selection at breakfast. Close to saladan for restaurant and shopping. Nice base for relaxation.

Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privative dans la chambre mais celle ci été sale et non nettoyer

Le petit déjeuné

On a été puiqué par des punaise dans le lit, on a pris un lit enfant supplémentaire 1000 bat pour un lit de camping pleine de rouille, musique en bord de piscine en thaï et trop fort, la clim ne fontionne pas, on a pas reussir a dormir, les draps et la chambre sentait le renfermé, alors que l on avait payé en arrivant les trois nuits on a demandé à être rembourse les deux restante , plage à un 1 km c pas vrai la plage ou l on peut nager ce trouve à plus 2 km

Personeel was erg vriendelijk. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Je kan bij het hotel gelijk op een scooter stappen en nog voordeliger ook. Je kan gratis dvds lenen voor op de kamer.

Het water was lauw en helaas niet heet. Maar was niet echt een probleem

Tycker inte att man får lov att skriva att man har gym, verkligen urdåligt ingen löpmaskin och urkass AC. Frukosten tyckte jag också var under all kritik. Avsvalkningspoolen rengjordes aldrig och det var inte fräsht på rummets baksida vi sa till om stolar så vi kunde sitta där två ggr men fick aldrig några, kommer inte bo där igen!Var absolut inte värt pengarna man betalade för att bo där!!

la salle de bain n'était pas très propre. Le personnel était très gentil mais pas du tout compétent.

De skulle vara frukost buffe .En av anledningarna att vi valde detta hotell .men de va bara rostat bröd och marmelad och ägg röra varje dag .Frukosten var jätte dålig.De hade inget vin på hotellet

Roligt hotel med god restaurant på den anden side af gaden. Fin mulighed for at leje scootere for en dag.

Book ikke et værelse med egen pool. Den lugter og er meget lille. Hotellet burde ikke have så mange stjerner - færre stjerne og det ville passe bedre til ens forventninger.

Because it was low season the restaurant was closed, also nearby restaurants and shops were closed. Hotel had very limited menu. Nearest eating place was about 1 mile away. About 80% of Koh Lanta closes during low season.
