Friendly and accommodating staff, modern key-card locks on the room door and I didn't see any mosquitoes or any other bugs for that matter.

"dislike" is too strong a word, but I missed a bedside reading lamp and a mirror near the exit door in the room.

Good value boutique hotel being so central to the shops, restaurants, the beach and Bangla Road.

No pool on site although one was available and some relatively loud music which could be heard in the room...... maybe earplugs could be supplied as a courtesy!!

It's amazing hotel

Clean and trendy, staff were really lovely and remembered us! Location is excellent, right at the centre of Junceylon and not far from Bangla Rd

No gym facilities

Clean. Very friendly and nice staff! Beautiful and unique room designs. Even got a free room upgrade and stayed in the honeymoon suite. They also stored our luggage while we made a 3 days tour to koh similan. Location is excellent! And ... they treated us like stars ;) To sum it up: PERFECT

WiFI did not work during all our stay of 5 days. very upset for that because i always choose my hotel based on wifi as well

Concept and location

1. BEST BEST location in Phuket, inside the Jungceylon mall, which is a island of western sanity - in Thailand in general and in Phuket \ Patong in particular :) You can spend days in this huge mall if you like shopping, good food and american movies (in the cinema). Very close to whatever that is interesting in Patong. 2. Very nice decorated rooms and spotlessly clean.

1. When we come to the hotel to ask for rates, they were much higher than those of Booking.com. So the staff suggested that we book through Booking.com! Weird :) We did it using the reception's iPads and ask 10 times not to charge our credit card and pay in cash. Obviously, they charged our credit card and we had to argue with them till they cancelled it and took our cash. 2. Weak WiFi in the rooms. Ok in the lobby.

Les lits sont très confortables et le look de tout l'hôtel est magnifique, très design! L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel sympa! Rien à redire!

Hotel ligt op een uitstekende winkellocatie, in een gezellige omgeving

Er zou een zwembad beschikbaar zijn. Vanaf 15:00 uur kun je als hotelgast gebruik maken van het zwembad op het dak van een nabijgelegen sportcentrum. Toen wij er waren bleek dat zwembad buiten gebruik vanwege groot onderhoud. Toen wij navraag deden, werd er eert lauw gereageerd. &Quot;morgen" zou het zwembad weer open gaan. Het onderhoud bleek echter weken te duren. Wij kregen als compensatie een up-grade naar de mooiste kamer.

Der Pool!!! Der Pool war nicht am Hotel sondern musste mit anderen Hotels geteilt werden. Ausserdem hatte der Pool nur von 15 - 19 Uhr auf.

为了去PP岛在普及上的一晚过渡酒店。位置不错，在江西冷shopping mall里面，感觉像住在蓝色港湾或世贸天阶里一样，这叫一个热闹。走到沙滩不算很远，大概不到十分钟的样- 子，会经过酒吧街，晚上人爆多，看好男友或老公。

接待我们的是一个戴眼镜的男士前台，说话基本在看着手中的单据，不抬眼皮的轻声细语，要特别努力才能听清他- 说的话，不知道一直就这样，还是故作姿态。我的ipad连到了酒店的wifi，但不能上网，问他酒店上wi- fi需要怎么设置，他说了句：直接可以上。然后用自己的ipad开始非常炫耀的各种演示，上网页、看视频，- 各种秀....懒得跟他废话，到公共区的公用ipad上看了一下上面的设置，照着调好，可以上了----明明是需要设置静态ip的！！

购物非常方便，酒店设计独特，别样体验。

Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man shoppen will.

...ziemlich laut, man hört Disco Musik bis morgens um 3 Uhr. ...bei der Buchung stand mit Blick auf die Shopping Meile, wir hatten nicht mal ein Fenster, wir haben festgestellt das sehr viele Zimmer kein Fenster haben, sowas sollte erwähnt werden bei der Buchung. ...dreckig, überall waren Haare und Flecken. ...WLAN funktionierte am ersten Tag überhaupt nicht und dann nur noch zeitweise. ...bezeichnet sich als Design Hotel, wegen ein paar aufgeklebten Blümchen usw... ...das bestellte Taxi zum Flughafen kam auch sehr verspätet an. ...im großem und ganzen ist das Hotel nicht zum empfehlen...Sorry...aber bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich was anderes.

Wykupiliśmy najlepszy pokój w hotelu, więc był luksusowy I komfortowy. Niecodzienny Design I usytuownie. Pokój Deluxe był z dużą łazienką, prysznicem I wanną z widokiem na ulicę...SUPER Wrażenia !!!. Ogólnie hotel dobry, chociaż zwykłe pokoje nie zasługiwały na 4*. Polecam takze ze wzgledu na lokalizacje w Centrum Handlowym Jang Ceylon w samym centrum phuket.

Widać, że hotel się starzeje bardzo szybko ale polecam ze wzgledu na lokalizację.

酒店位置好，就在江西冷里，购物和吃饭都非常方便，周边环境非常热闹，但在酒店听不到吵闹声。

房间可能新装修，墙壁刷成鲜艳颜色的房间有味道。酒店窗户就不能打开的，可能怕吵闹

Отель Pimnara Boutique расположен в торговом центре Jungceylon, но когда заходишь в отель попадаешь в тихое и уютное место, обслуживающий персонал разговаривает на английском и без труда можно объясниться, приветливые и вежливые, в номерах чисто, убирают каждый день, имеються халаты и тапочки , интернет работает исправно (бесплатный).Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом главная развлекательная улица Bangla Road по которой 10 мин.пройти до пляжа.Советую там остановиться.

Из-за расположения в торговом центре окна в номерах не открываются и так-же курить в номерах запрещено, но имеется отведенное место на балконе отеля.
