Noisy (because of construction nearby)
Location Excellent breakfast
The pool was freezing and there were a lot of mosquitos, but this is not really something that the hotel has a lot of control over.
Takes you back to another era, very colonial in style and every detail is beautiful. Free mini-bar was an awesome treat and the inhouse spa was amazing (albeit a little pricey) Breakfasts were awesome!! Location is good and the staff could not do enough for us, free transfers into the city with the vintage mercedes was a real treat for us!
The whole building of the hotel and the decorations are amazing. Very outstanding white color building. Nice view of the pool.
The SPA structure is amazing but even requesting a soft aromatic massage; it was really bad. I think they have hands only for thai massage. I could not relax and it was expensive.
The fact there is a travel agency inside the hotel (Lanna Boutique Travel) and the owner, Mmr. Noom) is someone you can trust and make all your tours. Great prices. Ladies from breakfast and dinner. the breakfast was goo but the dinner was special. Lovely place!!! huge roons with many amenities from the hotel for all clients and a nice pool. with a quik walk you will be at the night market. very safe way.
I would have liked some draws for my clothes in the room. There was only small wardrobe.
The hotel rooms were very large and individualely decorated. Staff were very friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
The staff at the restaurant is not Asian-friendly
The connecting rooms are superb for family
The battle with the Mosquitos in the outdoor and indoor bar area. More needs to be done the repellents provided don't do the job. Not enough lighting in the bedroom
The attention to detail and decor in this hotel and pool area is amazing. The rooms are well appointed and cleverly designed. The colonial architecture is beautiful and the good for dinner and breakfast is excellent.
The room was a bit more expensive than I would have expected in Chiang Mai
The staff was great; the breakfasts were terrific; the minibar was free
Location is not central
Different from almost anything in town. Wonderful staff. Good restaurant and bistro.
The friendly, dedicated staff The beautiful, quiet pool courtyard The charming view from our balcony The easy walk to restaurants and markets The library with free computers The comfortable bed
Convenient location to active downtown. Elegant facilities & attentive staff.
That I had to leave
Rooms, courtyard, service, breakfast buffet
When I booked I already noted that I need add other bed, when we check in they told us that workers got off, they couldn't help us to add an extra bed. When we check out they asked us to charge more than booking.com for the extra bed. That is an horrible experience
Very far from the sightseeing.it is not convenient to visit some places.
Not so many things to do in the hotel. SPA is quite pricy. If you wanna stay in and just relax, might go for a swim or just lay on the bed and take a nap. It takes awhile to walk to the market, it will be nice if the hotel can provide a free transportation.
A very pretty house with detailed design. Bright and natural, use white as the background and a some green in between. The breakfast is nice and delicate.
Food variety No kid pool Pool water too cold Spa staff are not professional enough, their attitude needs training Outside a bit noisy
Located directly on busy street so ask for a quite room
Great breakfast Comfy beds Friendly, well trained staff Beautiful architecture
This boutique hotel was small and friendly with a great staff and facilities. It is central to the attractions in Chiang Mai and is located in a very relaxing setting.
Our room didn't have a balcony unfortunately - if you can get a room with a balcony and view over the internal courtyard we would recommend that.
Everything was meticulously coordinated for our stay. The setting is a beautiful and tasteful nod to Chiang Mai's heritage. Food and drink was lovely, and the small restaurant an intimate setting for a romantic meal.
quality of service is typically very high in Thailand but this one exceeds by far the standards. Swimming pool and rooms are very nice. Very small hotel and Thailand original style.
We stayed here for 1 night as our treat on our holiday and it was well worth it. The room was beautiful, as was the whole hotel, it had a really peaceful vibe to it. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced, no more expensive than restaurants in the old city. Make sure you try their cocktails!
On a busy road which you hear from the bedrooms. Bedroom layout a bit odd as you walk into the bathroom before the bedroom. Staff pleasant but desperately ignorant about the city of Chiangmai Mai. Also, when they book you a taxi, they call on a friend who charges twice the going rate!
All quite pretty, nice rooms, good breakfast.
not much facilities but I understand that it is a small hotel
the beautiful architecture makes it a worthy visit
