I only stayed two nights.. To start, the people at reception had no record of my reservation nor did they did not have the type of room I reserved. They totally forgot to clean the room, change the towels, etc. The first day I went to breakfast it was not available because the chef did not show up for work. The second day, a buffet breakfast was available but despite the hotel having about 60 rooms, no one was eating there.. After one look at the food with a Thai friend, we decided to eat elsewhere. The hotel staff is friendly but they simply do not have any idea how to operate. Given the level of service, the type of room and the amenities, this hotel should not cost more than 600 to 700 baht per night and anyone staying there should be prepared for some disappointments. It's one advantage is that it is centrally located.

ห้องแจ้งว่ามีระเบียงส่วนตัวแต่ไม่มี ภานในห้องขนาดไม่เล็กแต่จัดวางแย่มาก น้ำไหลไม่แรงสายฝักบัวสั้นยืนอาบไม่ได้ ห้องน้ำไม่ได้สัดส่วน

Gar nichts. Die Zimmer sind wie Gefängniszellen. Im ganzen Zimmer hat es nur 2 Leuchten davon brennt nur eine. Die AC ist nicht regulierbar. Die Bezeichnung als Superior Zimmer ist ein Hohn.
