En general nos gustó bastante, es muy cómodo si solo necesitas pasar unas horas en Bangkok cerca del aeropuerto ya que tienes el servicio de Shuttle gratis. El problema es que en ciertos horarios de la mañana lo tienen lleno y no te avisan así que os recomiendo que reserveis a tiempo el shuttle que querais.

Falta de frecuencia de shuttles al aeropuerto en hora punta, además el hotel está en una zona que no pasan otro tipo de transportes. No te avisan que el shuttle va lleno así que recomiendo hacer la reserva en cuanto podais. Nosotros no lo sabiamos y la noche anterior a nuestro vuelo nos enteramos a las 12,30 de la noche que debiamos coger el shuttle de las 4,30h para nuestro vuelo a las 8,30h! Además no todo el personal es demasiado amable...

lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el restaurante. Se como muy bien y es acogedor. Si vas a hacer escala para otro vuelo al día siguiente de la llegada este es un buen sitio para pasar la noche porque está cerca del aerpuerto, además si avisas te pasan a recoger y a llevarte al aeropuerto

La ubicación en cuanto a que si sales a dar una vuelta no hay mucho que hacer y esta muy lejos del centro de la ciudad

Convenient to bkk, free airport pickup both ways, friendly staff, internet cafe, clean facility. Dinner food was good.

Unfortunately, it is located next door to a steel fabrication plant which operates from 8 am to 9pm and very loud, even with ear plugs. Little choice of breakfast as only "American" is available and of very poor quality. They don't open up the enclosed restaurant for breakfast and you have to eat at tables adjacent to driveway and absorb vehicle fumes whilst eating. Driver from airport drove like a maniac.

This hotel is so bad it should be removed from booking.Comsat list of places to stay. Rude staff, last guests hair in shower, filthy toilet, food made us all sick. Nasty nasty nasty. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Very close to the airpot, they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. This is a great value for the money that you pay. If you need a clean, safe hotel very close to the airport this is perfect. Only cost $20 per night including shuttle!!!!!

The staff were nice, friendly, welling to help .. Some but - not all of them - were speaking a little bit poor English. but the others who spoke (just basic English) were really good in it.. The hotel was close to the airport (10 minutes maximum drive time).. they had an hourly shuttle service back an forth to the airport .. kindly, they never showed they would take a tip for it..

as a matter of fact, nothing.. the hotel was quite far from the city center. but this was shown in their hotel advertisement. I agree I paid for what I got.. so far, their information provided was clear and trustful ..

Cheap, convenient (to the airport), friendly staff, reasonably clean (towels were not!). I would stay here again when transiting overnight.

Really good location for Bangkok's main airport. Transfers to and from the airport were included in the price. Clean but basic but great value for the price paid and the hotel was helpful if you need help..

The staff made the experience less than pleasant, particularly one male receptionist who was rude, unfriendly and at one point I had to tell him that it's not appropriate for someone working in hospitality to behave the way he did. He did not smile or look at me once when I spoke to him and was both dismissive and obnoxious. The hotel would do well without him.

Unusually for Thailand, the staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful which when you arrive late in the evening does not make you feel good about the hotel.
