very quiet, a little bit far from the center, hotel will close next month
Bathrooms were inadequate in so many ways. Rooms were noisy. Awakened by birds or dogs early every morning. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay at Plern.
Not a bad location. The manager is helpful but she needs some help. Seems to be too much for one person.
Location is a bit out of center, requires 10 min walk. WiFi was weak in the room.
Stuff was helpful, they made for us breakfast, even though we left early morning.
Not convenient to buy stuff at night close by
Quiet. The lady is so nice and she could handle everything for you!
No clining. Asking fore towels. no warm wather in hand wach.mirror pleast Down. Breckfast: ask fore egs and one little Peace of bacon. nothing but orinsh jam on bread. The garden where vas served breckfast: small tables.on a rubbish aeria
nothing but finich this visit
Room needs upgrading.Paint chipped and wires visible. Very little buffet at breakfast as all eaten by other guests
Clean . Garden area.Freshly cooked thaI omelette.
Thai-style shower with only lukewarm water. A bit of a walk to the city center.
Good location in a residential area off the street (only noise came from barking dogs and the other guests), wifi worked well, laundry facilities, great breakfast, owner speaks English quite well and organized transport.
Noisy air-conditioning. Barking dogs from neighbouring property. Expensive taxi to airport arranged by owners.
Nice attitude from the staff. Nice quite garden area in the daytime.
Very well managed with a focus families with kids. But not only. Quiet and spacious and a short ride from the airport. Good breakfast. Maybe only drawback is being slightly detached from the old town (which can also be an advantage) however very close to Saturday market. Use without hesitation :)
The airport pickup and drop-off was very helpful even though it was at midnight.
house owner handles all by herself, result to relatively slow service. there's an book house in the lodge (Book and Wife) but with no books inside, will be nice if there are books and magazines with a sofa for afternoon reading and nap. no hair dryer in the room
house owner is a nice lady who basically handles the guesthouse by herself. Location's good, quiet residential area within walking distance to old city, very near to Saturday walking street and airport. Good garden but need maintenance. Free bike rental. Room is clean and cosy.
I like this place. Located in a very quiet lane off the main road. Very close to the center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Water from the shower was hot. Wifi internet connection very good. Also breafast is very good.
Checking out. Great stay !
Everything was perfect !
Kindness of people Breakfasts :-) Beds The beautiful and quiet garden
location is not in city center but you have free bicycles and it's only 15m walking to center.
Staff is amazing. The owner is a wonderful lady who helped us a lot with travel plans. Great space, rooms are very confortable and good breakfast
The best part of this hotel is the luxury of breakfast in the garden, with playground for kids. Nice place for family trip. Both the hostee and the host were extremely hospitable.
Unfortunately, they dont accept credit card payment..
We love everything about Plern Chiang Mai. It's so homey and warm. Palika and staffs was very helpful. Breakfast was superb. Location a bit far from main attraction, but on the other side you'll have the opportuniy to experience more of Chiang Mai and their hospitality.
Everything. The house is a residential area very near of the old own. It´s very quiet, you don´t hear any noise. And the breakfast was so nice in the wonderful garden. And the owners were very friendly and heplful, the last day they drive me to the airport.
Quiet location and very helpful owner. Walked us part way and directed us to the Walking Market, which is very close. Also organised our ride to the Green Bus Terminal, whose driver also bought and brought our bus tickets to Chiang Rai. We greatly appreciated the effort.
I like breakfast so much which all things were great, new and fresh. The staffs helped me well about all things.
二楼水压不够，洗澡洗头水流太小。hard to wash my hair because of less water
1.breakfast , 2.bicycle with baby seat.3.quiet.
- No decent eating joint within walking distance [take Songthaew to Wat Phra Singh for 80 Baht each-time]. - No variety in breakfast [same 5-6 menu items everyday] - Water [from geyser in bathrooms] not hot enough.
- Staff [especially hostess] was very helpful - Quiet environment - Two toilets in our 'family room' - Wi-fi was excellent - Rooms were clean - Nice open garden for children to play and enjoy.
Shower - nothing to hold onto Had to hold shower head Soap that was not
Big garden Qui Quiet Good breakfast Oh so friendly & helpful staff Good massage in house
- Charming atmosphere: large green garden with playhouse and balance bikes for kids - wonderfully home cooked breakfast, more choices and fresher than a 5 star hotel - very big yet cosy family rooms with modern bathrooms and home made soaps (pictures don't always do them justice) - extremely nice owners and staff who go out of their way to accommodate you - paradise for children. No pool, but ours never even asked for it in between the bikes, the playhouse and the sandbox - comparatively low priced for service, rooms, location and atmosphere (bikes and strollers to loan free of charge) - take a tuktuk to restaurants (circa 80 baht) or simply order in - saturday market is 3 mins walk away - city centre/ sunday market is 15 mins walk or 100 baht by tuktuk
the owner is really helpful.they sent us to the airport at 4:30am,thank you so much and we will live here again next time
