good aircon they ask for everything money , i must print 1 paper for e-ticket and i have to pay 20 bath for 1 paper , also taxi in front of the hotel are not fair have to pay 600 bath for gooing to mbk and we comme back for 260 bath with taxi with meter , also ask the hotel me 150 bath for airportservice , breakfast was also very poor , conclusion is not a good hotel

It's close to the airport. Cheap room price. Upon arrival the receptionist didnt have change when I was paying for my room. He told me he would give it to me later, since I was with my toddler and a lot of luggage, I left it at that. I asked him repeatedly about it during our stay and he kept saying yes yes. It stated clearly that the transfer to the airport was for free, the same receptionist brought us in a car and claimed at the airport that it was 200 baht and would only give me back 100 baht change for my room payment!! Also the breakfast was not at all 'the American breakfast' it said on the website. They offer a print service but it wasnt working as well as the wifi. I had to go early to the airport to get my ticket printed. It was hard to get a taxi and the soi where the hotel is is very long with no shops. There is nothing to do around the hotel. I would not recoment this place and will never go there again.

Friendly staff, clean accomodation, close to the airport and nice quiet. In the area enough shops and food. Regarding to the price, this is a perfect option to stay overnight close to the airport. Public taxi to- from the airport is abour 130 Baht. Besides that, the hotel stored our luggage for free when we went to Koh Chang for 2 weeks. Very convenient.

Hard to find anything Horrible room, non comfortable bathroom, really bad breakfast. Worst hotel in Thailand and Cambodia where I've been.

Nice, kind, helpful staff. It gave me the perfect place to chill during a long layover. Basically, everything you want in a budget priced hotel. It was all good

Very good value for stopover at bkk airport waiting for an overnight internal connecting flight. Staff helpful & polite. I left my phone charger in room!

Nothing, it was a misstake I had to paid taxi too airport two times!!! First at the hotel and later to the taxidrivers!!! It where no chanse to get hot water for yhe baby in the night so our night was awfull.
