It provides all that is needed on a city trip, most certainly providing more than expected for the price e. .a clean functional hotel, where the staff are always helpful and ready to assist. From single travelers to families ....this Hole delivers on value for money
Good location and friendly staff
Noisy from construction beside hotel
Free tuk tuk Friendly staff Clean and comfort room Good location, near bts and food market Good price And REALLY NICE BATHROOM
Noise from outside building Really small space for parking Small lobby A little bit languange problem with the staff
The hotel is pretty well located but a little hidden away. Comfortable and good value for money. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean
Building sites all around the hotel. Only provided two flimsy pillows and when I asked for an extra one they charged 50 baht extra per night. A good hotel would not do this. Finally, we asked to book an extra night three times. They said ok but on the day they denied any knowledge of this and said there were no rooms left. When they finally admitted their mistake they offered us another room for 600 baht extra. A good hotel would rectify their mistake. We left and wont be back.
I was offered an upgrade on arrival which gave me an immediate good feeling. Throughout the Staythe staff through the hotel were ffriendly and courteous. I liked the location which is just off centeal Bangkok, quirky located. The hotel had a very international mix if clients, all keeping to themselves, from singletons to family groups.
The only inconvenience was the construction to a large extension but this was off set by the help fullness of the staff in ensuring the disruption to my stay was minimal
Good location. Near mrt, university and supermarket.
Low parking slot. It's not comfortable for whom has a car.
The staffs are friendly. Room cleanliness satisfactory. Cosy.
Walking distance to nearest MRT was abit far. Tut tut service nit flexible for hotel guest.
- Spacious and convenience room - Kitchen and microwave - Tuk Tuk - Great staff
- Poor wifi signal - A bit far from BTS, MRT
The double rooms are a bargain and bed was comfortable. Suan Phlu is an interesting neighbourhood to explore in Bangkok. Close to BNH hospital and can walk to BTS and MRT stations.
The hotel car park was full with all sorts of cars with no room for guest cars. This was not the case in the past. There is construction going on next to the hotel which makes the hotel seem part of the construction site. Hotel staff not very attentive. The attendant took my two bags and then wrote 1 bag on the luggage tag! It's not hard to remember this small detail for 5 minutes..
Adequatekitchen facilities and nearby small shopping for food, internet café and pharmacy. Somewhat close to main Silom Rd area, but hardly walking distance in heat. Area not oriented to 'tourists' as much. Some English language difficulty with staff but usually found help needed.
A 'Rip off' hotel taxi price, (twice+) compared that of local meter taxis, same most hotels. Extremely difficult to explain to airport & taxis drivers, the hotel name and location. A Thai language print out and map would greatly help. NO swimming pool but knew this and was offered transport to another hotel for swim. SLOW internet, hard to connect and power outages first two days.It was almost to the point of needing to move before fixed.
Parking space is very tiny
Excellent room, mattress and location (near to many places with street food and a few bars)
There is a construction on going next to hotel from 8:00 to 17:00 every day (including weekends!!!!!) which makes impossible for guests sleep during this period.
very clean and good location in the city
the people at the reception are not speaking so well english and not helpfull on my questions and worst of all, they called a taxi taking me to train very bad driver I had to stop him and rush to the MRT after one hour a big tour from suan plu to convent I was furious, orange taxi n 0891
Hotel willing to upgrade guest to better room type with free. The room is big and clean, comfortable and well clean.
Renovation around hotel area made some noise. The staff is not friendly and not well trained. They unable to provide any detail of travel information. I injured my leg and request for emergency kits, they do not even have such a simple essential tools. They refuse to help me to call my driver and they said any call request made in front counter will need to pay for charge, although at the end they did not charge me, but they are show bad attitude. They provide shutter service to BTS station, however, the driver did not give detail where is exactly the location, lastly, he stopped me around the road side and I have to walk more than 1 KM to the station. The room service staff is friendly but cannot understand well English, the food is horrible.
The tuk tuk transfer to the skytrain is useful. The price is very cheap if you compair with the others near by. Upgrading the room formus is such a surprise gift. The room is nice and clean on the rooftop.
The constructions near by woke up us in the morning. Not too bad that they didn't work at night time.
Location and staff are great
Property need some work construction all around.
The environment and the friendly staffs
I stay here often, good value, very spacious room and bathroom.
Getting in need of a redecorate now, bathroom doors and bedroom door very badly marked and dirty. Could do with at least a good clean.
Good quality for price. Rooms service is good. Big beds.
Noisy because of construction work is going on in the neighborhood. Windows are few meters away from the next building.
There was a lift and we got upgraded to a suite for free! Staff was helpful.
The hotel was a bit tucked away and not all taxis knew where it was.
Very good value for money, location near to many restaurants and not too far from shopping
Construction work next door-all day every day
The ladyboy in a front desk is really unplaesant
The location is good and within walking distance to Silom.
Value for money
Staff seems look down on us
