スタッフがみな親切だった。

エアコンの音が大きかった。

トランジットで1日時間があったので宿泊しました。 駅から近いし、ホテル周辺には遅くまでやってるマッサージ屋さんがたくさんあって便利でした。両替所もいく- つかあります。 ホテルの向かいに24時までに入ればいいマッサージ屋さんがあり、利用しました。 ホテルはキレイ！スタッフの人達もみんな感じよかったです。 食事も種類が豊富でとても満足です。 シャンプー、リンス、石鹸等のアメニティはありますが、歯ブラシはなかったのでハウスキーパーにお願いして- 持ってきてもらいました。他のホテルでもなく、最近は置かないところも多いんですかね？ 総合的にはとても満足です。

The rooms at the President Palace are well appointed and clean. The hotel has good facilities and both front of house and service staff were efficient and helpful.

The buffet breakfast was rather tasteless. There was a good selection of food but the taste was not very good. However, this is a small point that can easily be corrected.

The breakfast was not varied at all. When staying at other Bangkok hotels with less star ratings we got different foods from world-wide sources, including various fish varieties, my favourite, every morning! This is our only complaint, otherwise it was very enjoyable.

The use of the gym and sun-deck area and pool was envigourating. The entrance lobby was inviting and the resturant good value.

Very good value for money

We had ajoining rooms so we could hve some time ourselves when the kids were sleeping. The rooms were spacious and clean, there was no noise from the Australia bar below us and the location was very good. The staff were very friendly and great with the kids.

The hotel was modern and the rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were beautiful. Very convenient location.

Breakfast was very ordinary and room service was non-existent. Tried more than 3 times at different times (even left the phone off the hook, ringing on one occasion) to get room service, but no one picked up on any occasion. Generally though, hotel was good but staff need to be aware or the above problem with their services.

Good location , the hotel upgraded the rooms to Deluxe room for one nught only .the second day I had to leave my room general maintenance and stayed for about six hours without room, then they gave me a room which was under maintenance , they appologised for this mistake and gave another room .We asked for a late check out ,by the begining they refused to give both rooms , then by chance the General Manager of the hotel was present at front desk , he listened to our requests and with a very nice way he made us very happy and granted us a late check out .I will stay in President hotel during my next visit , and I recomend this hotel ,because of it location and kind staff and above all it has a very intellegent and helpful General Manager.

a great location very near to the sky train, The food was excellent, do avail of the upgrade to club class as the rooms are very large and have a fantastic view.

Only one thing we didn't like about was the pillows they could have been a bit softer,
