President Park Bangkok  

We spent 3 nights in a Deluxe Suite and it was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and the living area had floor to ceiling windows with a view. Was great value for the room rate too. Many hotels nearby were charging the same rate for a basic hotel room. Would highly recommend the Deluxe Suite to couples visiting Bangkok. The week earlier we booked a family suite for 6 nights and the room was very comfortable. The only down side was with 2 adults and 2 teenagers sharing, one bathroom was occasionally a challenge. The washing machine for clothes was fantastic to have. My children returned home before we did and as we had a few more things to do in Bangkok we moved to the Deluxe Suite for our last 3 nights.

The free Wi Fi in the room was one of the reasons we chose this hotel but unfortunately the internet reception was quite poor so it was slow to use and when we tried to speak to people on Skype there were constant drop outs.

I book a junior suite in this hotel the room was large and the bed comfortable.The staff are helpful and very polite and charming smiles.The hotel security is good and you need to put your room card into the elevator slot to get up to the room so the there will be no undesirable people can get up to the room floor.

The hotel is a bit far from the bts,sky train,is a 25 minutes from the hotel to the bts.Although the hotel provide shuttle service to the nearest bts but it's only till 9.30pm.The room do not have baggage stand for my suit case and I have to put my suit case on the floor.

The room was clean, comfortable and the housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. I found that most employees had a reasonable understanding of English and all were polite (which is typical of Thailand).

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The club lounge was great! It offers free drinks and snacks every afternoon during happy hour. Great place to unwind after a busy day in the streets of Bangkok.

Wi-fi was not free. There were computers available in the club lounge but in room wi-fi would have been more convenient.

Dulex suite is spacious and comfortable, hotel staffs is very helpful. Tuk-tuk can send you to bts and pick up on call.

We booked a dulex suite with a wash machine in description, but when we entered the room , there is no wash machine and when we called staffs they said we are upgraded to a better room （but they didn't tell us this when we check-in , and I'm not sure whether without a wash machine can be really regarded as a upgrades), At late night, there is a wierd low frequency noise, just like a machine or equipment starts or stops repeatedly. So we can not sleep even we use ear plugs. At last we have to change rooms where luckily is no this kind of noise under the hotel staffs' help. I'd booked 4 days, and planed to book plus 3 days at the hotel, but because of the uncertain noise and wash machine, I have to moved to another hotel after lived in here 2 nights, this cost us some time....... Breakfast buffet restaurant is a litte bit smaller space, and have not too much choices.

The personeel was very friendly and helpful. But I was not happy with the facility. I chose this hotel because we have a small child (3 year) and they introduced the swimming pool and small park inside but it was quite difficult to access and it is not so nice way to get there. (Via garage and it was dark) Also they have a kitchen but not prepared for cooking as there are no cooking things in the room. So we could use only some plates and microwave. Good price but do not expect much. I prefer to stay other hotel which is closed to station(sky train) next time or by the river. My child was very happy on the boat.

Food served for dinner in the Hotel Restaurant was cold, which is poor given that it was Thai food and we were the only guests eating there.

This hotel was excellent. The staff could not be more attentive, or friendly. We travelled with our three children and stayed in a two- bedroom 'family' suite, and had Club Lounge access which included buffet breakfasts, all day snacking and drinks, cocktail hour each evening for two hours. Our suite was lovely and very comfortable. We requested a baby cot, and expected a travel cot, but when it was brought to our room, it was a full-sized cot. Room service was very well priced and excellent quality. The free tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearest bts station was a real novelty for the kids. The washer/dryer in the room was very convenient, and the washing powder was also supplied. Every detail seemed to be accounted for. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Not staying longer! We were here for five nights - not long enough!!!

the staff are well trained, warm welcome, especially the outside staff, they call u for a taxi, and when you arrive by the taxi they open the doors for you and check if you forget anything, and they stop the road for you to pass. the room was clean and big. i enjoyed my stay

Evey thing was good

Good service. Tuktuk from and to the bts station is helful. Five mins walk to major supermarket. Kitchen is very helpful. Facilities are a bit old, though.

The only thing i like during my stay is the happy hour compliment at club lounge.

The room is old which should be refurbished to cater for tourists for comfort & front desk staff very unfriendly/impolite.

The door man and other guests

Worst stay of our 5 week holiday. Dishonest management who falsely claimed I threw a credit card and that we were difficult guests on trip advisor (we paid cash) The hour long check ins on both days, the hour long check out before checking back into the next rooms only to find they couldnt locate our rooms. Then rooms wouldnt be ready until late afternoon/evening but we had already checked out. Rooms on different floors(children) and then when we arrived back at the hotel at night they still didnt have our rooms ready. Incompetence of staff and management to have rooms available as we had to swap rooms the next day. After we settled for the night being rung and asked to cross the road and present passport to fill in documentation that had already been completed that morning which staff lost!
