Excellent hotel, friendly staff and good value for money.
beech was beautiful
very expensive for what is really just like any other villa resort Takes at least 1/2 hour to get to phucket town.
close to BIG C
We liked the style of the hotel and how the trees kept it cool. The swimming pool area was nice and it is one of the biggest pools I've seen in a hotel... Very nice indeed.
Bigger sized beds in our rooms would have made a difference as we did in the other hotels we stayed in our trip to Thailand. Was not cheap and easy getting taxi's from the hotel to the night markets. Also more lighting on the paths at night will be great!
The location is quite good if you don'twant to stay in a city. Convient to super market - Big C and the CentralFestival Mall.
The cleanliness can be better. We got bitten by mites when sat on the sofa, end up we could only sat on the bed. The TV for English channel is not clear.
Zen temperament resort environment, nice statues, two rivers in the resort, nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice room and step-in swimming pool. Very beautiful garden! And very affordable price given the high quality of the hotel.
A bit damp given the rain forest climate, so the quilt is not very dry.
Luch or buffet dinner
service, surroundings, pool, gym a very satisfying and relaxing place
swimming in that pool, shuttle service into town, ten minute walk to festival shopping centre.
noisy night club next door,
We loved the room it was so relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was just glorious! We had a great tour guide that we booked at the Resort get name was BEER, she was fantastic!
The noise from a local night club was really loud at night. I would ask for a room away from this if we are to return.
This place is amazing, the staff are fantastic and the pool is probably nicest pool I've ever seen. Being able to step out of the door and straight into the pool is incredible.
Nothing. Its pretty much perfect.
Pool and spa srea

Supermarket and mini night market near by
need to hire car to old town
The nice pool into The forest
Our staying was a Nightmare from the beginning. I asked with two mail to be picked up at the airport, but no one even replied. When I got there, the girl at the reception just said to me that they had problem with the connection. When I asked again later, they just said they had not cars available. I asked them to call me a taxi later, they said they just had hotels taxi, which we had to pay more than double of the standard prices. We couldn't pick a taxi on our own because the hotel is far outside of the town. In the night, there was a loud concert near the hotel, we couldn't sleep until three. When I called the reception, they just hang up the phone. The day after I asked to talk to Mr. Jerome who is the Director of the hotel. They said he was not available to listen. Staff cannot speak in English and treat you like a bother to their stuff....it was really the first time in my life that I went to a resort and treated like this. The price is high even if we were treated politely. I hope you will not have my same experience.
Great spa Lovely and expansive breakfast Great pool Nice ambience to the place
It was an amazing stay. This Resort is one of the best resorts I ever tried. Special thanks to Mr. Boy for his kindness
Nothing at all
beautiful place and facilities, recommended absolutely once management solved next door bar music.
very high noiselevel until long past midnight from barmusic next to rooms make sleep imoossible (!). staff confirms problem known since some time, not possible to solve, management trying hard. should have informed prior ...
Wonderful pool and garden. Variety of plants and decorations. We just love the green and blue:) The Lanna style archetactures and furnitures create wonderful living enviroment. The mosquito control is well done. There is not many mosquito as other guests complains. Breakfast is fine. Staff are nice. They clean the pool twice a day very carefully. They offered us a welcome letter and flower in a wood mail box. very sweet and special. Nice bed room and bath room.
The hotel refused us to take the free shuttle to old town at the day we check out. The only way we can get to old town with our luggages is to take a taxi. And the hotel charges higher than we do it by ourselves.
Lots of green and natural enviroment
A bit far from the happenning part of Chiang Mai
What a lovely place!
Stunning location, staff were really helpful. The rooms were amazing, and our room that led straight on to the pool was ideal. Very comfy room with loads of luxuries. Lovely peaceful atmosphere but close enough to the centre to not be boring.
Nothing, amazing place.
The acomodation was fantastic With the jacuzzi and spa
The pool was beautiful...gardens amazing. Breakfast menu was good. Staff were more than friendly and helpful.
Fridges in rooms not cold enough. Nothing else to complain about.

Choice of transport & sightseeing
The pool rooms are brilliant, as are the grounds & pool. Going next door to watch a performance and have a meal is well worth it - it was one of our favourite nights. The free shuttle bus into Chiang Mai is very handy.
The on site massages and treatments were extremely expensive, about 10 times the price of places in the centre of Chiang Mai - we would have loved to have had some treatments at the hotel as the grounds and treatment rooms looked lovely but we simply couldn't justify the price. Taxi's were also very expensive from the hotel into Chiang Mai (which seemed the only way to get there when the shuttle bus was full) or to the airport (both 300THB). When getting a red song thae taxi from Chiang Mai back to the hotel it cost no more than 80THB.
