We chose this for it's location to other city areas and the riverboat is right there to catch and we used this in busy times. We were in an executive suite and it was luxurious and we were well looked after by staff. Superior room would certainly give us what we need in the future though. All taxi and Tuktuk drivers knew where the hotel was. Breakfast included is a great deal, the best we had in Bangkok. The pool area is great to relax in after a day out and the restaurants were all pleasant dining. We enjoyed going down to the pool bar for dessert in the evening or catching the sun and a cool swim in the morning before we started our day. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you This is a big hotel that holds conferences and therefore some patience is required at times. The check in and check out was easy considering how busy they were, but a little more greeting and friendliness would help the lobby desk.

We were a group of 5 men attending a convention in Bangkok. We got a two bedroom suite for only b3000 a night and we booked for 5 nights. The room was a little small for a suite but it had a small kitchenette, a ref, a small living room. The two bedrooms were quite small maybe the beds were very large and so comfortable. Airconditioning was excellent (as in very cold!) and could be adjusted to your needs. It was quite a walk to the lobby and to the ground floor which was good as a morning exercise but lousy in the pm because you are so tired. The location was perfect for shoppers and street-food-foodies. Right across the canal was a fruit market and food stalls with everything Bangkok had to offer. Several banks/ATMs and a 7-11 were nearby. Yes, I'll recommend this even for a family stay or a group stay even for multiple nights. Excellent value for your money. The suites are too far from the lobby and the ground floor. It was quite a trek every morning and afternoon. The front desk staff have to brush up on their English and their knowledge of tourist spots in Bangkok. When we asked directions for souvenir shops, they directed us to a western- style mall! The uniformed me at the ground floor (I don't know if they're hotel staff) constantly peddled sex services and night clubs.

Hotel was excellent value for money. Location was 10-15 minutes from the old town. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were good and clean. Two great pools. A wide choice for breakfast. Great views from the 21st floor where we stayed. There was quite walk from the lobby to our room, but we all need more exercise, so it's really nothing to complain about like some other guests have done. Porters are there to take your baggage to and from your room. The only negative was the lack of wifi. The only internet available was in the lobby for 300 baht/hour - fairly expensive.

Staff were friendly and always ready to serve you, Rooms were clean and elegant, Location. Being above Bobae Tower and close to the other cuty attractions this hotel serves you in all the best of what Bangkok has to offer It takes ages to go to the room I was staying which was in the suites block. It was really a big headache running up and down. The management should look in a way by which guest can go to the room in the most convenient and shortest possible route. They should seriously look in to the design of the building. I mean seriously nobody even on holiday would like to go up a lift, walk for 5 minutes, go up a lift again to get to your room. And for a person who needs to get to the room 2-3 times a day, it really gets on your nerves.

The fact that it had two nice swimming pools for the kids. There was a nice poolside bar/restaurant to enjoy a nice drink or some food. The staff were friendly but the room was quite dirty and when we asked for it to be cleaned, it was done poorly. For example, under the closet there was a headache pill or something lying on the floor and some plastic from other medicine (dangerous if my child had eaten it) the paint was coming off the walls also and the soap etc... Was never filled !! That for a 4 star hotel was not good !

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They assisted us with all our queries and tried their best to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast! There wasn't enough choice at the breakfas station and the quality of the food was not very good.

Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. Overall very good for the price. The building structure is complicated. The aircons in the room didn't work properly and the staff didn't fix them after request. The wifi rates are very high but sim cards with 3G can be bought anywhere for only half of what you would pay for 30min of wifi at the hotel! Some hotel endorsed taxis were constantly waiting outside to bring you for a very cheap price to somewhere you could eat or take a trip. But they only drive you to expensive things, most likely for the commission they receive. They don't bring you to places you select. Also the taxi service to the airport is extremely expensive, almost 4 times the official taxi price! But just beware and don't let it bother you. One of the pools makes blonde hair and white swimming suits look green!

We stayed in a family suite that has two bedrooms, a living area and kitchenette. It was spacious, clean and tidy. Room serviced everyday. We got laundry done and the job was perfect. Big pool at level 10 and a nice pool on level 12 that not many know about. The hotel was very grand, huge and nice and clean. There's a big wholesale shopping market downstairs (7 floors). If you stay here then buy clothes from here rather than the retail shops. The hotel is 15 mins from city center and no eating places in the area. The area is dead after 8pm. The thai restraunt is good value for money. But with cheap taxi fares you can get to good eating places in Siam, mbk or Pratunam. The reception staff very unfriendly, know little English which is a big hindrance. You have to pay extra for everything. No microwave in room. No eating places in the area. There is a big market outside the hotel that's busy from 3.30am to about 10am. Take a taxi from the hotel doorstep as chances of you getting pickpocketted during this time is very high.

Good location within easy reach of Khao San road. 2 swimming pools which were not at all busy during our stay and swimming towels were provided. The breakfast was good but closed very promptly so no chance of arriving late! The whole hotel is rather tired looking and in need of renovation. The rooms are a bit shabby but for the price of the rooms, it is still good value for money. The pool bar is over priced but this is the same in all hotels, with drinks being 3 times the price of outside the hotel.

Actually I enjoy everything here, just that poor service, I couldn't find the suite building during my 1st arrival a the hotel was quite huge. Location not bad, quite creepy at night, but it's ok. Recommend to take your taxi outside on ur own, don't take under hotel service taxi or Tuk Tuk, they will rip u off. Especially the Tuk Tuk guy. Staff need to learn more english especially for 4star hotel. But overall, I enjoyed my days in Bangkok! Just the furniture a but old but overall stay was pleasant and staff need to learn more English to recommend tourist to interesting places.

The garden terrace (with swimming pool) on the 11th is great. The breakfast has wide selection. You can't open the window in the room (even in smoking rooms) and the windows are quite dirty.
