The staff have improved in their services from April when I stayed there. Special note abotu the cleaners who are always smiling and friendly - holding it up for even the front desk. Internet - is very expensive fo this hotle. I stayed at three different hotles this time as I had many meetings in diferent areas. Even Plaza Athene gives Internet at 350B for a day. as Internet Cafes are not nearby we have to use the hotel's facility adn it is coming across as being too 'greedy'. will be factor that will decide for me as I need to use the Internet....the other is the bathroom shower facilities that keep 'flooding' the floor after each use. |

Close to local side road market for food and clothing items! English speaking was poor and therefore a small problem with a telephone took me at least eight times to report it and did not get any results! |

Staff was friendly and the amenities were good. Shopping in the frist 6 strories was okay... although quality of the stuff wasn't great. No other hotel or night life or restaurants around after sun down. Two nights in the same bar by the poolside with the same techno music was a little too much even though the atmosphere was ok. Could not had authentic Thai food even in the restaurant top floor... and a restaurant with KTV? |

The hotel was good price for money. The location is little away from all the big attractions in Bangkok, but it is a nice area to see a different bangkok. By staying in this hotel taxi and tuktuk drivers charge you really higher prices and you need good bargaining to get to an acceptable price. |

Not much. This is not a place come as _______. it is not as if I am treated badly. I am not treeted at all. Yes. being charged twice now before I have checked out. (writing this from the hotel.) THey have two credit card imprints and both have charges. I do not like being charged for having guest in my room for lunch. It seems that my friends sister being Thai is not allowed in the hotel. |

Its close to the Thailand Government Dept dsdw which I meet with.I Like the outdoor bar/ restaurant on the 11th floor and the shopping is good. This time my room was on the 27th floor in Tower a and it was very comfortable. The best room yet! The singer starts a bit late for me and I think the material he started with was less familiar than my previously. I like it when he does old favourites. |

Very nice looking hotel once inside, nice staff and helped when they could. Rooms were big and clean The tour operator in the hotel at the hotel lobby in tower 2 is a complete rip off, do not book from here, go elsewhere it is much cheaper (as I found out to my loss!) |

Good value for money. Recommended if you like to emerge in local atmosphere. Staff seems to be lacking in number. Hotel's surrounding messy and chaotic especially in day time.. |

Very unhappy! We checked the hotels website before booking and the rooms looked decent. Be careful only half the hotel has been rennovated. We were stuck in a dated room, where the bathroom smelled! I went to complain saying i would happily pay for a suite in the newer rooms. Unfortunately due to their lack of english we got a free upgrade to a suite, but to the same spec, ie old and not at all like the photos on the website. Your better off staying the backpacker district or paying a little more and staying in the fancier hotels futher south. A con, the hotel is nothing like the website or the photos on this site. |

The location in Bangkok is excellent. It's a 10 minute drive by taxi or tuktuk from te grand palace and 15 minutes (without traffic) to Siam. if you don't want to go to bars every night it's a good choice and excellent relaxing in the pool and Coconut Bar after a hectic day in Bangkok. Good value for money we paid 1950 Bath per night. The breakfast was very very crowded with people because it's a large hotel. You should go before 8 in the morning or bring earplugs. The food was allright with enough choice. |

the two swimming pools are nice and the executive suite very large.Nice vew from the upper floors Internet is very expansive (150 B for 30 mn) and you must pay if you want use the fitness room (300 B a day). There is no BTS station and you must use taxi every day to come back hotel in the night, the boat finishing in the evening. No restaurants near the hotel. |
