Staff were very polite and helpful. Food was always served hot and was very nice. It was not so far from the night Bazaar just 5-6 minutes in a Tuk-tuk. Good clean swimming pool and jaccuzi. The wireless internet connection was really rubbis, very, very slow. Air con was of an older type where you could not adjust a temp, get up in the night and turn off or freeze to death. A lot of clutter outside the restaurant entrance, either open the antique shop or move the stuff from outside..No Premier League Live ,,,just replays next day.( I did stay up and waited and waited) The whole place could do with redecorating (Lobby was ok) Rooms and restauarant needed a real good paint job. Clean the big window in the restaurant so you can look ut.. No possibility of making your own coffee or tea (hot water) in the mornings or night. Just an empty thermos standing all forlorn. No shampoo just a little bar of soap not what I call Super Delux |

The location is not the most central but only 10 minutes walk to the Night Bazaar and all the action. Safe neighbourhood ( as the most of Chiang Mai). Frendl helpful staff. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and everything works just fine. Frendly staff,helps you with information and trips organizing For 30$ a night what else can you wish? No compaints.Just go there! |

The room and the view from the room are very romantic. I have used mini-bar in the room without knowing the price of drinks. It's better, if ther is a pricelist. |

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially with helping me to organise daytrips. The pool at the back is great for swimming laps to stay in shape. The location is quiet and, if you're up on the 5th floor, the view across town is especially good. The hotel iand the aircon a tad dated, but it works and I found my room very very comfortable and pleasant - also spacious with good natural lighting. The wireless is entirely complimentary and there are routers on all floors. I did, admittedly, have to sneakily reset one once after my connection dropped out, but good strong signal and fast connection. I can't say I liked the breakfast particularly - the staff were fantastic, but the food, whilst perfectly serviceable, was not so good. |

The hotel's location was excellent! The rooms were clean and even though they were old, they were comfortable. The staff were helpful but could be quite pushy when it comes to booking tours through them. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the city centre and it is very easy and safe to get around. Minutes walk from the Worot market and Night Bazaar. |

Location and price At first we were accommodated at room lower quality than was ordered and paid one night and then after my asking was changed for room superior. |

Good location in Chiang Mai, comfortable, good value, very friendly staff It's a bit dated but still comfortable and clean. Breakfast could be a bit more substantial. |

the size of the room. Well, the air con in the hotel should be upgrade. Still using the old type of air con. The air is not cold enough. And also, they should install water boiler in every room. So that, customers can boil water at anytime if they are thirsty. |

The staff were very attentive, I put some washing in and it came back spotless and they even took other washing in and laundered without me even asking. |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war hervorragend. Super Service und Hilfestellung in allen Bereichen. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen. Extrem harte Matrazen |

La posizione è eccellente per visitare la città e i luoghi circostanti. Il personale è gentile. La struttura è obsoleta e la colazione scarsa. Il personale è molto insistente nel proporre servizi turistici organizzati dall'hotel anche se non si è interessati |

Okomplicerat , smidig inchecknig. serveringen öppen hela dygnet (nästan) . Läget är också bra ,nära centrum och lokal marknad Eftersom frukost ingick i rummet så tar dom förhållandevis mycket betalt för allt övrigt man vill köpa avseende frukost ,och även övrig service på hotellet är överprisad, till och med taxin försökte dom höja priset med 20 thb . |

In de jaren 70 was dit een top hotel maar ze zijn niet mee gegaan en dus vreselijk gedateerd. De gordijnen gingen niet open of dicht en er was een scheur in omdat ik vroeg op moest had ik 2 dagen geen warm douche water. Ik nam een limonade uit de mini bar en die was uitermate vies dus weggegooid bij controle stond er bier in dat al meer dan een jaar over de datum was. Ik heb geklaagd maar er gebeurde niets en moest de limonade toch betalen.(hij koste wel bijna niets maar toch0 |

de ligging van het hotel in het oude centrum van chiang mai .tegenover het hotel was gelukkig een internetcafe . Het een oudbollige uitstraling heeft ,slecht in onderhoud en irritant krakende vloeren. |
