Pullman Bangkok King Power  

Everything was as per the comment I could read before chosing. I really liked this hotel, really a 5 stars. Actually I was at the executive floor and everything was excellent but had the feeling that it was the same anywhere

Suggestion: do not order wine by the glass as it tastes of cork. Eventually, ask to open a new bottle or order a bottle.... or do not drink wine ....

Check in service was superb! Was very amazed with their services during check in. Shuttle tuk tuk provided by the hotel to the nearest BST station, which is just 3 mins tuk tuk ride. Frequency of the tuk tuk is great.

1)the staff were extremely unprofessional took them over 40 mins to check us in and out of the hotel 2)i was assured by the reservation rep that the hotel does NOT have a shuttle service - image my horror when i was fetch from the airport and transported back by a HOTEL OWNED shuttle service 3)i asked for a king size bed - was given 2 single beds put together - when i complained to manager they could not understand why this was the case considering that the hotel WAS NOT fully booked 4) i was not informed when my tour guide arrived at the hotel cos the front desk forgot 5) upon check in i requested late check out due to my flight leaving @ 1am i was told this was not possible - further chatting to the front desk manager i was informed that i could in fact check out late and further request a half day stay till 10pm seeing as my flight was at 1am 6) never before have i EVER experienced such horrible service 7) the tuk tuk broke down twice on separate occasions transporting us to the skytrain there is MORE i just cant write anymore

Modern, no nonsense, spacious room, good breakfast

Impersonal, staff are friendly but not too knowledgeable to recommend restaurants outside the hotel.

Large and quite room, nice swimming pool, good breakfast buffet. We had the vietnamise dinner buffet, excellent choise but with a lack of vietnamise taste, to much adjusted to occidental customers. 200 meters from the Victory skyline station

Nothing to talk about

Excellent service overall. Superb price and value for your money, rooms are spacious and elegant, room lighting was well thought. Good connections to bts Skytrain and Airport trainlink. Will come back.

As the breakfast buffet closes at 1030am, a waitress in a hurry took away my plate full of fruits while I was getting coffee. Not a big deal to me, just waste of food.

My deleux standard room has a good view facing the swimming pool at 7/f though the Hotel is located at the middle of the city. Hotel's location is very good and near BTS-Victory Momument station (5-10 mins walking distance). Still the hotel has arranged a free shuttle (TukTuk) to and from the bts every few minutes till 11pm. There is a local seafood restaurant near the hotel. King Power Shopping Mall is also located next to the hotel. Bathroom is great but could hear somebody's voice at the next door. Buffet breakfast is very good and has many choices. The hot stone massage in the hotel is very good.

The sun-bath chairs are not enough for guest. The corner of the bathroom's wall is not clear.

If you want to stay in Bangkok but not me bang in the middle of all the traffic then stay here ! Staff were always helpful & polite ... breakfast was scrumptious !! The food & beverage manager was very concerned for a little hitch I encountered re meat & veg ingriedients at the omellete station .... Thank You! I would def stay here again !!! :))))))

good location for convenient transportation. smile and considerate service make us comfortable and relax. wonderful swimming pool but a pity that we do not have time to enjoy within it.

The swimming pool is large and in good design. The hotel offers a big breakfast with a lot of food which are delicious and fresh. I enjoyed the sleeping there coz the bed is soft and comfortable, besides, the staff are nice to provide help.

The hotel takes me around 7mins by walk from BTS Victory Monumnet, though Pullman offeres free Tuk Tuk, the frequency is not that high. Btw, the hotel does not provide comb.

I stayed in the Executive room with Breadfast, the room was not big , the breadfast did not provided much varieaty, very limited. then i had my breadfast on the groundfloor resturant , (for normal room guest) thee food were much more but everything were cold in the groung floor resturant, the 4 stars hotel should not be like that,, , the English of the front deskstaffs were fair I am very disappointed with so high price that i paid and got thats not value for money.i never stay in this hotel again.what i paid i can stay in a 5 star hotels in Siam with walking distant to the BTS. I will niot recommand to my friends

The IT tecnician was very helpflu when i cannot access the WIFI with my Samsung note.He was very patient to solve the problem.

Original feedback: The hotel design and stature as well as the the courtyard are outstanding and very pleasing. One surprise was the location. Firstly it is convenient, allowing quick entry and exit (avoiding the dreaded bangkok congestion). With the free tuk tuk service to Century Mall, it also makes the hotel very accessible to the BTS station (Victory Monument). There are also plenty of street life with local food and shopping, unlike those in the tourist-centric Sukhumvit strip. Executive lounge is well manned and well stocked. Highly recommended as a business hotel or a weekend getaway.

Was waiting for the hot water to take a shower, but took me over ten mins for waiting ... This was the worst part nothing else..

Slow on the check-in process

Loely welcoming and serene spot in a very hot city. Perfect facilities to help you forget you were in the middle of a city.

Room was very nice and staff were extremely polite and courteous .The fish pond and surrounds were wonderful .

I did not like the prices for services such as laundry and massage . In fact the charges were absolutely ridiculous and a rip off .
